I'm serious...and I did the 'happy dance' right there in the store when I was told. LOL The timing wasn't certain but, I was told 'before Christmas'. It would seem that the Sherway store is "doing better than expected" so they're going to push for a quick opening for the Fairview store to hit the Christmas buying season. Right by your school? Vanier? I went to Vanier, even though my folks moved me out to Scarberia before the end of grade ten. I preferred the bus ride over going to ACI. LOL!

I make my own dividers out of sheet plastic (purchased from hobby/train shops). I use one of the 'included' dividers as a template, then cut out a bunch of my own from the stock plastic sheet.

I'm guessing that's the new Harry Potter Character Encyclopedia, since 'mid May' there's a pile of HP stuff being released (mostly sticker books).

Went to my local Walmart yesterday, looking for the POTC sets and new Kingdoms. Found the POTC (they had the complete line) but found NONE of the Kingdoms sets. Not old, not new. ZERO! To say that I was disappointed, would be an understatement.

Even though I received a notice that my Tantive IV was backordered, it shipped out on time (separate shipping package). I received all items on the 9th as stated on my tracking information, though I got THREE boxes, not two as I was expecting. The third box...the biggest of the bunch...contained a MASSIVE...umbrella! WTF? My entire order could have fit in that one box but, all it had was the new minifig umbrella and a HEAP of air packs to "fill it up". Weird. Got my ARF, too. Coolest thing though: I got THREE posters. One in each box.

Can't decide if I want to go this weekend, or not. If yes, I'd want to be there on Sat. for the minifigs...BUT...I don't want to get up at 4am to travel on the TTC for two hours and still be #305 in line, or some such thing. Plus, all the stuff that I want will be on sale later, anyway. Plus, I don't really NEED that R2-D2 brick. Plus, the PAB wall probably sucks right now. Plus, I might have the chance to work some overtime on Saturday. BUT... IT'S LEGO!!!! AND IT'S THE FIRST LEGO STORE IN TORONTO!!!! Ugh. Decisions, decisions...

Okay, no matter how many times I read that, I'm still left scratching my head in confusion...

Anybody else find that, because of these modular buildings, they tend to look at all cool buildings now and wonder if they could "pull off" that design in LEGO? Even a local tv show ("Structures") has me looking at all of those cool historical buildings and wondering if I've got the chops to convert them via LEGO. Like I wasn't already addicted enough to these little plastic bricks...

I'll add this to my collection at some point, though I'm TICKED about the price! Considering that the CDN dollar is worth more than the Yankee buck, I would have expected a slightly better price point. I'll wait for it to go on sale.
