    Great review . . It's a pretty good set, the only fault I've noticed (with play) is the mixer comes off it's base(often) when you turning(via the knob). Then when trying to put it back in place I found the plate would move down the axle, I've tried adding an extra plate to help.

    just a quick note on kmart prices - i had a quick look at my local store and they where very good, in some cases 25% disscount on rrp. eg creator family home $75

    anybody know when ev3 is available for aus. I know it's preorder for most other main countries, but not in aus yet :(

    this is a really great idea . . . i might do the same this afternoon. it would be fantastic if TLG could release 31012 (and other creator houses) in different colour variants - i'd definatley buy multiples of the same set

    Got mine shipped today 16:30 - finally after 5 days woohoo now just have to wait for the EV3 to be available for pre-order, in Australia.

    The range seems pretty good (and I missed EN and Maersk ) plus with a little bit of imagination and determination you can pretty much MOC anything you may want or need. The one thing you cannot MOC is track - specifically connector, or junction track - I really would like to see more track goodness.

    this set looks awesome - the blue is much nicer than the orange 4x4 crawler, makes me want to get into technic again. hopefully the set will be readily avaliable - even in aus? fantastic review.

    Great review - Just picked this set up - looking forward to building it . . . . I think I'd like to put a solid plate under the death star hologram section and pick up the new A-wing set.
