Semantics, I know, but does the math equal the same? Base Power is 4, WP is 4+4, Level is 29 = 41.

How are Hoke's stats being calculated? His total SP should be 28 (20 from shield, 5 from Heavy Armor, and 3 from Flagpole). His attack should be 41 (8 from base Power Bonus, 4 from Flagpole, 29 from Level). "We should have more than enough than to take the remaining Vikings on. Do not leave a enemy untargeted!" Scroll of Sealing, Gombur, Back Row.

I was hoping Alexandre would have attacked from the back row... Zeph don't forget the Flagpole grants +3 SP to the entire party.

I think it's a Target exclusive here in the USA, but I haven't seen it in a long time.

Hoke gripped his Flagpole and buckler as the viking raiders crashed onto the deck of the ship. As quick as he could, he surveyed their numbers and directed the company to engage. "Forward!" Hoke grabs the Amethyst from his pouch in case he is able to perform a Spellspin (or whatever it's called now). Amethyst, Pillager A, Back Row. Enchant Flagpole if a 4 is rolled. All in the party are granted a +3 to SP as long as the Flagpole is equipped.
