Is everyone reading Hoke as a hot head, because that is the exact opposite of how I am trying to play him.

Hoke turns to regard Gocklo with a stern look on his face. He then shoots the kobold a quick wink and smile.

I would agree to that since that applies to other actions as well.

That's why I proposed the question. Is a table needed, or can QMs apply their own interpretations as long as it is consistent within the quest?

Hoke holds his hands out to halt the party members. "Based upon our different skills, abilities and performance needs, here is how the loot will be distributed." (Sorry, can't figure out how to post a table!)

I think that just happened in our last battle with Bagnav. I would say 2 turns every other round since the literal effects say slowed takes away ever other turn and hastened is two actions in a round.

Hoke lowered and shook his head after the exchange between the two captains. In spite of it all, he let out a short bewildered chuckle. He looked over the loot and mentally divided it out, but gave the party a chance to have their say. "Does anyone lay a claim to the sword and beard?"
