1. Haha, wow. I'm not sure if I should be impressed or worried about you. I guess I'll just be impressed. Nope, they are just trans green. I think that the glow in the dark ones are more of an opaque white color, but I'm not sure; I don't have any.
2. That's a great idea, HK. I might have to give it a try too. We'll probably end up both making him on the same day... ~Thrash
3. Thanks! I guess you could say it's the same Space Pirates created by Aaron. While it's my logo and the decals are completely my own, I did first see the Space Pirates theme on Aaron's flickr group. Thanks LuxorV. I did consider these points when I was designing her, but in the end I decided a sexy minifig (if that's possible) was better than one that was consistent with the laws of physics. I like your idea of a integrated transparent suit...that way we get the best of both worlds! ~Thrash
4. Thanks HK. I was going off this picture, and it looked to me like he had white on his forehead. Maybe he didn't though, I don't know.
5. In honor of the upcoming Apoc Community Build here on eurobricks, I decided to make some zombie hunters and a zombie for them to fight. I realize that zombie's might not be included in the community build, but oh well, I felt like making these. Close-ups Enjoy! Zombie Hunter Brickshelf ~Thrash
6. Great drawing Hound Knight! The whole thing is great, but I think I like the way you did the hair the best. I liked this drawing so much that I decided to make a William Wallace custom... ~Thrash
7. Here is my latest minifig: William Wallace! I wanted to make a William Wallace fig for a while, but what really made me do it was seeing Hound Knight's excellent drawing this morning. His sword is from brickarms and the spike in his shield is a brickarms bayonet. Thanks for looking! William Wallace Brickshelf ~Thrash
8. I won a bunch of trans-green brickarms in the Space Pirates competition, so today I finally got around to using them on some figs: Enjoy! Space Pirates Brickshelf ~Thrash
9. Yesterday Lalande challenged me to see who could make a better Gilgamesh. I tried showing her the technique I use for making decals, but she couldn't quite get the hang of it. In the end, the competition ended up being to just see who could make a better hairpiece to go with the torso I designed. Mine: Lalande's: Gilgamesh Decal I designed: Comments and criticism are welcome, and since it was a competition between the two of us, feel free to say which one you like better...my feelings won't be hurt if you don't pick mine Gilgamesh Brickshelf ~Thrash
10. I'd be happy to be a judge. ~Thrash
11. Thanks! The logo was pretty simple to make...I just had to take the hand from the torso, blow it up a little bit, and slap it in the middle of some text where the "o" would go! Haha, I suppose he could be more hairy, but I decided it would be more fun to make the skin visible so that I could show the handprint marks and stuff on the torso. There were probably some groups of cavemen that couldn't grow much body hair anyway! Thanks...hopefully it's still the best entry (although the Bishop is pretty sweet...) I'm glad you like the sandals because they were such a pain to put on. Whenever I tried to move the fig the sandal decals would stick right to my fingers. It was so annoying. Thanks whitefang. I had nothing better to do the first day of the contest, so this was the result!I figured I should beef up my entry since the competition keeps getting better and better, so I made the rest of the figs for the line. A shot of all of them can be found in the first post, but here are closeups of two of my favorites: Chieftan: Gatherer: Thanks for looking! ~Thrash P.S. I don't know why I didn't quote and respond to LuxorV's comment, I must have missed it. Anyway, thanks LuxorV! It was fun trying to come up with ideas for sets and other characters.
12. Ever since I can remember, my family has been playing a game called "Murderer" with my lego. We all pitch in and build a giant island, and then we each make 5 or 6 characters. Then, we each designate one of our characters to be our murderer. Then, we each get to commit murders on the island one by one and leave clues for the other players. To win, you simply need to kill off the other players' murderers. My older brother just graduated from college and is home for one last summer, so we decided to give murderer one last go. Over the past week or so, myself, my mom (lalande on these forums), my brother Drew, and my girlfriend Amanda have been working on our biggest and best island yet. I don't know if I'll have time to photograph all of the clues left behind and write up what's going on in the game, but just in case I do I put this in the Wargames and Mafia games forum. We haven't started playing yet, but here are some photos of the island and a few of the characters for the Red Parrot Resort. I realize that the island might not look as finished as most MOCs, but we were going mainly for playability and not really worrying about details like tiling every single floor. Not to mention, there's no way I would have enough pieces to make such a giant island look as finished as my smaller MOCs! A shot of the entire Island. If I counted correctly, it measures about 192 by 144 studs: The basement, complete with a cellar for drinks and food, 2 saunas, a massage room, a hot tub, and an underground entrance to the pool: Speaking of the pool...: The downstairs, with a kitchen, billiards room, receptionist room, and a dining room: The upstairs, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom...: ...some golf tees on a balcony to tee off into the ocean...: ...and a dance room: Outside of the dance room, there is a balcony overlooking a stage for live music and ghost stories: In the ocean, you can swim to a little island store to get some snorkeling gear: And then you can go for a nice swim in the corral reef or go fishing on the peir: And finally, here is a shot of all of the workers at the Red Parrot Resort: I posted pictures of all my favorite details, but a few more pictures can be found here: Red Parrot Resort Brickshelf Comments welcome! Hopefully I'll be able to find time to put pictures of all the murders and clues online! ~Thrash
13. If enough people are interested in this idea, I'd be happy to help plan it out like I did with the EBCCB. Sounds to me like it's a pretty cool idea... ~Thrash
14. Great work Waterbrick down! The windows on the two turrets look really awesome, and so does the troll hut. Great job! ~Thrash
15. This is so awesome ISC...I think you've just inspired me to start building for the EBCCB again! Even though the gatehouse is perfect in every single way and all the techniques you used were done perfect, my favorite part of this MOC is the Jester running around with a goofy grin and a turkey. ~Thrash
16. This is a great idea for a contest! In fact, I liked the idea so much that I already made my entry!

18. Thanks guys! Xenologer, I actually planned on using the traditional bubble cockpit when I started building, but as I went along with the build, this is the shape I came up with. In fact, under all of the black slope pieces, the pilot is in a traditional bubble cockpit!
19. Yay! The EBCCB isn't dead afterall! I don't know what happened to everyone else, but my reason for not building any modules for a while was I wanted to take a break to build in some other themes (mostly Space, for some odd reason). Anyway, I noticed that I was getting a bit behind on my thumbnailing duty, so here are the latest thumbnails ISC: Etzel: ISC: Waterbrick Down: Pedro: Crap! I just realized that I forgot to make one for the Charcoal Maker by CastleLord. I'll do that next time I update them, I promise! Hopefully I can build a few new modules soon! ~Thrash

Sleek Diver

Well, the contest that I've been making all of these space pirates MOCs is about to end, so today I made one more space pirate ship: The Sleek Diver This one was for the classic-space remix category, so I tried to stick to the classic-space colors. Front: Back: Top: If the ship gets damaged, the pilot can choose to eject into a little pod: Enjoy! Sleek Diver Brickshelf ~Thrash
21. Today I made another space pirates creation: The Blacktron Hawk! Front: Top: Back: Hope you guys like it! Blacktron Hawk Brickshelf ~Thrash
22. The other day I came across a contest on flickr where you're supposed to make a super hero minifig and their archnemesis, so I decided to make Mrs Claus and The Grinch. Since it's a comic book type competition, I messed with the setting on the pictures to make it seem more comic-booky: Here are the decals. Feel free to use them as long as you give me credit! Thanks for looking! Mrs. Claus vs The Grinch Brickshelf ~Thrash
23. I hadn't done any customs in a while, so today I put together some steampunk figs. The two coolest along with my previously made "Armored Tophat": A few other less cool ones: Worker Captain Girls (yea, I know that the second one looks a bit more cyberpunk then steampunk...oh well!) Pilot As always, feel free to use the decals, just make sure you give me credit! Enjoy! Steampunk Figs Brickshelf ~Thrash
24. Thanks for the comments guys. It was a lot of fun to try to incorporate some pirate pieces into a spaceship. Originally the engines were going to come out of the canoes on the side, but when I was building I decided to make them into guns instead... ~Thrash
25. Continuing the Space Pirate theme of my recent MOCs, here is my latest: The Mother Wolf! Before takeoff, the captain loads some cargo into the interior while robotic arms lift other cargo onto the cargo hold on top: The Interior. On the left there's a staircase to the cockpit, while on the right is all the cargo that they're smuggling: The cockpit: The left side of the boat. I tried to give it a pirate-y feel with the cannons sticking out: Most of the time the side guns are folded up nicely into the side, but if they run into trouble they can swing out: Both of my Space Wolves creations next to eachother: Thanks for looking! Comments and criticism welcome The Mother Wolf Brickshelf ~Thrash
