  1. Thanks ISC! I had a hard time deciding on a color scheme since I'm not used to building pirate creations, but in the end I thought that dark bley and tan worked pretty well. Haha, I think you're probably correct. I originally intended to add another floor or at least a tower, but most of my supply of dark bley was tied up in other MOCs that I didn't feel like destroying so I just stopped after the first floor. Thanks Ratshot!
  2. 12. House of Ill Repute Here is my 100% historically accurate House of Ill Repute for the community build: A bouncer and a monkey stand guard to make sure that only the classiest of fellows enter the brothel: On the roof, they have a stripper pole, a girl bathing, and a big sign to advertise what they do: Hey, who's that creepy guy...?: And here's the birds-eye view: I would have taken pictures of the interior, but the unspeakable things going on in there would probably get my banned from this site. If you want to comment, please do so here. House of Ill Repute Brickshelf ~Thrash

  4. This is a really great creation ISC. As always with your MOCs, all of the little details are outstanding. I tried building a stage coach many years ago and it ended up just looking like a big brown brick on wheels. I've been too scared to try again since then... ~Thrash
  5. Nice job with getting this set up guys. I'm surprised that it's still left, but I'll take 12. House of Ill Repute ~Thrash
  6. Thanks for the comments guys! Black Rabbit: Yes, I designed both of the decals for the two figures that I gave close-up shots of.
  7. I had some time during the holidays so I put together this little scene of a Thieves Guild: The Chief Thief and his mistress got into a pretty heated argument on the balcony that overlooks the main part of the guild: Meanwhile, one thief is practicing his sword fighting on the king-dummy while another thief practices throwing daggers: Also, two assassins are arguing over a game of cards while the shopkeeper watches hoping for a fight. At the shop, he has a nice selection of daggers and Crownie guard costumes so that the guild members can get into restricted areas: Unfortunately, one thief has been pursued by a guard through the sewers to the guild: And here are close-ups of a thief and the chief thief’s mistress: Enjoy! 8. There are indeed plans for more German Guards. I'm not sure when Will plans to offer them, though. Keep an eye on the brickarms page in the coming weeks! ~Thrash
  9. Unfortunately, these will only be available on brickarms.com, and when they're gone, there are no plans to make more. ~Thrash
  10. Thanks for all of the nice comments everyone! And thanks LuxorV for making this front page news I think that Will has had the two-colored dynamite prototype for quite some time. It was orginally designed as a time-bomb, but for the purpose of these figures, it's dynamite! The Enigma that is Badger can probably give a little more detail about the history of the particular prototype... I had figured the Outlaw Leader would go quickly, but I had no idea he would sell out in less than 24 hours! Sorry you missed it, General Armendariz. ~Thrash
  11. Thanks guys! Big Cam, the decals are clear decals. I chose to use those because unless you look REALLY hard, they look exactly like the design is printed directly on the torso. ~Thrash
  12. Will Chapman from Brickarms and I collaborated to create three Wild West figures for sale on brickarms.com. I designed the decals, while Will provided all of the weapons. (Picture by Will Chapman) Outlaw Leader Outlaw Undercover Deputy They were made in limited quantities, so get them while you can! Enjoy! ~Thrash
  13. Thanks for the birthday wishes guys! I got lots of Lego, so it was a great birthday. ~Thrash
  14. Thanks for all the nice comments guys! Hahaha, good point. Color on the wall would have been a good idea. I tried to add a few trans-red bricks, but in the end they got covered up with the spikes. Oh well! Glad you liked the blast doors...I can't wait to see what great MOC you use them in! Thanks Batbrick! There really isn't anything better than robot tentacles weilding sci-fi swords. ~Thrash
  15. The Space Police finally located Dr. Lava's secret hideout on a desolate volcanic planet, but when they attempted to climb onto the walkway, they were detected by his defense robots and are one by one being thrown into the river of lava. The Space Police trying to get in: A few of Dr. Lava's workers working on some repairs: Dr. Lava and a few of his guards watch the Space Police: One of Dr. Lava's spaceships on the landing platform: Hope you like it! 16. Great module Waterbrick Down! With all the work you've been doing recently I'm going to have a lot of thumbnailing to do soon! I love all the action you packed into this module, with the crownies trying to rebuild the wall and the trolls running away with stones. Great job! ~Thrash
  17. I would like to see: Plain White Minifig Torso Assembly Plain Yellow Minifig Torso Assembly A wider selection of hair and hats for minifigs, especially the female ponytail and the new female hair with the part that hangs in front of the torso. ~Thrash
  18. Everyone did a great job, but I'm going to have to give my vote to Red on this one.
  19. Eek! I hope I'm not too late to post my vote. I vote for Green!
  20. Great work Etzel! The whole thing looks great, but I love how smooth and clean the interior is. I'll get around to thumbnailing it a bit later. Maybe I'll have to free up some of my collection so I can build a few more modules... ~Thrash
  21. In that case, you certainly have permission to add stuff onto mine. ~Thrash
  22. What do you mean by remaking them? Would you just convert the pixel-y decals into vector art to make them appear more smooth? ~Thrash
  23. Sorry for the long wait for a layout, but here is it! I don't know what each individual place would be, but as a start: 1. Front Gate 32. Town Hall (Old School, Church, whatever that is now used as the main meeting place for everyone) What do you guys think? It's fairly easy to change it, so feel free to suggest changes and ideas for what each module should be. ~Thrash
  24. Today me, my mom (lalande), and my girlfriend (honeydew) had a contest to see who could make the coolest looking custom elf. Honeydew and I both designed our decals on the computer, while lalande drew hers on paper with paint and ink, scanned it, and then printed out a decal. All hairpieces, the wings, and the tail are custom made out of sculpey. Who do you guys think made the best one? Elves Brickshelf ~Thrash
  25. That looks really nice black rabbit. I've been working on a map the past few days, hopefully I can have it finished tomorrow so I can post it for everyone to check out and critique. Skinny Boy and I have been talking and think that about 20 or 30 modules that are 32x32 studs would be a good start. Tonight I'm going to try to think of a way to incorporate black rabbits sweet wall design into the layout... ~Thrash
