  1. I know about those numbers. I thought that there some kind of unique identifier for each falcon, to prevent unauthorized ordering of spare parts.
  2. I am just disasembling it and i am again suprised how large of bricks it is. I am almost sorry that i didnt buy one just for lbg parts and alll detailing parts. I also did not think that it would be sondifficult to disassemble. Outer skin goes well, but interior structure is demanding even for long time bulider like myself. Btw, where in manual is reference number for ordering spare parts. I looked everywhere but i was not able to find it.
  3. Unfortunately you are correct. There are no new HP sets for 1H and 2H 2012. And I think that big "farawell exclusive set" was Diagon Alley (ok, there were some sets AFTER that, but just because exclusive set timetable clashed with last movie). So I guess when certain theme gets its exclusive set, it's time to say goodbye to it (current example is kingdoms)
  4. Is this set rare or it was special edition? Im asking I purchased almost whole classic pirate collection for my friend and this was the most expensive set (I got barracuda for 80euro, imperial outpost for 120 euro, SES for 100 euro, but this was over 200 euro). I even got enchanted island for 60euro MIB and it looks far better than this one. Another very expensive set (considering ist size) was cross bone clipper and I think that pirates ambush and buccaneers were also expensive, so there must be somethin with this last wave of classic pirates that make it so expensive. EDIT: I saw at bricklink that they were limited edition, so I guees that explains it.
  5. I hope for new controller and/or specialized motors. We have PF standard with 7 speed in each direction, but this used just in trains. More advanced technic controller, would be very welcome. I think of similar design like now, but a little wider, with one lever turned 90 degrees and speed seting adjustble with angle of lever (with return to centre function). But those is just my wishfull thinking, I really have no clue how it will be done (just that we will get such a model). One more thing: I dont agree with Unimog tires: they are not suitable for TT and also not for rock climbing.
  6. Are there any pics of Y-wing? It was in previous catalogue but not in this one. I think that its because its "store esclusive" (or TRU exclusive as some call it, but we know that these sets also appear in other shops, but not all)
  7. No, for 1H2012 is that all. 1H are allways smaller waves, so no suprise here. (holiday) house will be in 2h, as we already know.
  8. Was this posted? http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Mr-Z/Temp/lego_itp_065.jpg
  9. Do not expect much (sadly).
  10. Yes, those are the pics. "holztransport" must be march release, similar like 8070 this year.
  11. I ca confirm that this is really next years lego bear. It's surace looks weird because its not final mold, but just prototype from 3d printer. The picture is the same as in dealers catalogue, so I guess we should get some other pics in short time.
  12. Yes, its true, i've seen it, but forgot abou it. its single mold, if i remember correctly. Have you seen new 2x1 brick with small bricks on it (i know it sounds strange, but it just that: brick with small bricks relief). Unfortunately just in ninjago theme, but it should come handy in city also.
  13. 4431 Ambulance: 19,99 Euros (January) I similar to this, just 6 wide (front is not flat like in previos version) 4432 Garbage Truck: 19,99 Euros (January) Is green, with rounded part in the middle. 4433 Dirt Bike Transporter: 19,99 Euros (January) Is very similar to Horse transport "range rover" 4434 Tipper Truck: 19,99 Euros (January) Is orange, typical truck. Bucket is brick built (with small panel if I saw correctly) 4435 Car and Caravan: 19,99 Euros (January) Car has new roof part, which look like two of those pot together: Trailer is streamlined, very nice set. 4436 Police Patrol Car: 9,99 Euros (January) Typical car, also with new roof. 4437 Police Pursuit: 15,99 Euros (January) Forrest police vesion, with ramp it breaches. It has new mudguards. 4439 Police Heavy Lift Helicopter: 39,99 Euros (January) something was allready written about that, I will just add that it has two "grand emporium" quarter-dome at the front. 4440 Forest Police Station: 69,99 Euros (January) Similar design like in this years calendar, just much bigger. Very long, low, flat building, with "log" bricks embedded. It has new bear with hiding place. 4441 Police Dog Van: 29,99 Euros (January) Similar to existing one, nothing special (just more "square" design, like all other new cars) 4442 Crooks Hideout: ??? (limited edition, not in regular toy shops, January) with "bee stack" ( in dont know correct words, but its where bear would go to eat honey) 4205 Off Road Command Centre: ??? (limited edition, not in regular toy shops, January) 4427 Fire ATV: ??? (March/April) 4208 4x4 Fire Truck: 19,99 Euros (March/April) New version of fire truck, nice. 4209 Fire Plane: 49,99 Euros (March/April) Similar like all new planes, with single piece front and back parts and with floats to land on water. 4430 Fire Transporter: 49,99 Euros (March/April)
  14. 8466 for me. It was the last true "supercar" with all proper functions (suspension, 5+1 gearbox, 4WD, working cockpit steering wheel)
  15. Tracked crane uses small threads (like mini bulldozer), and its smaller version of 8288.
  16. And when you see them in person, you know why they are so expensive. That's a large piece of rubber. Unfortunetley they are unusuable for TT, because their large weight takes away too much power. There are some nice truck designs though, like this one from zblj:
  17. I had an was not impressed. 2H is better with dark blue pickup an giant tipper truc 8could also be 1H, IU dont remember well. What bothers me is incostency: car with trailer is 4 wide an pickup truck is 6 wide. Also, last mobile home was 6 wide, so it wont look good with this years camper.
  18. Store at Karlsplatz is Obletterer. I's not so interesting for lego (standard asortiment with some discount items) but for other toys. They have the largest asortiment of toys I've ever seen in one place, including some very interesting stuff (trains, rc toys, model cars ets...).
  19. I got some info (not much though): This windscreen will be used: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=62576&in=S And this bodyparts: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=54095 So, it will be similar size like CG helicopter, maybe slightly longer.
  20. Maybe that's why they will start with LOTR sets. And after we will get the movie, they will also give us Hobbit sets, but that is technicaly 2013 (december 2012) and is beyond my knowledge. If I remember correctly it was similar with HP: first few "must have" sets from old movies, and then, with the movie, some newer stuff (same with IJ)
  21. Maybe this tells us something: http://www.videogamer.com/ps3/lego_harry_potter_years_14/news/tt_lego_lord_of_the_rings_would_definitely_work.html
  22. I was talking about system scale Malevolence (140 euro price range). Do you think it would be ok, or is it too small for such a ship (curved shape is not allways easy to reproduce)?
  23. I'm afraid that both PoTC and Kingdoms will be will be victims of this "overload" with themes. I'm not sure, but it looks like no new sets in 2012 for those two themes. PoTC will probably continue after the next movie (I'm not sure when it's scheduled) and Kingdoms will transform into LOTR. Those are however just my speculations.
  24. How about this for 2H21012: Would it look ok in Venator/ISD size? I allways thought this ship could be made just as very large set.
