  1. You can open the block with the EV3-Software, then you should see what's inside.
  2. Hi, since a while I don't get notfication emails any more. Any ideas why?
  3. They should know, with EV3 there was a very good doc within labview (via Browser)
  4. Yes, of course. Depending on the model scale, the smallest Lego part might be much to big.
  5. Great work, thanks a lot @Laid Back Koala
  6. Sure, and replacing that with "min( speedLimit,.." " is just what you want to do. All my programs work with that.
  7. Hi, just got no idea why code is called. But: if you change "min(100" in the callback function this should have the desired effect, or am I wrong?
  8. Just added my example to make clearer..... But as you say: they don't turn exactly 360°
  9. Sorry, I missunderstood, you're right. I meant "start all" , which means 4 commands for 4 motors. And that works . What I just did (in LabView, having no classroom installed): Start A Start B Start C Run D for 1 revolution Stop A Stop B Stop C That should work with classroom as well.
  10. Hi David, with LabView that all works. So it should not be the FW. But the program is wrong: of course first the command "run fur 1 revolution" is executed and finished, after that(!) the second. Which is correct and quite normal. You should start all motors fur "run" and then wait for an event to stop them all (sensor). Or use parallel blocks (if this is possible in classroom)
  11. Write two commands for 2 motors eachdirectly one after another or 4 commands for the 4 motors.
  12. Yes, pyBrick works fine, but yet no connection to other hubs (which is on the roadmap)
  13. PU L No, it dosnt't work with the train motor. Yes, I showed that a while ago:
  14. Hm. But you have two Move Hubs, both with the same error? Try a second smart device?
  15. Thanks. I heard both versions: included and not included. But if not you are right.
  16. no, it has noting to do with the hub. It is the FW that the App contains to be install on hubs. Under "Settings" from start screen. When you have the window of alle Hubs open and press and hold hub button till blinking purple, nothing happens? As you have more than one hub I would suggest to reinstall app.
  17. Yes, and it contains electronic to give feedback of speed and angle to the hub. This enables you to turn for 90°, it can be used as a servo. Or for speed regulation.... So it's quite a different technique. But I agree, the prince is to high.
  18. Yes, train motor PF 13,99 $ train motor PU 13,99 $
  19. the first you only have when you recently had connected move hub (mine is called "Move Hub", the second only if a Move Hub with bootloader is detected. I just did load an update, App is 1.9.6, FW 2.0.00.0017 And it conects to tablet, as well as to the handheld.
  20. Hm. Should look like this:
  21. Hi, Yes, connect one motor to Port A and the other one to Port B. Or - for a long train with engines on each end - use two hubs, one motor each. You find these values here: https://www.philohome.com/motors/motorcomp.htm
  22. Try this: Turn off hub start the App When message "turn on hub" appears use the "settings" button Press and hold the hub button till "LEGO Bootloader" appears in the window While still holding the hub button select the entry "LEGO Bootloader" in the app When hub blinking red/green/blue you can release the hub button
  23. Yes. that's the bootloader mode. When blinking, you then have to start the App to start FW-Download.
  24. Sounds good as well....perhabs you're right Master (central) and slave(peripheral) is obviously what I described. As from what I read now, the Hub seems to be client and server at the same time......
