Karie doesn't catch on to Sorrow's comment, but snaps out of her day dream shortly after. "Oh, yeah. Just... daydreaming away. If it even is the day."

I'll second that! It was very well done, and I had a lot of fun watching it. I do agree with some of the quibbles some people had, but for the most part it was a nice wrap up to the season's story arc and it was just a fun two parter. It had a lot of the same elements of A Canterlot Wedding in that it went all out near the end with an entertaining fight sequence and some similar elements, but I feel as if as a whole it was better than a Canterlot Wedding. I still don't really like the design of Twilight's castle, and the I'm going to miss that iconic freaking library, but it was still a fun wrap up to the season. -
Will fix!

Karie's mind meanders to a thought she hoped await her at the end of this ordeal. Me, Masson, and a candlelit dinner... Karie follows Sorrow.

The rabbit scampers out of the way, looking back at the evoker, stamping his foot and looking offended. "Sqree, squeak! <Little? I'm rather large for my size, thank you very much! However... I wouldn't mind a stool, if you would fetch me one, bud.>" Current Sign Ups for Quest #101: Into the Woods -Deus Spiranius, Level 1 Ranger (Lego Spy) -Darksten, Level 4 Ranger (Comrade Commander) -Hoang Anh, Level 3 Knight (hoanganhbeo) QM NOTE: I'm still going to wait until Friday to post the quest, just in case we get some stragglers or a new player at the last minute. I can easily bump this quest to four people if need be.

Toxikita's such a beautiful figure! I love the green acid stains on her face, under her eyes and her midriff, and the double sided face is also superb with the green tinged eyes. The henchman is also fantastic. Definitely picking the set up when I get a chance!

Karie simply crosses her arms, happy to be away from the vain sorcerer, although she was a little peeved that Heckz denied her the position of second in command. She looks to Sorrow looking a little less stressed. "Sorrow, have you lead a party before? I'm going to assume you have, but incase you haven't I'm more than willing to take the position of Second-In-Command from you. It's not like Heckz is no longer with us. So, while the other party hits the Broom Closet, shall we hit the room opposite? I believe it was the armoury, was it not?" Karie blushes, looking a little embarrassed. "Well, I'm glad you feel that way, but I'm not that much less of a city-girl. However, the feelings are mutual, Sorcha. If you need anything, let me know. Same goes for you Nuitan: you've been awfully quiet, everything okay?" She gave Sorcha a smile, looking slightly amused.

A familiar white rabbit hops into the hall and examines the quest board, nudging his way through the ranger's legs. "Squee Eeek! <Ah, another ranger! I know Kianu will be happy to see that." Current Sign Ups for Quest #101: Into the Woods -Deus Spiranius, Level 1 Ranger (Lego Spy) -Darksten, Level 4 Ranger (Comrade Commander) The rabbit sits on the floor of the hall and scratches his head with his foot, looking about curiously.

"If you wish to come with me, I'd appreciate it, Sorrow. Amorith can also heal, but I think it'd be wise to split the rest of the healers up in a manner that makes use of Drucilla's strange mage abilities: no offence intended. I suggest we construct the two crews as follows." Proposed Groups Crew A (Heckz Crew) Heckz Amorith Thailon Drucilla Noel Crew B (Karie Crew) Karie Erik Sorrow Nuitan Sorcha "I don't intend for my group to get in as many fights as the other, seeing as how we have more of the students. As well, perhaps we as a group could head to the student lounge first and stock up on supplies? We're running low on some of the essentials, and we could use some assistance."

Karie runs her hand through her hair, listening to Drucilla and looking over the map. "Bohring also stated there was a music demon. Whoever heads to the music room should take note of that." Karie sighs. "I'll lead a group if no one has any objections. I've got more experience with demons than I assume most of you do, and I've lead two groups before. I'd recommend our two sorcerer's and Noel head with Drucilla though. I'd also recommend clearing out the West Wing first, and get it out of the way. If Heckz agrees, I'll take a group to get Pepe out of the closet, and then if you guys need back up, we'll come and get you."

What I mean to say is lore is added by the QMs. It's not a few guys doing it, but whenever legends show up QMs give the lore to the individual responsible for the lore sections upkeep, and they post it.

"Well, I'm just glad we've gotten them out of here. Hopefully they've learned something from all this, but I doubt it." Karie ponders for a moment. "I suppose it's possible. We should have some of us tackle the downstairs, since there's still a few rooms down there." She unfurls the map and looks it over, noticing some rooms not filled in, or no longer correctly coloured. "The upstairs washroom and the hall have been cleared for the time being, and I know there's still more rooms besides the sparing hall and the boys washroom in the east wing's lower level. We still have some rooms in the schools west wing as well. Perhaps we could split for the time being and clear the lower wings? Drucilla, can you tell us what other rooms are in the schools lower east and west wing? This should help us in deciding where those other demons Bohring mentioned." Karie stuffed her hands in her pocket. "I believed at one point that I was no one special, just someone who kept screwing up. At times, I still think that. However, someone told me otherwise. He told me to make choices for myself, and myself alone. I'm going to tell you the same thing. I think you're someone special, and I also think your mother was right. I think it's important to be yourself. I also think you're a good friend, and I don't want to see you get hurt." She realized her hypocrisy was staring her in directly in her face, but even if she was wrong, perhaps she could steer someone else down a different path, a path she never took. She leans forwards and speaks to the young woman in a hushed tone. "And between you and me, I really like the hat."

So, Twilight's Kingdom. Anyone else seen it yet? -
Teleportation is a rather complex, incredibly time consuming spell. Flipz could tell you more, but in Four's Company, Lt. Paolo stated this. Yes, it's doable, but it takes time to prepare in advance. I also like to think that the few weeks spent at sea actually helps deal with real time. A week back and forth to Dastan in game time for a month and a half quest in real time feels as if actual times passed, and not stuck in one location and being there for months. You also need to consider not every quest giver is swimming in Scrooge McDuck's vault full of money. Poorer quest givers can't afford to have someone come in and whisk the heroes off with a teleport spell. Sometimes they need to walk to the location they need to. It allows for potential encounters, too. Although, on the topic of lore, a Lore Compendium would be nice, with different pieces of legends and myths being added and modified as time goes on.

Don't forget the Secluded Grove, where the Haerasias's Vault door is! Also, remnants of Mercuition are beneath the city, if I remember correctly. Most of it was sunk with Moone.

While waiting around, Karie drinks a grand tonic. "Ugh, these things are gross." She looks at Sorcha, wondering how she's taking the whole ordeal. "Well, I was going to ask you a bit about yourself before you ran into the boys washroom. Would you mind doing so? It seems we've been here for a few hours but I don't even know a lick about you besides you hailing from some Sheep Tribe."

I'm actually debating whether to have a first person narrator for 101. The quest giver is with the party for the entire quest, so I thought it might be fitting.

Karie looks a little agitated. "Noel, I wish you would've told you this early, and not now. We could've avoided a lot of hassle with some of the students. Where's the box at this point in time? I suggest we grab it, get upstairs, and deal with these preps before they do something stupid, like opening the front doors."

Really digging a lot of the sets in this wave, and I gotta say, really love Toxikita, her cronies, and the set she comes in. The whole green, blank like eyes on one side and the normal eyes on the other makes me assume she gets jacked up on toxic chemicals and probably has immunity to them as well. I'm going to assume Adam Acid is one of her lackies, based on similar looks and what not. Also really loving Terabyte, with the keyboard on his gun and the punk-esque jacket, the Space Invaders alien on his shirt, and the head piece. Just an awesome job in general.

That has got to be one of the worst set of rolls I've seen in a while.
-
"So we're just letting her go? You do realize what she said? "I'll just find my friends and head off on my own". They can't leave though! We need to head her off and make sure she doesn't hurt herself, or heavens forbid, open the front door! That and there's still four rooms on this floor, minus the archives."
