  1. I really don't understand... He was killed by a stingray and your avatar/title is also a ray breed...
  2. One heck of a typo. Because? Hearse on the other hand would be... an "unfortunate" typo... then again, you'd have to make a lot of typos to get there from earth...
  3. Considering the spelling of "leg godt"... yeah, you're probably right...
  4. I was wondering, too... Guess it was just a matter of time...
  5. Right here, in the Hero Entry Thread. Why? Nothing wrong with it :-)

    My city story

There's not much to add to what you said: it has the 80s/early 90s feel, hence I like it :-) I think I have to get me some of those green/dark grey road plates, they look way better than I thought at first. I only have the old light grey ones and some of the old airport tarmac plates which ain't really road plates. Looks great :-) Edit: I like how you used the baseplate from the new police station for your construction site. Good idea!
  7. Are you sure? Octopi are molluscs, while polyps are cnidarians (such as coral and sea anemones) [...] The two Phylums may have some superficial similarities but are quite distinct. Well, I'm not a marine biologist, I don't know the difference. I just tried to translate it as best as possible. The general public doesn't know the difference anyways, for them it's the same. When they hear "octopus" or "polyp" they think about sea monsters with tentacles. And I don't think TLC has thought about biological subtleties, either, when they chose the name ;-)
  8. Sweeeeeet !! Lucky you ;-) Would you be kind and do a review for us Divers fans please ;-) *yoda* I plan to, as for 6560. Gotta find some space to set it up, though ;-)
  9. One 2006 Advent Calendar and 10 trees on sale. In addition to that I received my BL stuff from the States: a few modded 9V switches, stuff from a trade, and a MISB 6441 Deep Reef Refuge *wub*
  10. Whoa, that's a lot of work! I knew why I never started customizing minifigs, that's just too much hassle for me. But great work! *y*
  11. lol Yeah, that's a way to interpret it ;-) Actually, we were living under the flightpath of police and rescue helicopters in my hometown. That's how I saw so many and had the feeling of "growing up with them".
  12. That's supposed to be some bionicle on that cake, at least the brickshelf folder said so ;-)
  13. Of the newer helicopters I like the Police Helicopter from 7237 best. The scale, the "shape", and it reminding me of the Austrian "police" helicopters I grew up with :-) PS: Cool pic 8-
  14. Available on S@H now *sweet*
  15. Yep, it is. True Classic Castle spirit. I like it. I'd buy it, too :-)
  16. I especially like that War of the Worlds alien in the corn field ;-)
  17. Thanks for the review! I've looked at the set quite often but haven't bought it yet - and probably still won't. Not so much because I don't really like it (it's not that expensive and I could mod it somehow) but because I have so many helicopters already ;-)
  18. Do they hand out T-shirts?! No, they don't. KimT just used that phrase to tell us that he was there already and got the two sets mentioned ;-)
  19. He "did" this, or do you mean prior to that?
  20. Pretty much right on, I'd say...
  21. Significant other, or LAP in German ;-)
  22. When you do, you can leave me your collection for safe guard in case you'll come out of your dark ages some time ;-)
  23. ROFL I don't watch the show but it isn't the only show where they do this...
  24. You buy an apartment and don't consider your own LEGO room? 8-
  25. As jipay mentioned that'll change. Here's a perfect example ;-)
