    thanks for the tip! so it was shipped including the rims..so how did you take out the tires, boiled them or baked them?

    yeah, for me a MOC is quite incomplete without RC....it's satisfying and fully enjoyable playing with your creation at the touch of your fingertips I hope TLG would not stop on just putting PF on the sets, they should also provide instructions about upgrading the sets to RC version..It's additional sales for their PF products...Just my 2 cents

    are you sure about that? when did you check? it's been discontinued as far as I know. it's not even listed now on Lego website. though it is still available in swiss toy shops for EUR200.00

    i just ordered 3 XL motors from Lego for 14.90 swiss francs each @ Swiss Lego website.... So it's around 0.50 swiss francs much more expensive (EUR11.99 x 1.2 = CHF14.39) than the Lego german website..... Well, everything is expensive here in Switzerland!!!

    thanks, also yesterday I was looking for the same set displayed on a department store. It was the last one on the shelf. I have second thoughts of buying it since the price was $50.... I backed out at the last minute and when I got home and searched the local internet posting for lego technic, a same set popped in! Glad I waited for a few hours!

    thanks! atleast I didn't pay a premium for those hard to get discontinued sets.. I checked on eBay and bnew sets goes for about $150-$200 nowadays

    I started to build this model tonight(my first technic model assembly), just finished the 1st booklet instruction...I'm excited to finish the model! bought it for about $80 (on sale in a toy store)...I wonder what's the price they were selling it when it was issued before..
