Lovely building, and I like the "garage" for the rowing boat hidden below.
-
It's got a great little fairy-tale style. I particularly like the crate built into the wall as a plant box and the texture on the roof.
-
Very nice, SalvoBrick! I really like your modification to make the balcony hang over the garage door - I think that change (along with the dormers) really improve on the older building. It looks great, and I'm sure it'll make a fine addition to your town!

Hello, legokingnm, and welcome to Eurobricks. Have a fun time here!
-
Congrats, TrumpetKing, on your first time hosting a mafia game! I enjoyed all of the scenes you made, and the amusing commentary (such as when FDY flipped). This was my role PM: Mencot decided that the brother was called Pablo and made Benvolio use some Italian words. I ran with that and tried to model his speech mannerisms on Hercule Poirot (but as an Italian). I don't think I played as well as I could have for a number of reasons. I know my suspicions flailed everywhere for one ... oops. And, yes, PPJB - you really came into force as a townie this time. That's some scary intuition you have! Well done everyone else and thanks again, TrumpetKing.

There is some discussion about red and trans-clear train tracks starting at this post in the Misprints topic. The circle of track probably comes from an individual, rather than LEGO. I think it's real, but if you are concerned, you could ask the seller to send high-res pictures of LEGO written on the studs and the part numbers, wherever they are molded into the tracks.

It's not about you. It's that I decided the Amanda lynch wouldn't achieve the required majority today, so voting for another scum is just as good.
-
The person who told me (whom I trust) has instructed me not to tell anyone else. I shall respect that person's wishes and leave him / her to disseminate the information as they please.

I had already had by own suspicions of Balthasar and I was told something that's best not to share out loud in public.
-
I've decided that Balthasar is a better lynch for today than Amanda, so: Unvote: Amanda Lazaro (PsyKater) Vote: Balthasar Jameson (Kristel)
-
That is interesting - Balthasar is still in the back of my mind from yesterday. You seem to have come to that conclusion based on private information but I won't ask you to share because too much could be revealed. Going with what I know, I feel happy: Vote: Amanda Lazaro (PsyKater) Holy bucket-sized triple-hazelnut upside-down macchiato, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE! Oops... Vote: Amanda Lazaro (PsyKater)
-
That's not at all what I thought you meant by "middle ground" but thank you for the clarification. Holy golden syrup, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE!
-
Who isn't on middle ground, in your opinion? Holy egg McMuffin, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE! One way or another, I mean. Do you have any suspects? Any confident town-reads?
-
Unless Abraham was a death miller . No, seriously, I am more confident that you are town because I think it's extremely unlikely a scum would name only scum-buddies in his last breaths. There were two people Paris wanted lynched, and one of them is (was) scum. That's good enough for me. Holy double down, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE!
-
I love how you shaped the dark bley bumpers around the front and rear lights. Great job!

I look at the voting results from Day One, and I mark in town and scum. I do more, the "thinking hard." Now I think is a good strategy of scum team not to put all scum on one wagon. Let me look at who did not vote for poor Brittney on Day One. There are two dead people (flipped town), Melanie, Romeo and FATMAN. Melanie, she was investigated by mysterious investigator man the other night, so I think she is town unless there is the tailoring happening. Also is Romeo, and I explain yesterday why I think he is town. Is just FATMAN left, and I know he is town. Why? Ermmm.... I am the FATMAN, and I know I am town. Who is left? oho! is Amanda! Much interesting. Yesterday, after much inactivity and role-play only posting, Amanda come out with the analysis. I not so arrogant, suggest she does that because I accused her yesterday. I suggest she make analysis to make excuses to vote for scum-buddy Abraham! She say this about Abraham: I think I read that book, too. Shawna, I think name was, was caught out as scum killer and made lots of stupid mistakes trying to save skin. Is not same situation as here! You are, I think, making the excuses to finally vote for Abraham. Let me get to more damning evidence now. Yesterday in her proliferation of evidence, Amanda say this: In short words, she says Paris on Day Two tries to bus Abraham and Rocky Sniffles, therefore is a good idea to lynch Abraham because WIFOM suggests Paris doesn't want Abraham and / or Rocky Sniffles to be lynched. I think this was a good idea. Go Amanda! But Janice, she decide to clarify that Amanda suggests the testing of Paris's comment, and Amanda completely forgets about the Paris-bussing-Rocky-Sniffles-and-Abraham idea: You are the one who suggested the test of Paris's statement! And then, before she votes for Abraham, she appeals to his claimed CMF as a reason to vote for him, even though she had disavowed that earlier on: I am sorry for long words, but I think I find inconsistencies and contradictions enough in what Amanda said yesterday to put together which what has been said about her before, to present a strong case that she is scum. Holy jam doughnuts, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE!

Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka — Introduction and Discussion
jimmynick replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Just chiming in to say the sets you built for all the intro scenes are awesome. -
Before I do the "turn in for night," you say in America? I comply with Fluffy's rule: My superhero name is: FATMAN My superhero logo is: a silhouette of a croissant on an oval yellow roundel My superhero ability is: rolling on scum in order to immobilise them Holy $5 breakfast buffet, FATMAN! To the FATMOBILE!

I sort of expected Juliet to be town, in fact, because I thought she'd be more evasive(?) and deliberately inattentive if she had been scum. Well, that was a dodgy lynch on Abraham yesterday, but I'm very glad it worked out well. I also saw Gollum on the rooftop last night and I wondered what he was doing.
-
This is really good, DanSto. Great job carefully designing the roof of the hall (and the pews as well)! Fantastic work.

MLB suspends A-Rod and 12 others in Biogenesis investigation
jimmynick replied to Leo604's topic in Culture & Multimedia
As someone who lives in the DC area, I'm happy that Gio Gonzalez is cleared - I've always thought he's a "good guy". -
And the figures (except for Daleks) are all fairly ugly! I don't mind how the sets look, though.
-
This looks very nice! I think that a project like this (a 20s car - not Al Capone) would be very "fresh" if you decided to put it on CUUSOO. I would certainly buy this if it were a set.
-
I think this is again an issue of semantics - I saw you did not place the vote that got the majority for Brittney, but you did put the extra one, the one I call "hammer" because then one person unvoting could not unstick the lynch. It looked to me like you were trying to subtly bring attention Romeo's way. I stand by my reading.
