  1. Fantastic!! I'm loving the model of your model in the photography section. Meta!!
  2. Cheers! Can't wait to see what you do with yours!
  3. Fantastic. So many fab details. The slot machines are brilliant, I love the double doors and the detail in the cornices (?) over the Windows is perfect for such a grand building!
  4. Sell sell sell!!!!!! PS your MOC here is fab - do you have a link to more pics!?
  5. Congrats to all the winners! And well done to everyone who entered because the overall standard of the entries was fantastic!!
  6. Very sweet! Makes for a nice springtime vignette.
  7. What a fantastic layout. So detailed and full of life!
  8. 1) Series 11 - Diner Waitress Entry (Build by BrickOn) - 1 point 37) Series 12 - Prospector Entry (Build by LaceVegas) - 1 point 23) Series 14 - Monster Scientist Entry (Build by Captain Flint) - 1 point
  9. So jealous of all the entries - brilliant stuff!! My votes are going to these three - 1 point each: 15) Clumsy Guy Entry (Build by tornado) - 1 point 48) Ballerina Entry (Build by Pakita) - 1 point 53) Clumsy Guy Entry (Build by matoli) - 1 point
  10. Fantastic!
  11. I didn't use LDD - for the interior I just worked with what bricks I had (hence why there's quite a few pieces from #4439 Police Helicopter in there ) For the outer wall I just bricklinked the med blue, masonry & dark orange that I needed.
  12. Thanks so much for the feedback everyone!
  13. This is great! What a clever idea to to stage it as a building conversion  Love the skip too by the way!
  14. Fantastic! The details are what brings this layout to the next level! I especially love the footpath in the fairground area and all the foliage. There's loads of 'life' in your town - fantastic stuff!
  15. So I love how the Corner Deli looks from the front... But to fit in with my layout it needed to be a fully enclosed building - and so a 4th corner was necessary! I also included some interior details. Deli Guy now has a very sad studio apartment above the deli (along with a very dodgy glass walled bathroom area ) but hey he should be happy as residential property is hard to come by in this Lego town! No deli can be complete without some food for sale - and coffee of course - take away or eat in! Poor Clumsy Guy is still getting the hang of eating on the go and using his crutches at the same time - oh well at least kitty is happy with the meat that's falling out of his sandwich! So there you have it. No new or exciting techniques but it was fun adding the details to the interior
  16. Nice!! Looks great with the red/dark red roof! <<< this so much!!!
  17. Totally agree with this....and I love how the laundromat looks beside the alleyway. The three buildings (bank, pub & laundromat) make a very realistic scene. Good stuff!
  18. I love this! The little details are just brilliant - the ladder (with wheels!) in the bookshop - I mean you could have just stuck a ladder there and left it at that but it wouldn't have been nearly as impactful! Love the reading loft and the little reading nook by the windows too. There's tons going on in this build - really good inspiring stuff! Oh and love the colour scheme of the ice cream shop too.
  19. This is really really wonderful. The structure itself is fab, but it's the details that I love...especially the vegetable patch and the charcoal winch. Brilliant stuff
  20. That's make a neat little seasonal set (like Springtime Scene or Thanksgiving Feast). I'd buy it!
  21. It was such a treat to look at these pics! The level of detailing is amazing. And the vaulted ceiling, staircase and gravity defying turret - so so good.
  22. This is a fab little scene - full of hustle and bustle! I'm swooning with jealousy of your guarded inn btw!
  23. Congratulations everyone!
  24. Your interiors are fantastic - especially love the corner sofa and glass stairs!!
  25. Detective Office & City Square - it's my birthday so I'm allowing myself two big buys....but hopefully I'll have dropped enough hints that I'll be gifted one of them, and can spend my money on some smaller sets!
