    70655 Dragon Pit - 1160 pieces, £119.99 70654 Dieselnaut - 1179, £89.99 That’s from Brickset, maybe they made an error.

    Not sure how 70655 is £30 more than 70654 when it has fewer bricks. That’s strange, even by lego’s pricing rules.

    2 out of 3 figs have plain legs... ...what ‘style’ is lego going for here?

    ...and how every ‘leak’ is low res despite half the world having a 4K capable phone on them 24/7. All these ‘leaks’ are deliberate efforts by lego to gauge interest and help set the price, without putting enough out there to allow Lepin to release the set first.

    I just don’t get lego’s stance on leg printing, it’s not a cost thing (c’mon, would cost pence/cents). Just seems lazy.

    Keychain’s (Catwoman etc.) sport more printing too. I think it’s not unreasonable to expect the figures in super expensive sets to be the very best lego’s technology can deliver.

    The app controlled batmobile looks like nothing and has no figures. Shame, a cockpit and figure would surely have been easy additions.

    These new sets are a mixed bag, the sanctum might be an instant classic worthy of addition to a modular line up and the hulk buster looks fun... ...the rest...dear me! Lego dropped the ball there. With the exception of Spider-Man, the figures are all rather bland.

    The dinosaur molds are carrying some very expensive and very average looking sets. Some of those minifigs are really rather generic...

    Well, looks like many interesting figures but those speeders seemed designed to look awful. I await high res pics...

    Something like 18 years in and Lego continually release the most bizarre sets at terrifying prices... ...but it must be working. These ‘bizarre’ sets must translate to sales or we’d never have gotten this far. Can’t wait for the summer wave where it’s a mix of snowspeeders and vehicles only seen in deleted scenes available on the Japanese laserdisk version of Star Wars.

    Always amazed at how pictures of nexo knight sets make them look awful...and yet the physical models are so good. I’m not sure I’ve seen a single set I liked at first...but I’ve now bought virtually everyone. 72004 Tech Wizard Showdown is delightful!

    Indeed! We’ve been saved, again, from anything new (and thus frightening). Perhaps, to achieve perfection, we can get a snowspeeder? My other 6 are barely a squadron.

    £54.99 ($73) in the U.K. at Toys R Us. Don’t think they will shift many at that price! Worst set I’ve seen in years!

    It’s deliberate, Lego leaks this stuff to gauge interest. The ‘poor quality’ is to keep Lepin from then making the set before the release date. Anyway, DJ figure looks great. Can’t say a new sandcrawler interests me, the UCS one kinda nailed that set and you’re not going to improve on that with a smaller build.

    Yikes, these Infinity War figures are so plain! Feels like we’ve gone back 5 or 10 years, design wise.

    Argh, why do lego keep missing off the back printing for figures? That’s been a staple of sets for decades, why have we gone backwards here? That Hugo Strange figure could have worked well in some MOCs but now it’s use is limited.

    £45 for the Mos Eisley set? £35 for the new Darth Vader?! Good grief, it’s like Lego knows the sets will be 25% off at Amazon so doesn’t think the RRP matters.
