I'm more disappointed in some of the comments than the set! This is a bad set - but people defend TLG on the basis 'Lego's aimed at kids'? Lazy work is always lazy and why should you get a pass because kids don't know anybetter? Lego should have known they couldn't do this set right at this price point - and could just as easily have sold the tumbler and bat separately and done a good job on each. Did lego think a tumbler or bat set wouldn't sell? They release Star Wars sets that are so obscure even die hard fans like me respond with 'WTF'...but a tumbler or bat was a bad business decision? The Dark Knight Rises was a minor hit?! The end result is we'll never get a proper lego tumbler. I've got a whole host of MOC's...so guess who loses out? Yeah, the same kids that apparently deserve this crap

We're not getting too minifig x wings at the same time - the 2012 version is still on shelves...

The implication is that lego didn't think a Bat set and a tumbler set would sell individually - so boxed them together at a price tag one would expect to pay for either the Bat or the tumbler... This is easily one of the worst sets lego has released in years - the Bat had that same amateurish build and blocky features of an early Star Wars set and the tumbler has Bane logos which suggests neither the tumbler or the film had been seen by the designer... We deserved an accurate improvement of the tumbler and a high quality Bat set. Both would have sold. Sadly people will still buy this set and this lego won't learn the lesson

Really impressed with this set - although I had initially been less than impressed. It's really well built, the minifigs are good and overall it's a set that's much better in the flesh than pictures might suggest

Anyone else found really poor quality torso printing on the Han Solo in the new A Wing? Looks like it was drawn on!

If accuracy was lucasfilm's concern it's unlikely we would have got blue TIE Fighters...if you're going to make stuff up, at least make it coherent! A non chrome cruiser would be no more an issue than any of the thousands of other 'inaccuracies' in every set. Remind me again, how accurate is the AT-RT...?

The 2008 gunship was very well made - evidently lego agrees, as they don't seem to have changed much. It's a bit disappointing if lego is re-releasing old sets...and just changing figures. We need (finally) an accurate AT-TE (the last one had those giant gaps...), these pictures don't fill me with confidence though and I expect we'll get the 2008 version with a new Anakin (sarcastic 'yey'). Not setting up for a vintage Star Wars year...prating for a stunning UCS to save things This must be the first time we have had summer pics before the winter sets are even released!
