this or DBG this part might do the trick, sabine's hands should be on the "barrel". But it would probalbly look rediculous. -
Very good rendition of our all most-favourite SW character!
-
Nice MOC. I think you molded that X-wing perfectly in the sand without any real gabs! Though it has me believing that X-wing crashed upside down...

It's on Bricklink. -
Great work again Anio! Knowing what design choises you made and had to make makes me to admire this model even more! I hope you will continue to do this, as it makes a very interesting read.

I think I know what you mean, it is a 1x2 plate place sideways. He uses a SNOT technique to achieve this effect. -

I'm afraid not, latest minifig promotions were not sold separately. -

Bought the new 2015's microfighters. They were 2+1 free, so bought all six and got those for €40. Seemed a pretty good deal to me. And, as an extra, there was a spend €50, get a free lego watch too! So bought an ITT from rebels (which is actually a pretty decent set with great parts), to get a Lego Boba Fett watch. I don't know what to do with it though, as I've got a better watch myself, so if anyone is interested, shoot me a PM

I wouldn't bricklink it if I was you, that set is really bad IMO. you could better MOC one. -
Nice comparison review ZCerberus! This made me actually aprreaciate the second Boba's slave I more, it's actually even less different from the newer one than I thought. That being said, I think I see the correction on the whole comparision-front shot. You've replaced the yellow 1x2 tiles with their printed counterparts, if I'm correct.
-
They actually did, way back in 2005. For today's standard it isn't a very good animal, so I agree that another one would be welcome.

Bob de Quatre, once again you've made an amazing ship! Great color scheme, great details, great techniques, great cockpit, and, if I remember correctly we haven't seen much of before in your MOCs, a great interior. I have to admit though, that in terms of shape, although it does look good, it does look a bit less than the normal Bob-standard IMO. It feels a bit strange from about the radar dish up to the engines. I cannot really explain what it is, but perhaps something on the side here will make it look more appealing. This is your first ship in which, to me, it stands out a bit. But it also looks okay in the way it does now, it's just that the standard of the rest of the points is set better.

[MOC] Sarlacc's nectar and the truth about Boba's escape
TWP replied to DanSto's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The rockwork, the organic looking sarlacc, the landscaping and everything else look absolutely great in this MOC! Well done, I love it! -
O well, that's quite a bit bigger then I expected! That does not matter, cause it's an very good design. I've actually been looking a venator this size, and did not realize I did already found it. It is a bit ashame too though, as you have mentioned, it makes it less probable to make into a set. I wish you good luck with the project, I see you have still some time left, but not all that much. I suggest if you plan to repost them, that you merge them into one ideas project, as I think that will yield more supporters.

Very good design woodnman412! You created nice angles that fit gabless together on the cockpit, the rest of the design looks also great, and the fact it can fold up makes it even better!

I wonder this too, does anyone know that? Is it a officer-type trooper or just a regular one?

MOC: Arbra Speeder Bike (Star Wars Marvel comics)
TWP replied to HJR-Holland's topic in LEGO Star Wars
They look nice! Quite good recreations of the source material -
That picture is, as has been said already, quite some years old. It's a clone wars set, one Padmé flew in the dark shadow virus episodes. It didn't make production though.

Thanks again for the link, I had not been able to find a good site to watch them, but now I have, so I've watched the episodes I did not yet saw!

I own the set, and I think it's quite nice, especially for its time. I got it when I had not actually played the game, liked it but thought it was a strange craft and I didn't know exactly what to do with it because it had strange/unkown figs, which made the set look to be from a different faction. After I had played the game, I actually liked it much more because I knew what it was and meant. Now the set is a bit less to me, as TFU is not really that much on my mind anymore, but I still not regret having bought it. It can actually quite live up to today's vehicle designs too. What matters most to you if you want to buy it, is if you want it, like if you would miss it when you did not own it, which mostly depends on how well you know TFU. Also, the price and its condition is an important factor. The minifigs are actually just a tiny bit outdated, but replacing the heads might do enough. Other than that, play features are OK, though there is a little bit too less space in the cockpit. The build is nice too. Personally, if I could buy it right now and I did not own it already, I'd prefer to buy some of the newer sets from 2015, especially as I've got a limited budget. -
It did? That's quite nice! any chance of a picture?
-
It looks great like that! Also those engines have some really good stuff.
