Thanks for doing this raffle again CopMike! My entry (had to resort to LDD as I had no access to my bricks this year :( ) When thinking of snow I think about snowboarding and skiing, which I both really like to do :)

That's weird - Vader's Tie vs. A-wing is one of my favorite sets from this year, can't believe it's stuck on shelves.

Great review Bob! I like the set, it seems it has great parts but probalbly won't buy it.

It seems to me that almost every set has just enough for me to buy them xD The phantom set is great in every way, I really need that in my life :p Only not a fan of the Yoda Jedi starfighter... They might have me buy it if they had released it 1 or 2 years ago. Not sure if I'll be needing all those microfighters... that and the amount of battlepacks I'll buy depends on the story in the movie Wow, totally forgot about that... That would be awesome!

Krennic's shuttle is nice, but the Tyderium is superior. Same for the Kylo's shuttle, which is also horribly inaccurate. U-wing is very nice, great minifigs, and very swooshable. I can only hope it will be very iconic after Rogue One is out. Rebel Combat frigate would not be recommended by me. For hovertank or AT-ST, I have them both, and they're both great. If you already have any kind of AT-ST i'd buy the hovertank, you won't regret it!

Bought 7x Rebel A-wing pilot for a decent price from bricklink. I have some of them for sale if anyone wants :) Did you buy it from TRU? What did you pay? I also like to buy it maybe, it's now at TRU Netherlands for 20% off (topdeal) + 15% off when you buy 3 products (happy sunday)... not sure which other products I want to add, not everything is very cheap, but so far got 2x Mixels 41559 Paladum in cart. Other star wars sets are not eligible, except Kylo Ren's shuttle (which is discounted to 80 euros too), could maybe also substitute the Mixels for a fancy bag with ToysRus branding for €1. Shipping is free too.

All The Clone Wars sets had the CW faces, there has not been an exception. However, the Anakin's starfighter that I think you described is not from the same show, but from an older show with almost the same title. That being set, it looks like the Yoda's starfighter will have the latest Yoda from the Battle on Geonosis set.

It has great minifigs, the speeder is a fine build too. If you're not into EP I it's easy to skip and I wouldn't buy it.

Next to the vulture droid the Droid Gunship and Droid Tri Fighter also don't have pilot inside, just a droid brain. And then the droid brain is not removable like the one from the Tie/d from the old Tie Fighter Collection. In the latest MTT, there was the droid STAP speeder ridiculously folding out from the back, if your remember. There's also the lookout tower from the recent Assault on Hoth set. Poor Rebel Trooper, he must be freezing xD Also there aren't really big lifting handles on most of the big ships

Thanks guys, I looked on wookieepedia and it was in the behind the scenes section with source. Quite interesting, thanks for pointing it out. I kinda doubt it could be Rex. Rex looks quite old already in SW Rebels, and RotJ is even about 10 years later. Especially with his 2x groth acceleration this makes a difference, being 20 years older for a normal person. To do the math correctly: Rex was born 32 years BBY, The battle of Endor is approximately 4.5 years after that, in 4-5 ABY. Meaning he is 36.5 years in RotJ, so 73 years for a normal human. And I think anyone can imagine people of 70+ aren't commando-fit anymore. However, it could be that the groth acceleration does not work like that exactly for the entire life, and that the body cells don't age twice as fast too. In this case, it may be possible.

Congratz on buying the set and have fun with your trumpets I bought the Assault on Hoth for 200 back when it was just a few weeks out, which I thought was an unbeatable deal, but sadly have been proven other wise multiple times. Either way, I do enjoy the set c: I wonder, why did you buy those trumpets instead of some other SW sets? The 28% off is still a very good deal for them. I also figured out why they gave me 18% at first. I knew it was 20% and then 10% over remaining total, but perhaps their site let not process it correctly that way. 20%+10% off results in a total of 28% off. But instead of displaying it as first 20% off and then 10% over the remaining they calculated 18% off the individual star wars sets and then 10% discount on the total amount which it would have been if there was no 20% off on star wars, while still displaying the grand total with star wars discount. Confusing. I don't expect any of you can follow my above reasoning because of my weird formulation, but it works out, I promise

Nice videos, I like what these things can do what looking at constructions cannot. One suggestion though, you put the wings just straight on, it would have been nice seeing how those where build too in the video.

Ah, thanks. Every star wars set seems 20% off indeed. Not the best deal ever still though, and the bad thing is it can't be combined with "Top deals" and the current sunday promotion sadly :/

Yeah, I know, and it's too bad, maily because of shipping which makes them suddenly not all that cheap Or I'd have to buy 10 of each to make shipping just 1 euro on each set, and resell those, but that doesn't seem a very good plan either, as reselling can sometimes take a while.

Where did you get that for those prices? I recently bought the Combat frigate for €110, it was an okay deal I think, thought it could not be beaten xD

Indeed, that will be cheaper overall, and both sets look nearly identical. Also, you'll get the correct minifigs.
