OoC: Not that I'm complaining, but why was Tarokai's damage divided twice instead of just once? What am I missing? Boomingham grits his teeth as the dark visage of Tarokai explodes with more squiggly lines the eldritch goo. He hears voices crying out from the back of his mind, gnawing away, subconscious to consciousness. Already his grasp on the battle and the other heroes is tenuous. Spotting an enormous ogre fighting along his side he makes note to allow the turncoat fight as long as he wants, but to deal with him afterwards. If he had betrayed Tarokai and his army, he could betray Lord Boomingham just as easily. Boomingham repeats his attack, howling at the Orcish King, determined he will take not one step closer to his own kingdom, treasure room, people, wine casks, wife, son.

OoC: You're forgetting the weather: the reason the "base damage" is *2/2 is darkness (all humanoid so: *2) and electric (weather so: /2). Then *2 again for Wermheim because he's still weak to electric regardless of weather (I believe). You're right about the power bonus, I did forget that. I will run the next round shortly, should probably be the last one.

OoC: Roger. Sorry, immunities are usually listed next to the level (as seen on the other heroes) so I didn't think to check beyond that - I will add them there so I don't miss it again. OoC: Blinded on enemies prevents damage and free hits. Sealed prevents special damage. If they are physical or otherwise doesn't have anything to do with it. And the Bar Owner has all damage dealt to him divided by other enemies. Natnail+Wermheim means /2 to all damage dealt to the Owner.

I think the fairest way to maintain the way the item was intended would be to change the description to "SP: 2, +2 SP for Star Elves" (4 SP for Star Elves now). Then, if polished, it would go to "SP: 3, +2 SP for Star Elves" (5 SP for Star Elves). That way it doesn't get OP, but still maintains it's perk for the Star Elves out there. I think that would be most in keeping with the original intent as well.

OoC: Had to double check myself a few times to figure out what happened, I changed one thing but not the other. In Round 1, since Matthias killed Andy and Bernard, Parvati should have targeted Natnail (as Stickfig pointed out). Natnail activated his first special then. OoC: That's what I'm saying. If he were left untargeted, he would not damage you. So sentinel will not protect against his special. It would protect you if he dealt damage with it, even if it was a special that dealt damage.

OoC: I will wait a few hours for Lord Duvors to confirm that he is alright with this plan of action. In the future I will run the round as close to twenty-four hours as I can using actions the characters stated themselves. This isn't to be nasty, but I think it's more in the spirit of the chaos of battle, and it will do Jebidiahs proud (and Sandy went with it recently in 148!).

OoC: Hey CMP - two questions. Is the "I Know Your Secrets" passive special intentionally vague as to what it actually does? If so, that's totally cool, just checking! And secondly are you sure you wrote that insanity thing right? Just because as it stands, every single enemy will turn any given hero insane if they successfully land a hit. Which is again fine, just not sure if that's what the battle was meant to do. Just want to say I designed the quest before I picked the party... so though it seems that Matthias knows everyone, that's just because I repeat characters and he's been on... two quests with me now? Three? Always love throwing in Everyman. This brings his appearances up to seven, which I think probably tops any of my other NPCs...
