  2. You mean you'd have to play the game like everyone else?! Most of us don't have ALL the buffs EVERY battle. I support either of these changes. Anyone who says any one person is trying to gain through this change is ridiculous. The rogues are broken. They're getting fixed. You can start over as another class if you don't like it, and then change back when you realize that no class compares to the rogues.
  3. Oh, no doubt. But they're acting like Boomingham was just going to murder him no matter what, which is not what he said. I'll have more to say about this quest when its over, but I really like all the characters in it. It's a very important quest to Boomingham (and to me playing him) for a number of reasons. Boomers was married as well.
  4. Boomingham waits for his whole party to climb the ladder, then follows behind them.
  5. Some QMs reward roleplaying choices. I think it's good! You guys don't listen to poor Boomingham! He explained that he offered Masson safety and a truce if he destroyed the Harvester, and Masson refused. I think he had reason to believe that there'd be bloodshed.
  6. Boomingham's face remains impassive. Barty zips around behind him. He nods. "Let's get going." His hand doesn't stray from his sword's hilt.
  7. Yeah, I didn't know that a Private had that sort of authority.
  8. I'm intrigued to see what happens when you actually get around to hosting a quest.
  9. Boomingham stands up straight and proud. He walks forward and stands over the crouched Masson and Karie. "So what now, Stealer?"
  10. Docken throws a smoke bomb and the heroes step back out into the hallway... Round Six Lady Felix Fight Guts takes Health Core Guts v. Passive Special: Genetic Regrowth – As a Selkreeth, Lady Felix has incredible powers of cell regrowth. On all rounds that are multiples of three, Lady Felix will regain 200 health. Passive Special II: Selkreeth Mace - The Selkreeth carry a special kind of mace. All rolls for damage deal the "bleeding" effect. Drops: Nothing Time: 8:46 "There's the imp," says Lady Felix gleefully. The door to the dining hall flies open and Everstien bursts through. He closes it and locks it swiftly. "We're running out of time, we need to get to Daneeka and go back again. We're not even observing the scenario anymore, we've gotten so off-track. Where is Lady Nyx?"
  11. Boomingham stares ahead, a little bit past Masson, a twisted smile still barely clinging onto his lips. His hand rests on the hilt of Scupperer, but it is not clenched, just at the ready.
  12. It's the same thing as an upgraded broom.
  13. 72, waiting for actions to be boldified.
  14. Boomingham walks up behind Karie and Arthur. He smiles sadly. "Shall we see what happens then?" Boomingham knocks loudly on the door.
  15. OoC: Just realized you never noted it but I put my everlasting venom into Scupperer. Also, we have photography? Boomingham walks into the room, takes a sip from the wine and examines the red vial.
  16. "No magic compass then? Alright." Boomingham walks up to the opens the door on the right.
  17. Consider her not encouraged.
  18. "I sometimes forget how young you chaps are." Boomingham smiles kindly. "Young ears often choose to listen to the thoughts inside their heads instead of those outside." Boomingham shrugs. "Arthur berates me for not listening, but you two choose to not listen yourselves. I've told you I've offered him peaceful resolution twice over, and he has refused both times. Unless he changes his mind suddenly and without warning, there will be bloodshed. But theres no need to tell you. Time will prove me right." He winks happily. "What's that magical compass of your's say, private?"
  19. Right you are! See, you knew what was going on the whole time. And as for all the weird shit that's going on this quest - I hope you leave some of these characters alive, as they all have further things to do! A lot of their actions will be explained and extrapolated upon if they make it through. Some of them are SUPER important, but all of them (barring one) CAN be killed this quest... it will just have a major impact on future Zepher quests.
  20. Read the quest over again, they both pretty clearly said where they were off to.
  21. Don't forget to read the end of 68 and give me your thoughts! And 72ers, there's a real battle, right?
  22. Lord Marsh's eyes widen with confusion and fear. He balks at the note, visibly. "What is that?" he says fearfully. "Is someone supposed to die at this party? What is the meaning of this, Guffington?" "I have asked my friends at Heroica to police the party. If there is nothing to hide, then you have nothing to fear. I did ask them to come to me with the proof..." "Heroica goons!" howls Hinckwell. "They are a lying and cheating group. They've attacked the Hinckwells before on the Shawe's provocation!" "Are you perhaps disappointed because I am the target of the assassination?" Lord Hinckwell and Lord Marsh make fleeting eye contact. Lord Marsh shakes his head ever so slightly. Lord Hinckwell picks up a wine goblet and hurls it at Samuel Shawe. Unfortunately, his aim is off, and the goblet slams into Lord Chauncey's head instead. The man starts to bleed where the lip of the cup hit him. "Very well, you elite of Eubric. You are all friends of Guffington, but not of mine. One of you is responsible for a death of a friend of mine, but I don't think I will miss any of you particularly." Lord Chauncey twists a ring on his finger and two ghastly figures, one of shadows and one of light, burst into being in red flowing robes. "Spare Guffington and his servants. The rest may perish." Lord Marsh rips free from Docken's grasp, and the party devolves into fear and confusion. 24. I absolutely love the mini-fig, Flare! I don't know if I commented, but the hat is just perfect. Beautiful figure.
  25. Lord Marsh scoffs in shock. He raises his voice in anger. "What is this?! You are attempting to arrest me, but you have not even told me what I am accused of?" Then Lord Marsh laughs suddenly and turns to Guffington. "Is this some sort of joke? I know you've always had an impish side." Docken grabs Lord Marsh by the arms. "Too rough, sir!" Lord Marsh calls indignantly. "What is going on?" asks a worried Henry. "Lord Marsh is a good friend of mine! He does not deserve to be arrested! I would consider it a personal favor if you kept your hands off of him." "My husband! Unhand him, you monsters!" Lady Marsh looks angry. She begins to march towards the heroes with determination in her step.
