Hamilton bows to Princes Speros. "My lords, I must beg your pardon. It was my hand that felled General Mint." Neither the King nor Prince budge. Hamilton continues. "He fought bravely and for what he thought was right. We ran into another group of heroes. They had recaptured Grishnod and were on their way to exchange him for King Valentino. I was forced to allow them to pass. My kingdom needs back their King. Mint would not allow it. He wished to return Grishnod to the Fire Nords. He believed the thievery would be viewed as our hand, and would destroy the truce." Hamilton sucks in his breathe. "I am at your mercy. I have done what I think is right and just, but I have killed your men, and my life is at your hands." There is silence. Prince Speros turns to his father. "I apologize, father," says the Prince. "The Fire Nords did not break the truce. The Fire Lizards did." "You have doomed your Kingdom for your King," says King Speros quietly to Hamilton. "I wonder how he'll repay you when he returns." "Valentino won't get the chance." Prince Speros unsheathes his sword. "He has killed our men. It is right that we spill his blood." King Speros shakes his head. "We have already lost a General today. We don't need to lose two." "We cannot let this crime go unpunished." "Look across the river, son. A city is burning. Now is not the time for us to kill our own." "You are weak. You bow to this man who has killed our General. That is an act of war. You bow to the Red Lizards, to King Valentino. You fund their bridge. It is no wonder that this man can kill Mint without fear. You are a servant to everyone. You have no power." The Prince spits at his father's feet. "You are afraid of this General. You are afraid of the Red Lizard. You are afraid of the Fire Nords. You are afraid of the Orcs. You don't deserve the power you have." Prince Speros turns his horse. "I will go recover Grishnod and make peace with the Fire Nords... and I will kill those who slaughtered Mint and our men in the process. To me!" A few of the Four Boulders calvary form up, and Prince Speros gallops off towards Baltarok. The heroes turn to King Speros. His eyes are wet and swimmy, but his mouth remains tight and drawn. "The city is burning," he repeats. He stares past the heroes before returning his gaze to them. "We must stop it. You are to come with me." The King turns to Hamilton. His words are sharp and harsh. "Pay your debt to the Four Boulders swiftly, Hamilton. My son has just charged into the land of the Orcs. You have started one war today. Help prevent a second. If my son is attacked within the Orcish territory, or attacks within territory, it will be considered an act of aggression. You must prevent this." Speros inhales sharply. "If you can bring him back alive, do so. If you can't - stop the war. Get yourself a horse." Hamilton bows, turns to the heroes... and, at a loss for words, bows again. He then hurries off. "Are you prepared to ford the river once more?"

Not to stop your paranoia (you should ALWAYS be paranoid!) but most of my updates come when I can wedge them in - which is why sometimes something gets an update and something else doesn't. If I have five minutes free, I'll post in the quest I'm actively on, whereas I have to wait for hour long chunks to update larger parties like Baltarok. It makes updates kind of sporadic and sometimes makes it look like I'm ignoring someone, but really getting the five minute things out of the way makes it that much quicker for me to update other stuff later! But, of course, also maybe the things have an affect on each other!

That being said, the quest IS taking a bit longer than we anticipated, but we anticipated it would take longer than we'd anticipated (if that makes any sense!).
