Dame Etna will be back, and the secret why she left knighthood behind will be revealed eventually. It's also the reason why she didn't fight the knights and surrendered to Beatrix. What you have to understand from Etna is that she is a deeply troubled woman, not evil. I like my characters to have ambiguous motives and complex personalities, so please bear with me.

The first post has now been updated with the characters introduced in Chapter IV: The Mist. They include Master Burnbeard, Sir Brighton Bley, Sir Dancelot, Dumbert, Dame Etna, Duke Sandred, Captain Boreal and Notuz. There is also a new picture of Beatrix in her new travelling attire.

Nope, I'm quite certain the baywatch chick has the same blonde hair as the cheerleader (look at the difference between the hair and the skin color), while the surfer dude has tan hair.

Hi all Castle-fans! I'd like to take this chance to direct all of you who love stories of knights, princesses, kingdoms, dragons, fantasy races and everything like that to take a look at my line of Castle-themed LEGO comics, Princess Quest and it's sequel Queens' Quest. You'll find all the links to them neatly in my signature, but those of you who've already read all of them, I'm happy to announce that a new chapter of Queens' Quest is now up: Chapter IV: Mist. A new chapter of Queens' Quest, the Castle-themed comic is here. We return to our heroine from PQ, Queen Beatrix, as she embarks on the journey to attend the wedding of the orc king. The road ahead is far from easy one, though. For this chapter, I decided to make the fonts in the speech bubbles smaller, to fit more text and also to show more of the background. I also showcased a few of the MOCs from this chapter elsewhere in the boards, so if you want to take a closer look on them, see the Royal Carriage here, and The Swan here. But now, enjoy this action-packed and lengthy chapter of Queen Beatrix's adventures! Phew! You made it to the end, I'm happy for that! Next chapter will take us back to the young witch Xulda, as she makes her way out of Nornia to take Beatrix's place in the throne of Brickland. A nice, bittersweet ending to a very thrilling comic! Thanks for sharing it with us. It was quite obvious who was going to die and who survive, but that's alright. Maybe in your next project you could focus on the backgrounds more? It's of course not necessary, but a more detailed environment would really compliment the wonderful stories you tell through your comics. I realize that would also extend the time you'd have to spend on making the comics, but you could try how it works if you'd like. You're really a talented and versatile story-teller, and you're getting better and better at it, so please, don't ever stop.

It's okay, I personally don't mind. However, since Dystopia is likely to end before June, then June would have to be a hiatus month for Mafia-games, if that's alright for you, Dragonator. I'll promise to start the recruitment for Hogwarts Mafia before my trip, so the game can begin almost as soon as I get back. Hope this is a good solution to everybody. As I said earlier, I'd hate to lose my chance to host after almost a year waiting for it just because this trip happened to take place at the same time.

Well excuse me for not being able to discern different dialects of English from each other in a minute-long trailer. Anyway, I know it's not accurate, but the country's usually just called "England" where I'm from, no matter what part of the Great Britain is talked about.

It's quite pretty in it's simplicity, yes. I agree that the window technique is its highlight. The student in front seems to be quite young for a college student, don't you think?

I agree that some sort of forestmen or outlaws would fit Kingdoms well as an impartial faction. Of course, more kingdoms with different colors and crests are possible, but they'd be quite redundant, too.

My entry is also for the Forestman, which is definitely my favorite minifig out of the bunch, even though they all are great. I call this vignette Premiere Night of Robin Hood in the National Theatre. This is a scene where Robin Hood (missing from the picture) meets Little John. As you can see, the SNOT curtains hide the modern lighting used in the play. Also note the painted background canvas. The audience is having mixed vibes about the play. The young girl is excited to see a handsome actor playing Robin Hood, but her mother doesn't approve of all the thievery portrayed in the play. The granddad is smiling naughtily as he contemplates on how to "steal" from the other rich people and keep the money to himself. Here's hoping you like the vig!

Since Dystopia Mafia is apparently nearing its conclusion, and the next one in line is Hinckley's "TBA" Mafia, I have to ask if you, Hinckley, are still going to host your game? It's just that you've been awfully inactive this whole year, and it seems to me I've only seen you hosting Red Moon and nowhere else. It might just be me being blind, though... Anyway, I'm asking this because my Hogwarts Mafia is the next in line after Hinck, and I'm going away on a trip to Florida to see the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter themepark on 15.-27. of June, so I won't be able to get online much at all during that time. So any hosting duties I have would have to start after I come back. I'm only saying this in case Hinckley cancels his Mafia-game, in which case I wouldn't be able to host my game immediately, but only in July. So either some other Mafia-game could be started, or there could be a month's hiatus in Mafia-games, but that's all for Dragonator to decide. I just really hope I won't be pushed all the way to the back of the list, as I've been waiting for my turn to host for almost a year. And of course I really hope to see what Hinckley's come up with in the mysterious "TBA" Mafia, even though I can't participate to it because of my trip.

You didn't watch the end of the episode? The Dream Lord was , not anything else. I really liked this episode a lot, it was different, and it deepened the relationship between the three main characters a whole lot. I also like it when an episode manages to "dupe" me. When the Dream Lord went "You were right, I have been defeated", I was like "Do they really have to underline it so?", but then it was revealed that they were dreaming the whole time. The cause of the hallucinations was quite pointless (sparkly specks, really?), but all in all the concept of the plot was really great. Next week were back to one of those "creepy rural England episodes" that we've seen in every season, it seems. Let's just see what kind of aliens lurk in the English countryside this time.

I think it's because they don't have weapons in the island (or at least they don't want to show having weapons). So, I wonder if the game is over yet? The opening post in Day 5 said that the survivors had to condemn an insane in order to win, but of course something miraculous can happen at night... Yeah right.

Hehe, I've never played any Street Fighter game, but I remember having one of those collectable sticker sheets for SF2 (the stickers came from single-packed bubblegums), and I was convinced that Vega was a woman from the pose he had in the sticker. Now that I know better, I still think he's flamboyant as hell, but that only makes him more cool.

Nope, it's the same one we've had for years. A new dog breed (and a non-crouching cat) would be nice, though.

Looks like this year's City Advent Calendar's theme is a family's home in a Christmas. Nice concept, I'm just disappointed by the number of minifigs and the lack of any new parts. Compared to the Castle calendar, which is a must-get for me, this one has nothing much to offer...

You guys are just being way too picky! These sets are absolutely fantastic and have certainly evolved from the earlier HP sets with all the incredible details, color and piece variety, and of course the superb minifigs (many of which people have been craving for ever since the theme started). So quit your yapping because HP is back! PS. I can't believe some of you are whining about the lack of wands. I have like a bazillion of those wand/lightsaber sticks in a large variety of colors in my stock, and my whole collection still fits one cabinet so it's not large by far. I don't understand why people want absolutely everything to be included in every set, since all LEGO fit together and you can mix'n'match them endlessly.

Shucks, thought I could win this one for the goodies for once! Oh well, it was a mistake to target Iamded yesterday, and now I've paid the price. Play well, the rest of you!

Sounds like fun! Loving all these contests popping up here after a long time of not having any. You guys sure are generous with the prizes. One thing I'd like to get elaborated on, though: is the vignette supposed to be suitable for ANY of the 16 minifigs, or can it be specialized for just one? The rules kind of said both, so I'm unsure.

Really? Has it been published in any other set aside the Camper and the Grand Emporium? I can't remember any other, at least... I'm more bothered that the girl doesn't have a female face, but a common "modern smiley head". As for this set itself, it doesn't offer anything of appeal to me. For a train station, it's very stripped down and bland.

B-b-but I did everything you told one should do in the confirmation topic, and none of that seemed to increase the probability of my survival. Oh well, I'll continue my deadly dance... in your nightmares! Mwahaha!
