  5. It is good for an 8 year old.
  6. I think this is a cool set. Unfortunately mine got damaged in the mail and it was missing pieces. So LEGO is sending me a new one for free.
  7. That is cool.
  8. This is some good stuff you have here.
  9. Looks like a fire boat to me.
  10. Well, I deserve to win because I am the LegoKing and I am out of money and can't buy anymore Lego at the moment. Please could I be the winner? LegoKing
  11. Wow, this is a great PTV contest entry. The thing I like the most about your MOC is the pirate ship. It is done so well with great detail. I can see that you have put a whole lot of time and effort into your MOC and it looks really good! LegoKing
  12. Opinion I really like your PTV entry because it is really funny. I can't believe spies actually did this. I like how you tiled the bathroom floor. You used the perfect expression for the soldiers face. I would be very surprised if I got shot in the butt. I like how you made the sewers gray and having a mouse crawling down in there. Possible Improvements 1) The sewers do look too clean. You could replace some of that gray tiling with some brown tiles and replace part of the sewer wall with brown pieces to give it a dirty affect. 2) You could add a toilet paper roll by making the guard hold a white stud. Non-Brick Related 1) Your pictures can't be bigger than 640x480. 2) It would be nice to have a story explaining why the pirate is shooting the guard. Overall- I can see you have put some time into your MOC and it has paid off. I really like that your MOC was really funny. There are some very minor improvements to do on your MOC.I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium My small PTV contest entry coming soon!
  13. Opinion I really like what I see in your MOC. The whole idea of a secret trade, but it does not go well and a big fight breaks out. What I really like about your MOC is that it has a lot of color in it and a very islandy effect to it. The boat that is burning with the sail is really good. About the sail, did you burn holes in it because it looks really good. I really like how you used white flowers as gun smoke. The battle is detailed with lots of blood. I also like how you added a giant skull to your MOC. Possible Improvements 1) It would look much nicer if you put some blue tiles on the water. Also, you could put tiles on the dock and on the ground. 2) Change some of the minifig faces to what is going on in the scene because I see a lot of standard pirate faces. 3) Maybe you could have the cannon firing a cannon ball. 4) On the burning boat, I noticed that you have a skeleton. How can a person burn that fast. I would exchange the skeleton with a guard screaming. Non-Brick Related 1) Your pictures can be no bigger than 640x480. 2) Since the first picture is the most important, I would retake it with an entire view of your whole MOC. Overall- I like the idea of a secret pirate trade and than having a battle. I think you could improve your MOC by doing some of the stuff I recommended. Other than that, your MOC is pretty good. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium My small PTV contest entry is coming soon!
  14. Opinion I like you idea of torturing the Imperial guard, instead of pillaging some random village. The torched chamber you made looks very nice because of the dark and gloomy with skeletons and torturing instruments. I like how you have the guard hanging upside down. In your third picture, I like how you have the pirate about to cut off the guard's arm. Possible Improvements 1) Put some black tiles on the ground to make you MOC look nicer. 2) Add some blood next to the upside down guard or the skeleton. 3) You can put a treasure chest with a pirate counting the gold. 4) You can add a dead soldier with a sword stuck through him. 5) Maybe you could add some pirates celebrating and drinking wine. Non-Brick Related 1) Your pictures should be no bigger than 640x480. Overall- I really like your idea of a torture chamber and you have executed your idea very well. There are some minor improvements to do, but after that is complete, you MOC will look even better. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium Small PTV contest entry coming soon!
  15. Opinion I like your MOC theme of a giant wall and pirates trying to overrun it. I like the pirate ship you made. The little cannons and how you made the ship is really good. I like how you made the sand a stud higher than the water and that you put white where the water hits the sand. The wall you made is really good. It looks like it took you a long time to make and it paid off. I like how you put the pirates storming on the beach trying to defeat the knights? I like how you put a minifig in a barrel with a sail. Possible Improvements 1) I don't really like the minifigs you put on the beach as pirates. I think you should replace them with normal pirate minifigs. 2) On the beach, it would look much nicer if you put tile on the sand and also on the grass too. 3) Instead of having knights, replace them with the Imperial Armada to fit the PTV contest better because knights don't fit in with pirates. 4) I would take that wolf flag off and put a pirate flag there in its place because it does not fit in with pirates. 5) If you were to add a piece of white paper for the sail, I think it would make the pirate ship look much nicer. 6) On the top of the castle, it would look nicer if you put some gray tiles on. 7) Add a battle scene with some blood because you don't have any in your MOC. 8) On the tower, you could add a cannon with a guard firing it at the pirates. Non-Brick Related 1) It would be nice to have a story to explain what is happening. Overall- This is a very good MOC and I like it a lot, but I would change the minifigs and do some minor improvements. After those improvements, your MOC will look even better. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium My PTV contest small entry is coming soon!
  16. Opinion You have a very smooth story plot with nice touches. Your MOC is very big and detailed for such a small contest entry. The buildings are very nice. The roofing for the tan and brown building are very well put together. I liked how you put little gray tiles on top of the roof to make it even nicer. The whole pirate battling the Imperial Armada is always a good theme for a MOC. I like the big battle happening in the center of the town. The torches and face expressions are very well executed. In the third picture, I can see you used 4 brown minifig legs as detail. I like how you use your bricks! In the buildings, I like how you can see into them and take a look as to what is happening in there. On the white and black building, I like how you used gray minifigs as statues and black minifig legs for detail. Possible Improvements 1) In the third picture, you have a guard lying down. I would put some blood on him so it looks like he is bleeding. Overall- This is a great medium PTV MOC. I can see you have put a lot of time and effort into your MOC. I really like how you interpreted the PTV contest into your MOC. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium Small PTV Entry coming soon!
  17. Opinion The story and how you have created your MOC is very well done. You have fit a lot of detail into such a small MOC. The rocks at the bottom are nicely created. I like how you fit black, dark gray and light gray all in the rocks to make it look even better. The wood pillars are very well made and how you made them twist is cool. The mesh net is a nice addition to have and to make it even better; you have a pirate climbing up it. On the second level, I like how you have the pirate captain aiming his gun at the Imperial Armada guard. You used good minifig expression for your MOC instead of having plain pirate faces. It is always good to have a pirate MOC with a damsel in distress. Possible Improvements 1) Instead of having the roof red, why don't you have it brown or black to fit the rest of the pieces used in your MOC? 2) Put some blood on the Imperial guard that just got shot by the pirate because you don't have any blood in your MOC at all. 3) You could have the pirate on the bottom level carrying a torch instead of a knife. 4) Give the pirate captain a rainbow parrot in his good hand and put the gun in his hook. Non-Brick Related 1) Some of the pictures you have are a little bit dark, causing not to see some of the pieces used in your MOC. You could add a lamp next to in, use more natural light or change the angle of the light you already have. 2) Instead of using a sheet, replace that with white paper. This will make you MOC stand out more. 3) Grammar mistake: "Hopefully the overhang are acceptable, otherwise I've got to figure out some else." It should be "Hopefully the overhang is acceptable. Otherwise I've got to think of something else." Overall- This is a very creative MOC and I liked how you fit so much into such a small 8x8 plate. You have done some good work. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium
  18. One day, on a dark and spooky night, a local went into the Transelvacan woods to walk around and cook himself a meal. But little did he know, he was being watched. Than a ghost popped out of nowhere and chased him! There is one evil ghost sleeping in the tree. A witch and the Transelvacan King of the woods are watching over everything that is going on. A ghost chasing the local villager. Hope you liked it! LegoKing
  19. This is a good find and it looks very good.
  20. Opinion I like your theme very much. Mutiny, I have not seen a pirate captain betray his loyal crew yet over treasure. The background you have made fits your MOC very well. The cave where the treasure is buried is made very well. I like how you opened it half way so you can see what is inside it. Non-Brick Related 1) The pirates that are getting betrayed by their captain, you should change their face expression to a more surprised and scared, rather than a normal pirate face. 2) You can tile the sand to make you MOC look nicer. 3) Put a skeleton next to the treasure to make your MOC look nicer. Next to the skeleton, put some dried up blood under him. 4) Add a snake or small animal on the sand. 5) In you’re forth picture; you can see one of the pirate’s arms is badly cracked. I would exchange that pirate with another one. Non-Brick Related 1) In some of your other pictures, you could add that background you have in the first one. Overall- I can see you enjoy making the original, pirate’s mutiny and burring treasure. Your story is really well written. Some minor improvements to do, but other than that, it is fine. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium
  21. Opinion I guess the pirate has buried an Imperial Armada officer? I like how you made you water and sand. I see you have made the beach a stud higher than the water, very good. I like how you put the snake next to the buried officer, nice touch. The officer’s face fits the MOC perfectly, screaming and being afraid. The tree very well made with limps dropping down. I can see you have put the treasure from Indiana Jones into your MOC, nice use of pieces. Possible Improvements 1) Tiling the sand would look much nicer. 2) Put some sand around the head to make it look like it is buried even better. 3) Have the pirate carrying a sword or gun. 4) Add some blood into your MOC. Maybe you could have the snake biting the buried guard and put some blood next to his head. Just a thought you would like to know that. 5) Put a rainbow parrot sitting on top of the palm tree to add some color. Non-Brick Related 1) You could have a name for your MOC, instead of saying, "image of the piracy cruel." 2) Put a story or have a plot about your MOC. 3) Your pictures can only be a max of 640x480. Overall- I can see you have put some time and effort into creating your MOC. It has come out well, but there are some minor improvements you can fix to make your MOC look even better. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium
  22. Opinion This is a very detailed small MOC you have got here. I like your idea of having a slave auction. Those banners that you got there fit your MOC very well. Are those banners from Avatar Lego? The tiles on the wood look very nice. I like that you included the Indiana Jones whip and backpack. The expression on the male slave is good. He looks very angry and anode. Possible Improvements 1) You should tile the rest of the ground instead of having some non-tiles in there. 2) You could have the pirate holding a rainbow parrot or put it somewhere in your MOC to add some more color. 3) You could give the woman slave a screaming face instead of a normal one. 4) The pirate is trading with silver? Exchange the silver with gold coins. 5) Add some blood by the slaves or something because you are lacking blood. Non-Brick Related 1) There should be some kind of story or a plot. 2) Spelling error: buiyng, should be buying. 3) Don't have deep links; add those pictures to your entry topic. You are allowed up to 6 pictures anyway. Overall- This is a good MOC and I like the Fire nation banners a lot. Some small minor improvements, but other than that, it is great. I wish you the best of luck! LegoKing My PTV Entry- Medium
  23. This is my droid army. I will post my rebel and clone army later. LegoKing
  24. I really like how you made the sails. They look really nice, but the ship is too many colors. Try to have it semetrical with the same colors.
  25. This is a cool diorama. I can see you own 7676 because of commander cody.
