  1. - A X-Wing as a planet set? We already have the X-Wing. Maybe a Y-Wing? That would make more sense to me (the X and the Y do look a little similar). - A DS Trooper. Does that mean we'll get a Death Star II? - If we get a Vulture Droid as a planet set, what kind of minifig can we suppose to get with it? A boring robot? Please no! - General Grievous Bike. Nice, it's actually one of my favorite scenes of the movie (a part of the movie i don't watch fastforward). The Grievous chase Lego made earlier looked bad (especially the wheel and Grievous himself) so i'm very interested in how this one will turn out! - As for the other sets, they probably are going to throw in some non-cw jedi (ayla secura, shaak ti for example)
  2. i like the aliens and monsters.
  3. Great review, thanks! With this many mini-figs, it becomes more and more difficult to make interesting figs that will please collectors. That being said, the legodesigners need to dig deeper for ideas, and i like to see where that's going! Love this series. I cannot wait to go to the store and search for the ones that me and my girlfriend want!
  4. I think they showed us the AT-AP more or less as a direction what the new wave is about. A new wookie with detailed printing, episode III-based sets, stuff like that. The choice of a somewhat basic set could be that there are still plenty new summer sets (i thought they weren't available in the states as of now, right?) and the release of the Ewok-village in september. People need to buy these sets first, before Lego will release new designs i guess. Otherwise, you might not want to buy some sets that are on sale right now, but you start saving for those sets that will come out in the winter. People speculate about a Dagobah-set. I don't know. I doesn't seem logic to me. As a set it needs more than just the hut of Yoda, and we allready had a x-wing fighter last year. But Lego made the new Yoda, so they need to use that mold probably, so to me it seems logic, especially with the episode III-sets that there's going to be a Yoda on Kashyyk based set with his escape pod.
  5. Thnx 4 the review. I don't have anything with Chima or Action figures like this, but this one is really a beauty. There's a big chance i will buy this one (and maybe i will buy me some Chima apes hah!)
  6. those are great designed mini-figs and definitely don't need redesign. They do need to show up in some new sets though
  7. Aren't there better pictures from Tarrful? I only saw him from the side. I wanna have a closer look on the wookie. By the way, i hope that Tarrful will come in more sets than only this one, i'm not really planning on buying this set. I'm not really interested in clone troopers and definitely not in those battle droids.
  8. Great review! Thanks! And i'm so glad this idea got through at Cuusoo. I really love this set and can't wait til august the 1st to order myself one!
  9. Yes i love series #11.
  10. aha! right haha ok, i'll wait for it
  11. What happened with all those great review-makers overhere? I didn't really see reviews of the summer-wave. Sure, there are some reviews out there on the web, but i want them here and i like the written ones with pics better than the vids. I miss them.
  12. is it strange to say, that when seeing this MOC i want to eat chicken?
  13. When i was a kid we had kenner with all those SW vehicles and actionfigures. That was pure love for me back then. My other love was Lego and i used to build at-st's and other spaceships from Lego for my kenner action figures. So the day i found out lego was making SWsets i wanted those. Thus for me i would say a mix of movies and melancholy inspire me to buy sets. The clone wars series was really nice, what made me eventually like the prequels too. And that's why i bought some of the cwsets or prequelsets.
  14. great polybag! haha so funny. i hope this one is an easy-to-get globally
  15. nice. the blue works great with the orange of aurra sing
  16. Interesting. But would they hire people from abroad?
  17. a bit odd to use children's toys for making guns, but they look good, and it should be fun builds as well. Choice of theme for building is discussable, but anyone is free to choose their topic to build. That's the fun thing about Lego. You can make anything with it. Some people think of fantasy, some of architecture, and some of killing people And furthermore, using children's toys for making weapons can also be seen as a statement. Because it feels wrong, people will think about the whole weapons-issue, and the discussion whether guns are good or bad will start in no-time.
  18. Ahhhh where can i find these reviews? I have the Darth Maul set already (fathers day gift) and have a difficult time choosing which set i'm going to pick up next.
  19. Thanks for the review, and kudos to the designers of this set. Top notch!
  20. So? The name of the thread is 'what character do you most wanna see made' We all know Lego would only produce those characters that show up in movies, or popular cartoons. And even then they will make them like they are portraited as the characters of the movies/cartoons and not the comic strips (The stuff where it began with in the first way) And oh yeah i wanna add Vision to my list too. That guy is also a great character.
  21. i'd love to see: - Annihilus - Mysterio - Boomerang - Tarantula - Rhino - Scorpion - Spider slayer - Electro - The Spot - Stiltman
