  1. Losing Kevin was a major blow to this town. I haven't seen him even attempt blocking anyone recently, which is a shame. If he could have blocked one of the killers at random, we'd have had an easy conviction the next day. Harold, though regrettable, is not much of a loss. He never really contributed anything to this town. I don't recall Bob contributing much either, but he did try harder than Harold. Still, two more townie deaths means that the situation has truly become desparate. This town absolutely needs a scum conviction today. Losing Sean shouldn't hurt us, as he could just as easily been working with the Noodles clan as with the town. Still, it is hard to see a fellow human die. For that matter, I see you are still alive as well. If I were scum, I would have thought you would have gotten a knife or an axe in the back. You've certainly not hidden your feelings or assumptions. As for Dr Leg, I've been wondering about him for a while now. He has been vocal during the day, but never says anything that seems to help at all. Read through the papers from the past few days, and I think you'll see what I mean. I don't think it's enough evidence to convict on, though. I'm sure you are wondering who I watched last night. I followed Gen, because he came down pretty hard on Sean yesterday. He has no night actions (or didn't use one, at least). In retrospect, I should have known he wasn't scum. The Noodles clan would certainly have wanted to keep a Neutral alive. Call it a lapse in judgement.
  2. Those damn time zones. Curse the world for being round. DS Sent.
  3. I agree with you, Doc. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I'm curious to know which "original" sets Lilsniffs thinks are better than it, though. Ewok Attack and maybe the Speeder Bike set? I think the presence of the Endor Rebels and a decent AT-ST would push BoE over the top. Perhaps he's just comparing the AT-ST to the previous version, and on that count I agree with him, but BoE was so much more than the AT-ST.
  4. There are always exceptions that prove the rule. I do believe I said "...for the most part..." What, too soon? D:D&LI was an awful film, and no one is going to convince me otherwise.
  5. See, I can be optimis...wait a minute! DS Sent
  6. Close enough. I can help anyone rise through the ranks. Anyone want to Adjudicate?
  7. It's not like she wouldn't have reached that level without my help. Congrats KDM. Thought I would do better. And thanks for ADJ CM. Perhaps I should find an opponent that is more my level. Are there any Practitioners still out there itching for a duel?
  8. Welcome to Eurobricks, Estephano. My German is so poor I won't even attempt it here.
  9. Welcome to EB, happylego. I look forward to seeing you in the Star Wars forum.
  10. It wasn't the Protego's that hurt, but the Expelliarmus. Trying to nullify a Crucio is nigh impossible. Unless someone uses all defensive spells DS Sent, not that the outcome isn't already assumed.
  11. I'm wondering what I did except to get kidnapped to arouse your suspicions. At any rate, I would like to stay at Town Hall. I think I can be more of a help here.
  12. Before I go and make an megablocks of myself, when was town hall built? I'm OK with going upstairs if everyone is done down here.
  13. Can I be reminded what time of day and day of the week it is? We heard someone moving upstairs, would there be government workers in the building today? When we heard the footsteps, could we determine which direction they were heading (towards the interior or towards the front door)?
  14. Although Oky's against making sweeping generalizations, I'm going to make one anyway. If you go to a movie that is released between May 1st and August 31st and are expecting a mind-blowing, deep plot: DON'T. Summer movies are, for the most part, about flashy special effects and shallow plotlines that barely hold together. It doesn't make the films bad, per se, just that you need to adjust to a different standard as to what is good. If you really want deep plots and good moviemaking, go see the releases from late November through December, avoiding the obvious holiday junk that always pop up. As for another movie I wish I could unwatch, how about Dracula: Dead and Loving It. Easily Mel Brooks' worst film, I feel it was worse than Robin Hood: Men in Tights (and that's saying something, as Men in Tights was pretty poor in and of itself).
  15. Yes, I've settled for collecting Star Wars primarily. Although I do keep an eye out for any Bionicle that might show up in second hand stores (and you'd be surprised how often they do). I'd love to collect Pirates, the Space theme du jour, City and Creator, but budget restraints keep me to two themes.
  16. Ahh, I understand now. I have to agree the Dropship itself wasn't great. But the BPs are mainly about the figs, which is why I go nuts for them. The Walker helped fill my RGS. Both of them. And my AT-OT, and AT-TE, and...you get the point.
  17. Wait, there's a battle pack you don't like? I though all of them were pretty good. The Assassin Droid pack is the weakest, but the speeder in that set is decent.
  18. Every scene with Padme and Anakin alone is a good start. But this topic isn't about AotC. It's about Yatkuu's wonderful MOC. And it is a wonderfully imagined and well executed MOC. The rack with the costumes on it is very clever, and I would never have thought of it. Details like Anthony Daniels taking a drink really help sell this scene. While I wouldn't mind seeing more MOCs similar to this, I can't help but feel that anything else will seem like a copy, and not quite original, no matter how well done.
  19. Since this topic has been bumped. Hinckley never followed through with his plan to wrap Red Moon up. And he has also returned to the States (I think I saw that in the Community forum). Is it possible that Red Moon can be resurrected and given a proper ending? Or is it dead at this point, and we should just move on? I certainly would like to see the former, but I wonder if the original players are even interested after all this time.
  20. The sad thing is, it didn't take that much. One 6 x 12 plate, and one 2 x 10 (I think; it definitely was only two plates, though the 2 x 10 might've been a 2 x 12). I added a lot more details, including a staircase to the cockpit, a ladder to the tool rack and a computer console for technical "stuff". Gave the clones something to do.
  21. Welcome to EB, OmegaMattee. I'm sure I'll see you on the Star Wars forum.
  22. I agree with Cam here. I've never received a bad LEGO set. Although one set I received that I thought would end up as spare parts that I ended up liking a lot was the Twilight. For as much grief as everyone gives it, I thought it was a decent set. It got a LOT better when I added a floor and the clones out of a Clone Walker Battle Pack.
  23. Trading two health for one is not a winning strategy, especially against Diana nad her damnable Giant heritage. DS sent.
  24. I'd like to check the birth records of our group. Also make sure there are no death certificates. If I have time, I'd like to open the drawers of the Warden's desk, if there are any.
