Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
Walter Kovacs replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Pedro, so good to see you. How's the baby? DS sent. -
I'm sure those reading this topic can help me. I've been reading the novelizations of the entire Bionicle saga to my son ove rthe past year (we are up to Adventures #6 - Maze of Shadows). I love the story, and eventually we will have read all of the novels. But it appears that there is a lot more to the story than will be covered in the novels, based on the last 10 pages of this thread. Where can I go to find thiese extra pieces, and which story arcs should I read when I get there? Is there a specific ordr to read these arcs as well? Thanks in advance for your help.

That's what those are! I was having trouble placing exactly what piece he used. Very clever.

Welcome Prinsesa! I hope you find a few conversations interesting enough to join. As for your boyfriend, maybe KielDaMan? He has been pretty active since joining, and I think he also hails from the Phillipines.

I get the feeling that most people that have posted here don't know what truly awful movies look like. Go watch Plan 9 From Outer Space. Then we'll talk. Just about every Pauli Shore movie is unwatchable (Encino Man was decent, and Son in Law was OK). You know its bad when you watch a comedy and never even smile once (I'm looking at you In the Army Now; I want that hour and a half of my life back). Even more so for Rob Schneider. To be fair, I have never seen Battlefield: Earth. Nor do I ever want to. Most of the Disney sequels are pretty bad by my standards, but they are aimed at kids, and so I give them a little leniancy. My own kids love them, so I suppose I have to tolerate them.

Welcome callitlove. I look forward to seeing you on the Star Wars forums. I spend WAY too much time there.

Welcome to Eurobricks, Cancerkitty. Any particular themes you are interested in?

Welcome to Eurobricks. It's a perfect place for LEGO addicts like you and me. New members cannot view profiles until they reach 10 posts and reach Vassal. There are many, many stunning MOCs around these forums. It all depends on your tastes. Any particular themes you want to see?

Sure, I'll accept. And I have received KDM's DS for Round 1. Just waiting on Oky. -
Fanworld Cologne - My Star Wars Layout
Walter Kovacs replied to Sir von Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Dear God, those photos are huge. I believe 800 x 600 is the largest allowed here on EB. That being said, the Endor MOC is absolutely gorgeous. Those trees are phenomonal, and I love the seeing the Ewok traps from the film represented so well in brick. -
Neither of my cats have shown any interest in LEGO. Now using my bed as a litter box, that's a different story

Review: 30032 World Race Buggy
Walter Kovacs replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Nice review, MAsked Builder. I love these impulse sets. Mostly because they fit into my budget. The buggy has a nice shape to it. I really like the torso, though. Perfect if one were to assemble a biker gang. Wouldn't have happened if I were grading. Just kidding, I would have missed it, too. -
REVIEW: 7325 Cursed Cobra Statue
Walter Kovacs replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Nice review, Hinck. The articulation of the snake is a turn off for me, but my son went absolutely ga-ga over the frontpage picture, so I guess he's going to end up with it at some point. The set definitely looks cool. -
Review: 20006 Mini Clone Turbo Tank
Walter Kovacs replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Great review, Masked Builder. The CTT is one of my favorite Star Wars MINI sets. The details that TLC captured in this scale are impressive. I love that closing photo. Priceless. -
Review: 8915 Toa Mahri Matoro
Walter Kovacs replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Nice review, Masked Builder. It looks somewhat familiar Matoro was the first Toa I bought for my collection. I liked the way his clawed hand looked, and the Cordak Blaster was certainly one of the better Bionicle weapons (too bad it weighs so much). -
I really like this a lot. Out of all the good details, I think the foot pedals are what truly stand out. Good job!

Ugh, my wallet hurts already, and it's still 2010. While a new Millenium Falcon, Sith Infiltrator and Podracers sound great in theory, they will be the first sets I pass over. I already have a MF, both Podracer sets and an Infiltrator, and the other sets sound good enough to take my money, which is quite limited (and will be, even in August 2011).

Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
Walter Kovacs replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I think I've recovered from that utter beat down given to me by Frankfurt. If anyone is interested, I'm up for a duel. I've got to win sometime, right? I'll ADJ for Oky and KDM, if you'd like. After Diana finishes up, of course. -
Hurm, not a clue. But I bet they can answer it in the Website & Forums forum. Feel free to ask there. EDIT: I just peeked over in that forum. Apparently you can't view yours, or anyone else's, profile until you are a Vassal, which happens at 10 posts. It was set up that way to prevent spammers, or something along those lines.

"Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny." In other words, the paths are mutually exclusive. But I believe the spells on the good/bad sides are similar to each other, differing only in name. And it would be nice to have a new player around. Someone that doesn't have all those advanced spells that keep kicking my butt.

That's that new, Lucas math for you. For that price, I would guess that there is more that is included.

Looks like the solar panels are wider and taller. I think the changes look good.

Ahh, I didn't see the episode so I couldn't make the connection. Well then, the pairing does make more sense in that light. Perhaps the rumor is true. Time will tell. I could always use another AAT, and a Y-Wing is welcome as well. Clones with unique printing are always good. As for the price, remember that this is the August wave, when most of the big price sets come out to play. So the timing makes sense, too.
