  1. This thread collects everything we know about 2017 LEGO Star Wars sets; discuss these sets here! Please read before posting: Stay on target topic. No wishlists. Remember that this topic is for discussing sets that are rumored to come in 2017. If it's something you wish to see or something you think that we'll see sometime in the future, but not something that's actually rumored to be a 2017 set, then it's pure speculation and it belongs in the Future Star Wars Sets topic. (We also have a topic for minifigs you want to see, which might be more appropriate.) No fighting. You post fabricated information; you can expect to be banned. It's not worth the fifteen minutes of Internet fame. Do not post watermarked or confidential images; they will be removed and the poster will be dealt with appropriately. As stated in our Member Guidelines: This topic is for 2017 rumors, not 2018. We will make a new topic when we feel it is necessary. If your post was there, and then it's not...there's a good chance it was either hidden or moved; it was either off topic or was placed in the wrong thread. Thank you! Eurobricks Star Wars Forum Spoiler Policy With regards to upcoming sets and rumors: Read at your own risk. This is a topic about potential items to be released. If you do not want to know, stay out of these forums. With regards to spoiler tags: These are not required and we will not force anyone to use them. Members may use them if they choose, but please try to be respectful of others. If a member used a spoiler tag, their intention was to keep something quiet; it was a courtesy to others. If you choose to comment on the contents of that spoiler tag, please refrain from publicly mentioning what the contents of the spoiler were. With regards to movies: We feel that two weeks is an ample amount of time for most people to view a movie. Once a movie is released in the US, we, the staff, will do all we can to curb the usage of spoilers in any of the topics in the Star Wars forum for two weeks. If you do not see the movie within two weeks, then you read here at your own risk. There has not been an official policy in the SW forum before, so when we have complaints, we need to look at them from all angles and deal with each one on a case by case basis. This will be our new policy going forward. If you did not agree with us in the past, so be it. From this point on, we will not police the threads unless something becomes an issue. We ask that members not minimod in the thread and tell others to use spoiler tags. If something is a problem, please inform the mods by reporting it. Any questions, please ask in the appropriate thread. Thanks, now go look at some cool stuff! ???? Yoda's Hut Subtheme: ? Release: Winter 2017? Official description: ? Price: ? Pieces: ? Minifigs: ? 2. First people blamed television, then music, then video games...now LEGO. If you think the toy is too violent, stop buying it! As a kid, I had toy guns. My brothers and I beat the shit outta each other with wrapping paper tubes! And when LEGO guns weren't really available in the 80s, we built our own. I really don't think I'm a violent person. Nowadays, I buy Brickarms and other third party items, I build Brickmania kits because they are awesome, and they inspire me to MOC more and learn about history. I still don't think I turned out violent... Oh wait, I know what it was...I had parents that gave a damn and acted like parents! They taught me a set of values, instilled right and wrong into my brain...my fathers been gone more than ten years and I still hear his voice in the back of my head. So I guess if you let a tv, video game, or a toy raise your kids, and they don't turn out so great...well I guess you've got an easy scapegoat.
  3. IF you have an issue with a LEGO product, you should consult LEGO's customer service team. We are not LEGO and are unable to assist you when it comes to missing pieces. We can vent about other issues, gripe, complain, commend, and discuss... I'm sure you probably already knew this, but I figured now was as good a time as any to post this.
  4. Guys, I totally understand the excitement of new sets for this year! We are fans and we get excited. But you need to stay on topic. If you have to type "way off topic" or "just a side question" then it shouldn't be in a thread about rumors and new stuff for 2016. Modifications to figures do not go here either. Wish lists for wanted figures do not belong in this thread. Also, quit telling everyone else that one figure is the selling point to a particular set. That is your opinion. Amazingly, some of these sets actually come with pieces that can be used for other builds, and in other colors. To many, that is a key selling point. If the discussion is not about rumors or upcoming sets for 2016, then it does not go in this thread. This conversation got way off topic just before the newest set info; that has to stop! I will remove your posts if they do not belong. This is my final warning. You are all adults and should not need constant reminders. Please...stay on topic.
  5. Nope, been stash2sixx the whole time! I'll change your name for you...if you shorten up that signature?
  6. It's something LEGO randomly sent out to certain markets so people would be interested in the Pick and Build program.
  7. Electricsteam, did you read the message you got? If the explanation was not clear, please pm me and we can discuss. Thank you.
  8. Nope, did not work. Guys, please...discuss the upcoming sets, and rumors about those sets. If you are doing that, then no worries, thank you. Those of you that continue to have off topic discussions about how invites worked to the April 30th event, along with everything else that does not belong in this thread...It will be deleted, hidden, modified, or moved. As such, we will then have a little chat in the Chamber about how this webpage works and how topics shall stay on topic. There are no more warnings. These forums are getting messier by the minute and I'm cleaning them up! Questions, PM me. No more off topic posts please. Thanks.
  9. And, as I saw last night, not everyone is smart enough to NOT QUOTE a spoiler, and then it's no longer hidden. Hang in there, you can all survive for a few days not posting anything movie related. Star Wars forum did it in December, you guys can do it now. Thanks!
  10. And this relates to a 2016 rumor of a set....how? Let's be sure we are posting in the correct threads please. I must say, I agree with many of you, Assault on Hoth left me disappointed too. But the discussion seems to be going in a complaint of the May the Fourth items and how lazy LEGO was in designing a 'basic' figure for a promo. Again, let's keep the discussion on the new sets and rumors for this year please. Thanks.
  11. Hi all! Just wanted to drop in a friendly reminder that this is for the discussion of 2016 sets, all those rumors and speculations. That being said, I know some of you have seen it, and many of you are going to see it...but please do not post spoilers relating to Civil War. The movie releases on May 6th, I think 2 weeks is fair as not everyone can drop everything, people may be out of the country...whatever. Let's be courteous to our fellow EB members and give them until the 21st before posts contain tidbits of info from the movie. If you need to reference something in this thread, which is possible, then please use the spoiler tags. If you don't, I, along with the rest of the staff, will edit and adjust your post as we see fit. I would think you all wouldn't need a reminder, as we are all adults and should be courteous and respectful towards one another...but just in case, this is it! Thanks.
  12. Unless they were under strict orders from Disney? And it could potentially jeopardize any contracts and licenses they currently possess?
  13. How does sex in Star Wars relate to most wanted figs? Did I miss a post somewhere? It's an adult site, you wanna discuss, that's fine...providing it remains classy. Start a new thread though, in the correct place please!
  14. My cousin loaned me a few gold, hopefully he completed the transfer correctly within the last ten minutes... And I have now sent the MCTC my 50 gold as required for my share in the Royal Factory. -Atticus Cuervo (Stash2sixx)
  15. Thanks all! I appreciate the feedback, comments, and compliments.
  16. Very jealous you guys got this island, but great to see someone starting out on it. No better way then grabbing up some dinner! Great activity smashed into a small display. Did you build a frame/skeleton for the giant bush on the left? Or just interconnect everything and hope it stays standing?
  17. Ha! That's great! Where'd you get the rope to make a harness for the sea turtle? Seriously though, I get a kick about how attached so many members are to the ship's captains. Can you imagine a Naval Armada that consisted of each and everyone of these Captains? No one would ever defeat them!
  18. Atticus Cuervo and his wife Jazmyn have finally finished construction of their new home on the island of Torrach Bonn. Atticus felt that the island was the perfect location to set up his new venture. Along with his supportive wife and quite a few others, a venture was begun, and a small camp was established at the mouth of the Great Serpentine River in the Southwest corner of the island. The first actual building to be constructed was the Cuervo Villa. Atticus and his dog Zatara have just left to go on a hunt for dinner, as we see Jazmyn waving to her husband. This is a small residence, licensed in the unnamed town, on the island of Torrach Bonn. OOC: I took my pics today at about 1630, which was the right idea, but unfortunately, the sun was already starting to get low in the sky so...I get shadows. Live and learn right? Also need to get a different background. The sheet is the right idea, but it's going to wrinkle no matter what so I need to find an alternative.
  19. All Eslandolans... If we have a need for a conversation amongst our members, all Eslandolan members will be invited to that conversation. We are all part of the team, therefore, all will be able to contribute. If you choose not to participate, don't respond (or just delete the message). However, you lose the ability to comment, complain, or question by not taking part in said discussion. OOC: This is a game, this is how we communicate with members all around the world. Everyone is invited at first, you don't want to participate, you don't have to! You will not be removed, you're an adult, you can decide for yourself.
  20. I cannot stand the term AFOL. I've heard it used with such disgust over the past few years...it just leaves a bad taste... ALF. Adult LEGO Fan. Also the name of Gordon Shumway, who traveled the stars to end up on Earth.
  21. I drop em in hot water for a moment, then let them dry flat on a paper towel. Same thing with my sails.
  22. If you're interested and wanna drop some coin, call your local store, see if they have room and just ask for an invite. You'll have to pick up the invite in person, but there's a unique poster just for the April 30th pre-event. And anything else going on that morning.
  23. Atticus Cuervo would like to purchase one share in the Factory. Yes, the money will be available by the end of April.
