  1. Thanks for the clarification Thrash Cheers for all the nice comments too I ended up posting 2,5, and 6 and Im pretty happy with those. Apparently I may not be able to move figs between photos which will kind of ruin the surprise effect, oh well will see.
  2. Looks great Sly! Lots of great use of parts in a way you don't always expect, like pistols for table legs and minifig arms for mushrooms (I guess we all turn to plant food eventually ) The interior of the tree looks great, and the wharf and stairs are all win for me. Good luck.
  3. Very nice work TT, I couldn't wait to crack mine however. I am enjoying my son checking his lolly advent calendar every morning though. Looking forward to the rest.
  4. Ras, that is looking fantastic so far! I love all the side plates and cant wait for the interior. That link is very inspiring too, I may try building an interior one day. Thanks ISC Cant wait for when you publish the instructions too
  5. You can also save multiple wanted lists and name them. Then simply visit a shop you are interested in and up towards the top left on each page is an option to use your wanted lists in that shop. Here is a pic for you. I once purchased all the parts for the original Republic Gunship before I knew about this feature. That took me ages
  6. Thanks for the nice comments I forgot to take a shot of the modular roof with the trees taken off. The gold weapons are Brickarms I believe. They were a gift from a trade I did. Not sure if they are current stock or prototypes If Enigma is around Im sure he will know.
  7. Hi EBers Here is my entry on Classic Castles Hidden Fortress section. The Orc's have a hidden cave hideout which can only be accessed by damming the waterfall for a short period of time. On this occasion the Orc's have ambushed a small group of Crownies, taking them completely by surprise! Enjoy I can only post 3 pics so any help on choosing is appreciated. Cheers ISC Brickshelf
  8. Happy Birthday Z. I just had my first Adult Lego BDay (34) and it was sweet to recieve bricks as presents.
  9. Ah training day, the secret hazing rituals that go on behind the scenes at Mod meetings. Great work CGH! I thoroughly enjoyed your take on PtV. Now where's me Tavern ?
  10. Hi and Welcome to EB, Skulls eye schooner hey? very sweet pressie. Enjoy your time here.
  11. Hi AndersI welcome to Eurobricks. Well done on creating a useful global program. Good to see you have a fulfilling family life too. Cheers
  12. Hi and welcome to Eurobricks. Im envious of people who have mastered more than one language. Im sure you will have as much fun as most of us here do.
  13. Well Im not sure about that, but apparently there is some horse manure in 10193 stables (brown carrots if im not mistaken.) 2009, the year of dung!
  14. Hi Coldbricks, welcome to Eurobricks from another ANZAC member. I laughed when you mentioned the joy of sharing Lego with your son Ethan, as my son is also named Ethan and will turn 4 soon. He is constantly into my Lego asking to build things and cause general mayhem when Im building my MOC's LOL. Watch out for this guy below.... Aussies will win before you guys take over.....
  15. Hi Jasbrick, welcome from another AFOL. Consider yourself assimilated on Flickr btw. I look forward to seeing your creations. The Predator fig looks sweet.
  16. Hi Josh from another Aussie Josh! I too have just emerged from a long Dark Age, and found Eurobricks to be a great community to share Lego ideas and thoughts. Im pleased to already see you have signed up for the Eurobricks Community build as well. Cheers Good to hear you at least have a Target in Broome too, they tend to have 20% off Lego fairly regularly and a fair range. If you are looking on Bricklink for parts I recommend Maxspace, he is very efficient and has most bricks, as well as constantly parting out sets. See ya round.
  17. I don't have any scathing criticism to help you make this better. However I will mention that this is by far my favourite Large entry by far (yes better than Nadroj) I wasn't surprised to here that a great MOCer like oo7 helped out on this project. I love the roofing colours, I will have to track down some orange 1 x1s now. The water looks good and the sloping walls of the fort are nicely constructed. The yellow bell looks very striking too. Cheers and good luck.
  18. Great Review Ras! Lots of great relevant information. You are very lucky to snap up a Chrome DV as well (now with fingerprints sold separately ) Perhaps you could snap some photos during daylight. This would be better to take in the full magnificence of the Tie Fighter. Cheers
  19. Very nice work Jordan! I second KimT on the arch design. The rapids look great as do the figures. I admit I thought Sly the raccoon was going to be a fabuland figure until I scrolled to the pics I also second KimT in saying, expect to see me copying some of these techniques. Cheers
  20. Very nice work sir dano! I like the rocks and trees the forestmen are hiding behind. The flowers etc look great. If you are looking to make any changes, I would recommend making the road less straight and perhaps some more trees/shrubs/flowers as well. Otherwise looks great. Cheers
  21. Thanks to EB/CP for running a sweet competition with such great prizes. I was very impressed by the level of skill displayed in all the entries, good luck to all. Cheers
  22. Wow! Just awesome. This believe it or not is very similar to my entry for the hidden outpost, though mine revolves around a waterfall. You have packed some great details into this MOC. The river looks nice. The traps on the cliff face are great as is the cage and giant bow and arrow. The internal staircase is sweet. Also like the Orc beds, not to smooth, just lumpy enough for rough warriors Thanks for sharing and goodluck. Edit. Question; Could you tell us what is holding the trans blue tiles up? Is it all trans blue bricks underneath or white base plates? Cheers.
  23. Sweet I will put you down for that then. Just build it one one 16 x 24 plate. Cheers ISC Oooooo can't wait to see. Are you building for CCCCCCCCCVI or whatever no. of C's it has? I have almost finished my hidden Orc base (take that for building the suspense )
  24. Bravo, you've done it again DNL. I always look forward to your creations and this one has so many lovely details. I love the keystones (as does everyone it seems ) The rocks around the back look very interesting. The Troll bathing is a nice touch. I really enjoy the splash of colour the red roof provides and the windmill is sheer brilliance. Well done on another masterpiece and good luck.
  25. When I ordered my ISD from Jan this year, it came with the black Stormtrooper heads, however the helmets were more detailed than the current BP ones. I think the astromech droid head is the same as my DS one. I will have to check though.
