  1. Awesome interior LasseD, way to get double the feedback I love the paint pots and the rocking chair as well as the stacks of lumbar. The roller skate outside is really cool too. Bravo on your first entry.
  2. Could be quite difficult since we are all over the world Maybe with some photoshop we could put a few together later on.
  3. Another really superb creation mrts, The whole MOC really paints a haunted picture nicely. So many great details to look at. I really like the dancing clocks the best. Bravo
  4. Thanks odderfisken, they are good ideas that I had come too as well. Cant wait to work on it again to show you all.
  5. This is a wonderful creation, perhaps I may suggest a different shade for the roof or tiling it to match with all the intricate detail on the tower. I really love all the different detailing at all the levels of this tower, another suggestion is to build a tranquil garden around it. Cheers
  6. Thanks guys for all the feedback. Yes rest assured there will be figures on the complete MOC. I have already got some ideas where it is heading too. Stay tuned.
  7. Thanks so much for all your help Thrash, when we don't get much sleep at home with babies and all my time being used for PtV its good to have a little assist. Cheers I have added some more things to the first post including a picture size limit and no of images to display as well.
  8. I really like what you have made 3D with a limited amount of bricks (though you do have a lot of tan ) The Jeweler is great, all the detailing inside with the jeweler at work are great. Im guessing you own some Harry Potter castles? The Wizard tower looks really nice with some great modular design work. I like the skellie in the dungeon Nothing says bombardment better than a double catapult. Are the torso's custom or a set I have missed in my 20 years out of lego? They look great. Just one thing for the people who have a slow connection, could you post a link to the image gallery and maybe limit the pics per module to say 4 or 5. Also Eurobricks likes images 800 x 600 or smaller as they take a while to load up and don't add any more detail to the image. I have included a link to a resizing tutorial. Cheers, and keep up the Anzac building!
  9. Awesome work from both Sandy and LasseD, well worth a spot in EBCCB folklore if you ask me Sandy, I love the detailing in the library, the scrolls are great and I will def give that a go somewhere down the track. I love all of the modules stacked together, sort of a last hurrah! LasseD, the ornate wood carvings on the exterior look fantastic, I think I can see how you did the stairs too, bravo. Can't wait for the interior either. I will go ahead and Thumbnail these. Cheers
  10. Ahh, now we are getting somewhere, finally one of you will take instructions! Wait, oh instruction photos, yes yes very good. I will put you down for Dungeon then. I have put you into Beta as well, please post your pics there for us to view. You may post one pic in the discussion topic as well to alert everyone too What Thrash said. Are the famous two teams debate rears up again. You know it was only so we could manage the all the people better (with Draggy assisting Alpha) and a bit of Team pride never hurt either.
  11. Nice photography as always Nadroj, thanks for sharing and enjoy your early purchases lucky
  12. Vig. 37c Bones and Calamari What could possibly bring pirates and the Navy together? Captain Abyss and his scurvy denizens of the deep! Captain Abyss has dispatched his crew to liberate one of their recently reanimated crew mates. The poor island residents not knowing what to do with such an unholy creature, hastily locked him away in their jail. Little did they know what perils awaited them. Riding his giant squid into battle, Captain Abyss gives the order to Pillage the Village ! The pirates and the Navy are quick to sum up the dire situation, and band together against the army from the depths. Arming themselves with whatever they can, be it cannons, pistols, brooms or even sheep, the islanders hope to make one last stand! Do these poor souls stand a chance? read on to see! Yar, this be the overall shot No!!!! I forgot my clean underwear! Anarchy on the island! Catch of the day! A poor maiden is dragged off in a net Any means necessary! Sometimes sheep make a great weapon too. Captain Abyss and his pet have some people for lunch. More pictures of peril can be found here when moderated, ya scurvy dogs! Thank you all for looking. I wish all competitors good luck! Would the MODs be able to change my description to complete if thats cool.
  13. I agree with version 7 too, though I guess I already expressed that view. 3D, you don't need to send your creation anywhere, however if you can take some pics as its disassembled, this will make instructions possible for others to build it. Who knows, we might be able to get 4 or 5 people to build whole wall sections off the instructions and from those people we would have a great overall picture of what the community has created, Awesome! Man, I just realized that down the line we could come up with Community Town or Space station etc, the ideas are limitless I will put the already created list options a different colour to show people what is left too build too. If everyone is happy with Version7 in a week or so I will update that pic as the new scheme. Have a good holiday Erd!
  14. Very nice work! I wont rave on about all the cool things as you want critique The green and light blue flooring doesn't do much for the overall moc. Also the use of the occasional blue cylinder detracts from the primary colours a little. Also the tan columns stick out a little too much with the grey/sand green motif. Just my thoughts, I still really like this moc a lot, hope this helps.
  15. Of course you can, I would like to see a catwalk at the front of your build like everyone elses. You may start on the next one whenever you like, but i would like to see your first finished to spec. Cheers and nice detailing inside too. Well, let me know that you want to be part of the whole thing, read the guidelines in the first post and then I can put you into a team. From there you can post your entry into the team thread. All to easy my friend.
  16. I couldn't have said it better. With a six or eight long brick above and below it should be fairly stable though. I dislike the old one only for being 5 wide, all its anchor points are the real benefit.
  17. I like the idea of Market stalls in the internal areas, then we could design certain vendors etc. Thrash, I feel your example layout is too jammed with detail, I don't think we need a set layout for the grounds as much. Good idea to raise as our next discussion/poll in future I guess. Cheers
  18. Welcome aboard Jim! I have put you into Alpha group and put you down for your two choices. As for the Hallway question, if you are going to link your two creations together, then make a hallway, otherwise it isn't necessary for each creation unless you are feeling creative You can always have a look at Sandy's hallway design as reference too. Cheers ISC
  19. Hi Robbo, Good to learn a bit more about you! Im only a year older and Aussie with 2 boys so we should have a play date one day It sounds like quite an impressive collection to be insured for that amount of money Star wars also bought me out of my 20 year dark ages but only last year (Hoth Base) Since then I have moved over to Castle more so and really love all the people in the forums. Such a cool bunch with beautiful skills to produce quality MOCs. Aussie Invasion on!
  20. Can you show a pic of the castle wall side please. Need to know if it meets specs for modular connection Well if you would like to read the guidelines we have all agreed upon, you can see that we are all building castle walls for the outer modules, so the look is uniform and belongs to the city. If it is somewhat different and you don't feel it belongs in the walled city, then you could always post it as its own topic. Cheers ISC
  21. Well thats certainly a gruesome entry you have there Erdbeeries1, I love the mountain face, the sausages, and cut up sheep. I like the ship but it feels more like an afterthought as it isnt in the water of the main MOC. I think you have spent your time well. Good luck.
  22. Very nicely done Dan, may I suggest some brighter photos before it is entered. I really like the Knight stuck in the drawbridge.
  23. Man you guys must be stalking me, just waiting for more pics. I put a link in for when it is moderated, as there are more pics there. Maybe I will get around to a ladder pic soon. I really wanted the Smelter to be made out of a lot of stone, for obvious reasons and because it is right next to the main entrance to the Keep.
  24. Wow, I even surprised myself. Here is my Oil Smelter. More pics over in the Beta Thread Bring it on people!
  25. Here is my Oil Smelter, though I just realized I left the ladder off! Doh! Well it was going to sit where the rat was anyway, and probably isn't required for the photos (re:Lazy) Front on. See the barrels of oil down behind the timber pile. Bubble bubble toil and trouble. Needs some more wood. One squire and two knights have been put in charge of the Smelter. Thanks for looking ISC Brickshelf
