I'm finding that all the voices revealed so far are familiar... I just can't put my finger on who the voice actors are.

The Outlands wave had 6 episodes. Again. It is rumor, yet somehow everybody is acting like that means the Tournament of Elements Season won't encompass both of the Winter/Spring and Summer waves. Lest we forget that all of this years Chima sets premiered in only two measly episodes. Which she said was the Destiny's Bounty... I don't mind a quick season. As long as it's entertaining. I just wish that they'd give all of Chima's money that they aren't using this year to Ninjago so that we could have a longer season, regardless of filler arcs.

Don't give Brickset such a bad time. They tried hard last year (it still wasn't enough, but they tried). Mostly the blogging sites (and Brickimedia by the sounds of it) will be giving the low-down on the Action theme/Bionicle info. I wonder if Eurobricks will have a correspondent this year. Thanks to Aanchir all of those years ago, I think we had the best coverage of Summer sets to date. It's been a tad subpar since. He spoiled us with his skill. They are at Nurenburg and at New York. London is usually always the first, and even though the other Toy Fairs will happen during the course of the following two weeks, Lego, if not the entire event itself, still asks for no photography. It sounds about as possible as a Collectable minifigure line for the movie, which, thanks the Lego Movie, is now more likely now than, say, two years ago. It would be based off of the movie, though. Of course, if they really want me to spend my money on a Lego game again, they really should include TV adaptations for the show. That's just a silly dream of mine.

Yup. But let's not all lose hope here. There are still plenty of sets that will be available this Summer for the rest of the Elemental Masters to release. Why would they just release Griffin Turner and Karloff (and technically Skylor for that matter) without releasing at least a few more of the figures. That's why I'm seriously convinced that we'll get sets that will be based off of the rest of the season of the show.* There is so much for Lego to do. *Seriously. Where in the world did so many people get the idea the the Tournament of Elements would be a single wave release? When did we ever get information that the Summer sets would be based off of a completely different story? Chima is the only series in recent memory that got a multi-plot-line year. Why are we all now convinced that the same thing is happening with Ninjago? The only thing that even remotely points towards a change is Ronin R.E.X., which, in case we forgot, was proven to be a set from the new video game (thank the anonymous sources). That doesn't automatically mean that the story is changed. If you watch the series thus far, you will notice, even in the first few episodes that there are clear references to the Summer Wave of sets (Destiny's Bounty is specifically what comes to mind). End of mini-rant. I know, this is out of the blue. All of our confusion should be appeased by this Tuesday. Well that depends on if we'll get detailed descriptions from sources, as the London Toy Fair typically doesn't allow pictures.

I have a feeling that a large selection of the Elemental Masters will be included in the new D2C Ninjago Temple set coming out this summer. I really want Neuro, Bolobo, and... heck I want them all! I have a feeling that the purple haired woman is Wrayth in the Airjitzu sets. Without too much spoilers, the name Wrayth matches her elemental abilities to a tee. I wonder who Morro is. Morro is Spanish for hills if I remember right (which doesn't make sense). However, morro sounds similar to morrow which mostly has to do with the future, and destiny... which would sum up to his elemental name having to do with time. Perhaps the gray-skinned character is this "Morro" that we got from the leaks. Of course, that last bit is just speculation. For all we know, Morro might simply be a mistranslation, similar to how 70734 "Master Wu Dragon" is simply a regional difference of saying what is clearly "Sensei Wu Dragon" which even then seems a bit odd, as we all know, Wu isn't his own element.

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING ANY SPOILERS FOR EPISODES THAT HAVE NOT PREMIERED IN HD/DECENT QUALITY (not off screen). PLEASE USE SPOILER TAGS IF YOU DO SO. (Thank you) Sorry, but I, as well as several others will appreciate this. Anyway, onto the episode: I'm assuming that the purple hooded girl is Wrayth, the character featured in the Summer sets later this year (it makes sense!)- 4,591 replies

Judging by the confirmed date for Speed Champions and Elves, Ninjago should be coming in March here in the US.
-
Now that really is disappointing. Such a shame! At least it looks okay from the front.
-
Judging by the fact that Elves, and Speed Champions are confirmed for March, it's very likely to happen.

I meant from more of a perspective of having a hodge-podge of themes together all in one game. That was a real highlight for me in the original Lego Racers games. Now that you write it out in detail like that, I can see where this game could go wrong...hmmm. I'll still hope for the best. I'll keep tabs, and wait for more details.
-
The Lego Movie Super Angry Kitty Attack has the same box. I have a feeling that the smallest of the Ninjago sets will as well.
-
If this ends up anything like Lego Racers... I'm going to hold off until we see better footage of the game before I make any solid opinions. It looks really promising!

I'm thinking sometime next winter. It's not like production companies to have teaser trailers up a little more than six months in advance these days.

His name is Ultrasonic, apparently. He's the Summer wave villain I'm most excited for.
-
His head is reused from castle. It is a single sided head.
-
It's the head of the T-Rex from the Dino Attack/Dino 2010 theme. It has a little button on its head that lights up its tongue and eyes. The MOC that IGU made also uses the T-Rex's torso as a tail. Specifically the one from the T-1 Typhoon vs. T-Rex set.

Fine, fine. Lego loves the brick like form of pixelation that it is the new "HD." Seriously, for 720p, those videos are really low quality.- 4,591 replies

Latest Chima Purchases ?
PenPlays replied to Peasantseverywhere's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I did the same thing as you, and got the Flying Flusher as well. Spinlyn's Cavern may literally be one of the worst sets that I own. I think that the only incentive to get that set is Spinlyn herself, and even then, she's not as fantastic as she's made out to be. Many sets in the Outlands wave were really drab compared to their Fire vs. Ice sisters. Chima is all over my "worst sets I own list" (I own everything from 2013 and the Outlands wave). So many... The Croc Swamp Base also wasn't that fantastic either. From the outside it looks nice visually, though. -

I think what he means is that those who have not seen the new episodes that were put up on Youtube, would have no idea that Zane truly survived, and how he truly survived. Poor choice of words I guess.- 4,591 replies

From Almaak to Zotax: all the planets in the LEGO galaxies...
PenPlays replied to TalonCard's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Sensei Wu and Lord/Sensei Garmadon are brothers. They are the sons of the first Spinjitzu master. Lloyd Garmadon is the son of Lord Garmadon and Misako. The lifespans of the older characters of the show are still a bit up in the air. It's fantastic. A bit childish at times, but worth the watch. The thing with Anti-matter though, is that his portal powers are scientifically induced. The Darkitect is corrupted with what could literally be considered the opposite of imagination. Baron Typhonus, a man driven into insanity with the corrupt ability to use these energies against the world. The Malestrom is more or less an all consuming well of his power, making him more of a "magical" character, thus making him unlike Anti-Matter. in several ways. Love what you are doing here, by the way. -

I'm really curious where you got this idea that the Summer wave is going to be (for the most part) specifically Shadow of Ronin? Do you have insider information?- 4,591 replies

Actually no information has been given regarding the release of the next waves of Ultra Agents and Ninjago, besides the belief that they will follow suit of how Chima was released (in the US) last year. In other words, releasing in March. The fact that Speed Champions has been confirmed for March (Lego's Twitter confirmed this), I wouldn't be surprised. I would not, however, go as far as saying that the next wave "is indeed" releasing as it is premature to assume that without any sign of confirmation. As far as we know, we may be waiting until May. It's not likely but it could happen.
