Nope. It's not exclusive to the Lego Store. It will be available at Lego Stores, sure. But that May exclusive reveal is not Fun at the Park. Minifigure Price Guide (which is as trustworthy as Wikipedia at this point) posted that false news based completely upon assumption, not with any fact of any sort. They didn't connect the dots that these weren't press release images, but in fact generic set images that were available on an online image cache. How do we know that Fun at the Park is not an exclusive? It was at the Toy Fair. Store exclusives are never shown at those shows. The only D2C sets (i.e. Classic Batcave, Brick Bank, etc.) shown at the Toy Fair are only the ones that have been revealed/released before the day of that particular trade show. Fun at the Park does not qualify as one of these sets. It's due to these sorts of criteria why we haven't seen the Minecraft Village or The Black Knight Mech (as examples).

The benefits of getting into this theme as it began is those 4 dragons. It doesn't help that each of those sets have something to drive the price: Ice Dragon is (was) the cheapest. It was the only way to get a complete Krazi. Earth Dragon was the only Komodo-like dragon, and thustly had cool designs, and a unique head. The lightning dragon was the largest, but also the rarest. It was a TRU exclusive, and even then, it wasn't manufactured at today's production levels. The Fire Temple is the Fire Temple. Most people consider it the pinnacle of Lego-built Asian architecture. So yeah, no wonder the prices have sky-rocketed.

So what kind of fire do we burn these atrocities with? The Fires of Purity? or The Fires of Hell?

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
PenPlays replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
HA! I mean sure that fight was really one sided, but it was a fight. In fact, it just might beat the "Final Battle" as the most climactic fight in the series! Regarding the Ninja being "de-powered," if you will. I agree. The Hageman Bros. have been dropping the ball on writing comprehensive scenes of them actually using their powers (outside of Nya). I hope to see that change, as it certainly accentuates the characters.- 4,591 replies

Although this movie is implied to work aesthetically like the Lego Movie, that does not meant that it will feature any live-action. IMO, I think that it should be saved primarily for the Lego Movie franchise only.
-
Do it! I feel that if I wasn't collecting Ninjago as a whole, I would at least strive to own the elemental dragons.
-
Princess Macy would also be another option, but seeing as the theme is primarily directed to boys, I don't see it encouraging purchases. At least compared to an unarmored King or armored Queen Halbert. From my perspective, as long as the minifig is unique in some way, I'm getting it.

It's a placeholder. It's in the shape of a classic/Ninjago 2011 Ninja.

So I just got finished with Akame Ga Kill... (Spoiler tags are there for a reason, folks) -
It gets worse, Creator, Juniors, and Duplo sets slated for an August release (on they Toy Fair plaques) in the US are now slated for a May release. In reality, we truly do not know, nor can we predict what's coming out until the following month's Lego Store Calendar is in print. One thing is evident, though. Lego is clearly trying to release a new theme, or several new waves of older themes, monthly.

Be sure to check the last couple pages. I'm happily sitting next to mine.

Keep in mind that the Ghost Crew/Sato and crew are not the only group going against the Empire. It's been implied that there are other groups out there and that, potentially, some will band together to form one larger Rebellion. Whether or not we see the Ghost Crew, or any relevant Rebels character, in Rogue One doesn't matter, as they can very well be active at a different Rebel location or on an off-world activity. Besides, it isn't like the movies have shown off every single Rebel all at once in the Original Trilogy.

There's a good chance that they just added them due to the NFC leak that we've been talking about these past few pages. EDIT: There are set numbers though.

Cagast is referring to the theory of the movie taking place in Japan, not the movie's/series' inspiration of design. Albeit, the inspiration is Japanese, but let's not confuse the two. And maybe perhaps we can change the subject back to the movie proper? I, for one, am very curious about the design choices they shall go with for the Ninja.

Knight's Cycle is starting to show up on the shelves at US Toys R Us stores. Just picked one up today.

That may have been how Bionicle/constraction fans felt. But spending $15 on 10 pieces...that was the line's downfall. Not to mention that most of the aliens used were irrelevant to the current iteration of the show that was airing.

[MOC] Wiggler from Nintendo's Mario games
PenPlays replied to Swan Dutchman's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I love how perfect and proportionate this looks. It's amazing. Another solid job, Swan. -
Is it just me, or is anyone else feeling like we're going to see a time-skip... I mean usually when things get this climactic, where multiple people are written to sound like this will soon be the end, we get a death, and then things skip ahead where we see just when that death becomes impactful. I don't know whether I want that or not, as there is so much that could be done now, but then looking ahead at older characters would also be just as exciting.

Reminder that the white Nindroids are security drones, and thus not intended to be villains. Hence why Cryptor (despite in the story being frozen and blown to smithereens) is still a black Nindroid.

Texture hacking is just putting a recolored version of a character's skin over the same model. This isn't that, these are brand new (potentially fabricated) models, complete with textures. If it were the latter, let's say the Green Arrow textures were put over Legolas' model (using texture hacking) it would look like Legolas, but with Green Arrow's colors, and prints. The texture for Green Arrow's hood would also not register, as Legolas does not have anything around his neck or back. TL;DR: If this was texture hacking, it would look like Legolas (hypothetically) with Green Arrow's colors. These are new (potentially hacked) models.

Mmm... Lego Anime... No the animation of the Lego Movie wouldn't transfer or convey and 'anime feeling'... At all. The issue with Exo Force was that it had a very western feel with its designs. They really, REALLY should think about trying out something in a similar vein, this time with official anime artists (and the money for pity's sake).

August. Although that's debatable as the Summer Creator sets were listed for an August release, but they are now due out in May...

This is what you see: This is what the rest of us see: Now, I will say that you aren't the first new user, and certainly not the last either, to be directed by Mods to fix up their *grammar. Many, many people have been addressed, and many have tried their hardest to adapt. Plenty of those people are still around today, and are enjoying the fun conversations that we have on this forum. And the coolest part is, is that we're from all over the world, yet one language is connecting us. Good grammar is more of a tool so that all English speakers can enjoy this site, whether they were born speaking/hearing the language or not.

Do some snooping around the usual places-social media and instagrams. It's not something extremely stellar, but it's worth a look.- 4,591 replies

I take it back. Maybe we do have a problem. I have to be completely honest. I'm not going to judge the movie as a whole at all until we see some castings and some footage. Maybe some nit-picks on the synopsis we just got, but I'm going to restrain myself to only critique that.
