  1. Fun! Time to make an RC version. :D
  2. O Ye of little faith. It's not about your silly uncomfortableness around Jar Jar. It's about the pieces! But I'll let you be lost in the EU that Disney is about to abort like an unwanted... ;) Thank you for not being blinded by your emotions. I'm thinking large and medium trans or light blue trans spheres that come 8 sections. Maybe a couple with special docking ports. Moon base anyone!? ;) Yeah that about covers it. :D
  3. Index of Tutorials. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=19193
  4. Nope wouldn't bother me at all. When they rehash designs that they've released several times already it's time to stop. 32 Sets lined up so far: 6 Chibby style, 4 Battle Pack style (basically just new styled minifigs), 4 poly bags, 8 rehashed sets, 9 unknowns, only 1 new model. Even if all 9 unknowns (5 appear to be rehashes) were "new" models that's less than 1/3 being new material. But since it looks like we're getting 5 new models out of 32. That's only about 15% new material and 5 of those 5 aren't even anything iconic from the movies, assuming the Advent calender is just a bunch of figs with some misc small parts per usual. The well hasn't run dry but the designers keep serving us the same slop. I get the "need" to always have a X-Wing for sale EACH year. But it's getting a bit old as we hit the 15 year mark. :/ Let's pray that LEGO pulls something out of the hat with remaining 10 sets that they haven't announced.
  5. Characters we still need Durge. Big Ships: The Nebulon-B escort frigate, Redemption, would be cool. Even if it was only Microscale UCS type design. Places: Gungan city for that fact would be pretty nice. Lots of trans. Mmm. Trans. Misc Tech: And the Gungan catapults Misc Animals: The Gungan army's large animals with shield generators.
  6. Over 35 just in orange but I got about half in a parts raffle.

LEGO Art Show by Toronto artist and ToroLUG member, Ekow Nimako. So if you're in the GTA and looking for something interesting to do see. Check it out.
  8. Yes and no. It's lot of work but it's pretty cool to just be able to scroll through a list of images and click on links if you want to check out a MOC. That's the big advantage of Flickr over classic forums. Easy to brouse a lot of MOCs quickly.
  9. Embed your images in your posts and you're likely to get more feedback. ;)
  10. I like new toes pieces on this thing. Looks like this might be a new piece on the hip as well. The ball part of the joint isn't but the maybe.
  11. That is a serious trip! Wish LEGO had more promtional items like that nowdays.
  12. Flesh Pirates just sounds wrong. :/
  13. Not a fan of the tape but everything else is pretty cool.
  14. Digging the gold rings wedged in the Christmas tree.
  15. Very cool. I'd love to see the picture from the magazine if you've got it floating around. I always wanted to submit a build but my parents never let me.

  22. Some good looking ladies there in the LEGO family. :)
  23. Yeah I generally like to clean look. So I'm going to say the imperials just had the resources to tidy up and make it look like proper Imperial base. :D
