  1. Hi! Whenever somebody takes the risk to build a plane, he or she deserves respect, for it's not easy. The TV set is impressive, too. I like the design; the nose, the cockpit, the landing gear, it is very compact. What are its "real" measures? I would improve: -The front of the nose; the snots of the upper wedges can probably be removed for future upgrades by using another part. -I would cover the wings, fuselage and rudders with more tiles. -modern fighter planes have different wingspan/length ratios, as they are longer than wider. -I assume you want your plane to fly fast; increase the sweep angle of the wings (45 °) and it will have a more agressive look. I am in my fight to design an airplane for me, and I know how complex it is. Congratulations and best regards.
  2. Hi/Bonjour! I like the story, the scene and the details. The radar truck looks very good and the Assault Vehicle, however I suggest widening it so more troops will fit inside. To improve its all terrain capabilities I would lower the wheel axles so the bottom of the vehicle will be higher over the ground. This will also increase its survivability against land mines or IEDs. Best regards and congratulations!
  3. [GBW] - CP 1 - EROTEMA – HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN INVASION There is a meeting at the Erotema´s Army Headquarters. Two officers of the Army Staff give instructions to prepare Erotema against an invasion from Briolui, and there is an officer of the Combat Engineers Brigade and another from the Mountain Brigade. There are also orders to improve Refnor´s and Filace´s land defenses. PREPAR1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Combat Engineers have many main functions: provide protection for their own troops by building shelters and other useful structures; provide mobility by clearing mine fields or building roads or bridges; and impair enemy movements by laying mines or preventing the use of bridges, roads, etc. This is what our 4-strong Combat Engineers squad is doing today. They have to prepare explosive charges in a bridge that leads to the capital town of Erotema, located in grid D4. It will be not the only bridge being prepared for an eventual invasion, of course. All the main bridges are to be prepared for an invasion (in grid E4 also). IMG_20170401_095522 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr IMG_20170401_095541 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr This bridge can hold the weight of a 70-ton MBT at a time (no more than 70 tons at the same time), so it is strategic for the defense of Erotema. Here we can see the squad leader discussing where to place the charges and the amount of TNT to set. dialogo ingenieros by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr They decide to go down rappelling. The bridge is completed and ready to be blasted if necessary. This other bridge is easier to sabotage, and they use the zodiac to set the charges. ZODIAC1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr They are struggling with the water to complete their mission. zodiac2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Beaches must be prepared too, in grids C3-C4-B4-B5-B6-C6. They are laying an anti-tank mine. The Erotema Army has 2 types of anti-tank mines. Those which blast by pressure and anti-handling land mines. The latter can´t be moved and will blast if a heavy vehicle passes by very close. IMG_20170329_205909 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Walls also provide protection. These group of builders have selected a place close to the border with BRIOLUI to raise a wall, in grids E4-E5 and in the borders of REFNOR with other RON nations (grids E5-E6-F6-F7-E7-D7). The wall also covers the borders of EROTEMA with the allies FILACE and REFNOR (C3-D3-D4-E4-E5-D5-D6). IMG_20170401_113817 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The wall is very high, more than 3 metres, and has machine guns, grenade launchers and detection devices all along it. IMG_20170401_114058 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr In another part of the country we have a brave squad of the Mountain brigade. They have the order to set up an anti-tank sites in a hilltop, and this is only one of many. Grids G3 and E5 in Filace, Erotema and Refnor. HILLTOP1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr HILLTOP2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr One of them must climb first and secure the way for his comrades. HILLTOP3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Of course, it is a hard climb. HILLTOP4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr It´s a hard work. Why? HILLTOP5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After a few hours they have finished. HILLTOP6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Another view. HILLTOP7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And they show us how to deploy in case of a threat. HILLTOP8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Close up on the Anti tank missile launcher. Inspired on the TOW, it has the same features, with a Night Vision sight and possibility to engage slow helicopters. The other weapon is a more conventional grenade launcher, with two types of warhead: HEAT and fragmentation. The first one is against “hard” targets (tanks, not able to destroy but able to cripple; APCs can be blasted) and the second is for “soft” targets (HUMVEES, trucks or similar). Without wind, they can target a slow helicopter too. HILLTOP9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr
  4. Hi! Congratulations! I was considering a similar build with other obstacles and I like your idea. ¡Olé! (Spanish expression meaning "very good").
  5. Electronic warfare has 2 main branches: tactical and strategic. Tactical warfare implies (for example) the use of jammers in a fighter to prevent being detected or tracked by an enemy SAM radar. Strategic warfare is, for example, the jamming at a large scale (for example, Operation Cerberus in WW2 when the remaining German battleships passed through Pas de Calais and they remained undetected for the British radars). Going to the modern time, when in Desert Storm the Allied Coalition “blinded” the Iraqi AAA defenses by saturating their radars with a massive use of radioelectric signals. Or, in this vignette, by “listening” to the enemy communications. This is one of the strategic warfare rooms, where our operative is checking the transmissions from BRIOLUI. As an invasion is soon, any report is important. IMG_20170403_184059 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After receiving an important transmission, he reports to his senior officer, who will analyze the message and take a decision... IMG_20170403_184135 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Will the RON countries be preparing a large scale invasion on the COAC countries?
  6. Hi! I agree with Captain Genaro. The vehicle is well detailed but I would overscale it. Make it longer and wider and the result with improve. A classical vehicle-mounted SAM (or even an anti tank missile) is about the height of a minifig or slightly longer (not speaking about manpads such as the Mistral, the SA7 or the Stinger, which I think they are smaller), so you have tips for future builds. Other longer range SAMs can be much longer. Your well detailed vehicle reminds me to a vehicle-mounted heavy mortar battery. The missile trail is excellent! Best regards and congratulations.
  7. Any member of the Armed Forces knows that physical condition is essential to carry out their duties better. That´s why the Erotema Army has small gyms ready for their troops when they are on exercises in the field. This is a small field gym with basic training machines. It has 3 treadmills, 2 punching bags, 1 exercise bench and 1 pull-up bar. There is also a small water tank. A detail without walls and roof. High tech treadmills. NO enemy will win us! Enjoy!
  8. [GBW] - Supporting the war effort- EROTEMA – Give your blood for your country Doctor Smith, whom we met in the first Side Mission, is in his desk room again. As responsible of one of the many Public Health Centers in EROTEMA, he realizes that his blood reserves are low. And there is a possible war soon… So, immediately, the National Channel, in the Night News Report, decides to spread the need of blood and the blood donation campaign reaches everybody. The next morning he has a meeting with two friends, the scientist we also met in the first Side Mission. They speak about using mother cells to have more blood available, not only for Erotema, but also for other allies and countries under the occupation of the RON. And many come to donate blood. As you probably know, the requirements to donate blood are age and good health. However, sometimes people over age goes because their feel to help the country are beyond their physical condition. Here you can see the blood donation room and a few more donors. Enjoy!
  9. I vote for the ban on this weapons. Doubt concerning anti personnel mines: are they to be banned? Best regards.

  12. Erotema is facing a possible war with the countries of the Republic of Nations, but that does not prevent its citizens to have fun, for example at the cinema. 2 cine IMG_20170326_124405 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr However, there is always a news report before any movie starts… 3 cine con peli by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Everybody knows about the seizure of a Joint radar station by the Briolui forces and the subsequent attack by FILACE. 14. Sigpro joins for EROTEMA (COAC). Flag to be agreed with Alfadas. My minifig. Lieutenant Commander Mike (nothing to do with the real world ). Mike joined the Erotema Navy as a Midshipman when he was 20. After 5 years in the Academy he excelled in combat tactics, which lead him to take the Special Ops Course. After this time he was the main instructor of the Snipers Academy. Being Erotema a country with shores on the Great Ocean, of course a powerful Submarine Naval Force is necessary. This picture is from an exercise for a free escape from the newly developed S90 attack submarine for the Erotema Navy (and allies, of course). 15. Hi! I am more than inexperienced in lego rpgs, I have never played before. Can I be a supplier of weapons, vehicles, buildings and bases? I have a small portfolio of products. Or must I choose a country? Thanks for your help.

  17. Hi again. I have just started with the construction of the real sub. This is the electric motor. As it is not easy to find pictures of submarine electric motors...I decided to build something simple. Here you can see the AIP tanks. The big one is the bioethanol tank and the small one is the oxygen tank. Ethanol is mixed with pure water, giving CO2, water, and Hydrogen. By mixing Hydrogen and Oxygen in a fuel cell we have water and electricity. Simple! Weaponry. 2 torpedos (inspired in the German DM2A4 torpedo), a Tomahawk-type cruise missile and a surface-surface missile (perhaps similar to the SubHarpoon SSM). No diesel engines, no propulsion. Three like this are linked to three electric converters to recharge the batteries and give energy to the electric motor. A low noise pump jet drives the sub. First step of the real MOC in the upper deck of the second section; bunks and control room. Lower deck of the second section. And the same part seen from the keel. Enjoy!
  18. Double joint finally? How heavy is it? Best regards.
  19. Nice additional member to the family!
  20. Wow! Takao class is a must-build Lego Moc for any big ship builder, and I again understand why. Excellent use of the 2x3 33º inverted slopes. Congratulations!
  21. Congratulations, a very good job. Best regards.
  22. Hi, I like your design, very accurate. Would you try to build a minifig-size type XXI? I warn you, it will be very very big. From another submariner... Best regards.
  23. This is not Lego, this is engineering! Congratulations for your double success (interior and exterior). Best regards.
  24. Hi, the feet didn´t slide, in fact, they even have the structure of the 4483. It was a failure in the "hips" and the AT AT collapsed forward, as I pushed it unintentionally from behind. As the legs are fully poseable, I had to strengthen the articulations (hips-shoulders-knees-elbows) with another set of hinges (as the original 4483, but doubling the hinges). Best regards.
  25. Hi again! Do you have double joints in "shoulders/hips" and "knees/elbows"? Your AT AT seems to be heavier than mine (probably it is, more than 6 kg) and I had a catastrophic accident for using just one joint per articulation. I repeated the scene when the AT AT is shooted down by a snowspeeder in Hoth...
