  1. Hell! Very big. What software did you use for the render?
  2. Good bunker and good fight!
  3. Excellent story and details. The bridge is superb!
  4. Excellent details and story! Good minifig customization!
  5. I see a lot of interesting details. The missile looks excellent, the train tracks are very well too (what parts did you use?). The machine gun mini tank and the LCU look nice also.
  6. Grid E4 Studica The Briolui Army has an airbase close to the border with Erotema in a very strategic position for the ongoing war. For so, it must be taken. The surroundings are muddy due to the recent floods. The barbed wire limit the perimeter and no trees remain, as they were cut to benefit the defense. 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Two Briolui soldiers inspect the barbed wire when the death whistle of a 155 mm shell burst sounds clear…and near…very near… 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the best they can do is just run, run to save their lives. 2 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A few seconds later the artillery shells pound the terrain creating small craters 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr When the enemy is on sight, a storm of fire is directed to the attacking force. 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 tris by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 quater by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr COAC tanks appear soon. Maybe they are no match for the light weapons the Briolui soldiers have. Besides, the mine sweeping roller provides extra protection. 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 5 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And, who cares the weapons you have when you just simply…die? 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The machine gun gunner dies a few seconds later 6 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A barbed wire is a very easy obstacle for a tank to deal with 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And more Briolui soldiers enter the body count 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The barbed wire is now ready for the COAC troops to storm the enemy position 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Soldiers from Erotema and New Brickika go out from the tanks. As the engine is in the front, a few privates can be carried inside (crowded as anchovies in a can). One of them has a MANPADS (man portable air defence system). Why? 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Well, when attacking an airbase there can be an airstrike…They see a jet taking off, loaded with fuel tanks to fly south, far away and probably going to a grid where New Brickika´s troops are attacking another base at the same time. 11 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But that lonely jet will never arrive to its target, because the MANPADS is shot… 11 ter by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the enemy jet receives a critical impact, rendering it unable to attack, covered in flames and with a certain crash soon. This is a coordinate attack with other forces. The other Erotema troops, commanded by SkyPie, are attacking another base, and they need fire support. In the background and at a short distance from the fire, they prepare such a support… ROMEO LIMA (for Rocket Launcher) to SIERRA PAPA (for SkyPie), transmit target coordinates. SIERRA PAPA transmitting coordinates…E4 12 - 14 ROMEO LIMA roger, entering position…FIRE. Rockets inbound. SIERRA PAPA roger. That´s why one of the tanks left and an MLRS has arrived and opens fire. Meanwhile, the infantry deploys and gets ready for the final assault. 12 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 12 bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The enemy bunker is on fire. Nobody knows what our troops will find. It is important to find prisoners to get information. 13 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the final assault begins… 14 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 14bis by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 15 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr
  7. The new rocket launcher tank is undergoing tests. For so, and in a combined exercise with SkyPie, who will check the accuracy of the new system, a test has been scheduled. The MLRS tank and a support crew arrive at the designated area. 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Detail of the tank and support vehicle. This rocket launcher tank can carry 2 24-rocket containers. 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Erotema troops preparing the test. It is important to be ready for contingencies, such as a faulty rocket. 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After a short time, the 24-rocket container is loaded in the launcher. White missile tips indicate they are dummy warheads, with guiding devices but a small explosive load, just to verify whether they fall in the designated area or not. 5 0 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the fire order is given 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 5 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 5 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But one of the rockets had a malfunction and fell a few meters away from the launcher, beginning a small fire 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr As well prepared troops they are and fully aware of the importance of environmental protection, 2 soldiers put the fire out quickly 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 7 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the dummy rocket still has an explosive load inside. UXOs (UneXploded Ordnance) pose a threat to everybody, so the rocket must be disposed of. One of the soldiers in a bomb suit will blow up the rocket 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The EOD technician moves back and takes cover for the final blast… 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 11 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr
  8. Very interesting story of the spy. Maybe a rescue mission can be prepared for CP4. I like the architectural details.
  9. The COAC rules! Nice build, the effect of the downed plane is excellent. The obstacles and fence are good too.
  10. Hi! I see nice details such as the trenches and vegetation. However, remember to tell the grid in which you are!
  11. Haha! Good details as usual. I have thought something similar about a spy...Excellent!
  12. Very nice build. The water in the beach is cool, as it is the sand and the contrast with the dry land. Good vegetation too. The tiny raft has a very well designed engine. How did you do the twisting palmtree stem?
  13. Nice! My submarine will not be alone in the seas! I like your concept, the story, but the missile trail leaving the launching pod is superb! Congratulations!
  14. GRID E4 STUDICA – GRID Q6 GENERAL MAP (APPROX) After the successful offensive movements of the COAC, it was time to seize enemy territory. This is a territory divided by a river. Erotema is on the left and Briolui on the right. Not a very wide and deep river, but enough to difficult the crossing without special means. A lonely combatant is searching the area, with his .50 sniper rifle. He doesn´t seem to wear the standard Briolui uniform. Maybe a mercenary? A member of a local militia? Who knows… 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A few minutes later, an EROTEMA MRAPv (Mine-resistant, ambush protected vehicle) arrives at the area. They are inspecting the border. 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr This vehicle features a quad 7.62 mm machine gun to provide support and self-defense, however other versions can carry a mortar, a TOW missile… Suddenly, the MRAP crew spot the sniper, who opens fire against them, so they have to do something... -Sierra 1, we are under sniper fire, we return fire, we return fire. 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the machine guns take no time in silencing the enemy. 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After this small skirmish, the 2 members of the crew decide to inspect the river… 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -We need the bridge layer tank, call the HQ. Call for an EOD team and the HUMINT cell, we need to get info from that fighter´s gear but there may be bobby traps or IEDs; however we will have to identify him and take his body for a proper burial. -Yes, Sir. They left the area and a few minutes later a bridge layer tank arrived. As many other armoured vehicles in Erotema, it shares the same hull than the previously seen SPH and AAA tank. 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 7 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 7 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr This model can save obstacles up to 14 metres long (approx). A future version will have a longer bridge (the real Leguan tank can save obstacles up to 24 m). The first thing the tank must do is lower the front support. 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And after a short time the bridge is laid. The advantage of this sliding bridge is that it is difficult to be seen from longer distances, as the overall height is lower if we compare it with older bridge layer tanks. This model is inspired on the German Leguan bridge layer tank, in use in many European Armies. 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 9 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr So the tanks can cross the river. Let´s slip the dogs of war!!! 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Another member of the same-hull-family. The MBT has a 125-mm smooth bore gun, a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun and a remotely operated 7.62 mm machine gun on the turret. 16 multipurpose grenade launchers (smoke or fragmentation grenades) complete the weapons array. As it has the engine in the front, it can be used as an APC. 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 11 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 11 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 12 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The bridge is left so other members of the COAC can enter Briolui with heavy vehicles.
  15. Very impressive build and background, which gives the MOC a more real touch.
  16. Haha! Excellent build with goods hilarious points. Excellent decals (you print them??)
  17. Wow! Excellent in all features! Congratulations!
  18. Good story and vehicles. The corvette bow reminds me that of a Roman galley. The helicopter is tiny and compact, ver y suitable for a small landing platform. Good!
  19. The overall impression of the workshop is good, with interesting details and activity. I miss some explanations of what the minifigs do, how they interact, but this is a very very very personal opinion.
  20. Well, what can I say...good story, good details and excellent environment. Congratulations!
  21. I can give my opinion from a player based on your concerns. 2. I don't play / build to win. But it is not motivating to build nice MOC's and then still to loose cause some team members - forever reasons they have - don't participate. You may say this is a team problem but I think we should invent a rule like: Missing two campaign builds in a row should be seen as an act of betrayal and the individual has to be shot, banned and forced to use Megabloks. Or something similar. I agree. It is a pity when there are team mates that don´t collaborate. 3. I like the very open way of the campaign builds. But from time to time there should be also sidebuilds etc. with a very exact description of what we/you want to see. Eperienced builders will have no problem with that but it will an challenge for not that experienced builders. So the overall goal to make better builds will be achieved. In my opinion, a FRAGO is a kind of side build (has the same rating) with more strict conditions (more or less what you suggest at the end of your post). 4. To make it a little bit easier, I would allow that the vehicles etc from the last campaing builds can be re-used in the side builds. I think you can reuse them. You can make a side build of your tank in a forest and another side build with your tank on a road. 5. Sometimes I would include the climate zone and terrain in the campaign rules. The country index includes some useful information; perhaps it can be enhanced, but lets you know (for example) if a part of your continent has forest or deserts.
  22. The work done by the moderators is crucial for the game. The only thing I have to say is that I would like to focus on the use of "standard" English, especially for non-native speakers like me (and many others), as that will make our participation easier and decrease the possibility of misunderstandings.
  23. It was my pleasure to participate in this FRAGO mission and the cooperation with Jansued was excellent despite being enemies. I´ll think about something for the SPECOPS mission.
  24. Grid E4 Studica – P7 World A deluge followed with bad weather made areas of Studica absolutely dangerous for human life. Civilians in the area suffered an exodus, those who could escape by foot, car or boat. Many others died drowned. After losing almost everything, shelter and food were mandatory to be provided by the international community. Erotema, struggling for the control of E4, has decided to create a DMZ with several campsites. Only an enemy country, the Coalition of Southern Territories could answer the call for contributions in time. Being Erotema the host nation, strict conditions for RON countries were issued but their help was welcome. Here we can see a part of Camp Romeo 1 refugee camp complet.lxf by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 big tents, 2 MRAP vehicles, 2 containers, a truck and a small transport helicopter on a landing pad. A line of refugees ready to be vaccinated to prevent the spread of diseases health inspection by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Maybe they are panicked Briolui citizens. The tents have showers, WCs and 32 beds. The cammo pattern was tricky! detail in shelter by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 Erotema soldiers take a look on today´s menu. Delicious t-bone steaks and healthy bread. Good food will always make everything be less bad. refugee camp complet solo soldados pan by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The helicopter proved useful for some rescue tasks, but it can´t be used due to the strong wind. refugee camp complet helic by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Another view of this area refugee camp complet LATERAL by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr I hope you will like the build.
