2 of my sons favorite characters as well!!! My sons current spidey is Getting a bit scratched up from all the playing with haha, so this set will be perfect to get him a new one and a venom he doesn't have yet but really wants :) Awesome. Yea, my post was more aimed at the people that said this set and the other junior sets looked bad and didn't appeal to them. I thinks it's a cool little car as well :)

That set is awesome!!!!!! That's exactly what my 6 year old said when I showed this to him, which the "juniors line" is aimed at. I have no idea why you old folks are hating on it. It's not meant to be appealing to you. It's crazy to me how often people on this forum forget that this is a "kids" toy and that us adults that collect are a small % compared to the kids % that ask their parents for these sets who don't know anything about Lego. Anytime a new theme or set pictures come out, the 1st thing Ido is ask my 6yo son what he thinks. Everytime there's sets that adults on here call horrible, my son usually thinks the complete opposite which should matter most. Anyway, these junior sets are gonna be a great way to get my son more hero at a cheaper price and will live these cool, fun looking cars that come with. Can't wait :)

agreed. also 3 robots??? 1 awesome, no problem. 2 uhh?. 3 WTF? another grandma with a cat??? the only reason ill be getting a full set is for completion purposes. and if it wasn't for this series being tied in with the movie(looks amazing by the way) i don't think it would have much appeal at all, and im talking about kids which is the main target. i showed this series to my 6yo and some other family kids around the same age and they all said they look boring except for the few like the panda and abe or pointed out that i already have figs that look like them.

Wow. Lined up with those other figs makes that helmet look even uglier....

haha. reading this actually made me chuckle a bit. i agree they can be a little uptight on these forums. any who, I'm really looking forward to these 2014 sets and kind wait to see sets based off of Rebels.

As much as everyone would want this, it probably will never happen. The superheroes theme is one of their best selling and if you could just get the figures in blind bags, know one would want to buy the sets anymore. Lets not kid ourselves, most people buy the Heroes sets only for the figures anyway. Back on topic, im not to sure about this theme. I was never much of a simpsons fan so this doesnt interest me much. Ill just have to wait for the pictures first

As cool as those troopers look, 2 wookies and 2 troopers would have made me and probably a lot of other people happier. Still going to get multiple of that set though :)

Kings Castle Review!!!!!

Set#70400 Title: Forest Ambush Price: $12.99 Pieces: 90 Release: 2013 This is my 1st review so everyone bare with me on the quality of the pictures. This whole review was done from my iPod touch and wasn't easy :/ haha. Well here we go :) Let's start off with the minifigs. I think the figures are great. You also get a dog which is an awesome plus. Both evil knights have double sides faces but the good knights don't? Not really much of a problem though. Now a couple of different views of the bad knights fort. The fort is pretty simple, made of mostly basic bricks. I do like the play feature of the falling tree. It lets you stop the good guys from getting away >:) Now the treasure cart. Extra pieces. And a cool little picture in the back of the instruction book showing some action going on from the sets. Overall I think this is a great set. It's a perfect army builder for your evil or good kingdom. You get 2 figures from each side plus weapons and a few extra.

I'll probably try to get a review up tomorrow. It will be my 1st and won't be the best of quality haha But at least it will give people a better idea if the set.

Video review of the "toy soldier" Also paused and seen that the s8 bat's boss is the monster fighter vampire. His likes are sand castles and songbirds??? As dislikes are darkness and gloom??? Haha.

Honestly I really can't stand that method either. I've seen so many times where I see "grown" people walk out of stores with a minifigure box or two, then 20min later I see a kid and parent walk up to the minifigures stand only to see nothing there. Looking disappointed, the only thing the parent can say is "maybe next time" This has also happened to me and my son. As I was walking in I seen an older man with "3" boxes and there we're non left in the isle or back room. My son was crushed since he likes helping me feel for figures or just picking random packets with me. Some of you "old folks" should be ashamed of yourselfs if you really think about it :/ Back on topic: I love series 10 so far. The tomahawk warrior is my favorite :)

Ok, so I finally picked up the batman, mr freeze, and aquaman set today. When I finally got home with my son to build it, I noticed something odd when I opened the box. The largest bag in the box was opened, but every other bag in the box was still sealed. I dumped the parts on the floor of the biggest bag and all minifig parts were gone :( I then checked the review of this set on here and the smaller bags are supposed to contain the minifig heads and weapons. All the smaller bags didn't have any minifig parts at all in them, but we're sealed and had no holes in them??????? Unfortunately I don't have the receipt anymore and was tossed with the bag before I got home. My 5yr old was crushed not to have the figures. Is there anything I could possibly do to get the figures??? I think this had to be done at the Lego factory. The box seals were perfect and not tampered with and the smaller bags had no minifig parts in them but perfectly sealed?????
