  1. Why do people complain so much about the 2.0 foot? It works great as intended, plus you can use two joined together with pins to fill up gaps in larger MOCs.
  2. Huh. I didn't notice the Agents symbol for some reason.
  3. This belongs in the licensed themes forum (showforum=2). Otherwise, nice MOC!
  4. Personally, I like the simple 2.0 torso shell. It works great for almost any type of figure and, with the use of add-ons, can be customized to give almost any aesthetic. And that's kind of the point of the CCBS system. I do want a more organic add-on, and less bulbous than the Breakout one. The neck thing I think would be hard to fix. We're used to action figures and similar having necks far shorter than humans do, and trying to change that would at the very least prompt kids to say that it looks weird. I also kind of want to see a shell that can be layered properly. It can be done with the 2.0 torso shell, and it looks very scale- or armor-like, but that's too large for most purposes.
  5. Yeah, IfB would have been great for Dimensions. But as others have said, I wouldn't be surprised if they used masks instead of figs for BIONICLE. Maybe with an extra protector-esque build, or they could include several masks in one pack.
  6. I don't have any of those either. I'm going to echo the need for a PC version.
  7. I really want that Gateway, but I don't have a Wii. And I doubt the parts will be available from Bricks and Pieces.
  8. The Tahu alarm clock. I got it around 2004-2007 at a sale and it's still working perfectly. Also, it's the sturdiest alarm clock I've ever had.
  9. "Serpent" isn't really the best description for the Tarakava, though. But considering that it's basically a sort of elongated preying mantis abomination thing, I guess that's as good a one-word description as you can get. I do kind of want see stuff like this. Non-humanoids almost always have more useful parts than humanoids. If they make a Nui-Jaga-esque creature, purple would be the way to go, however.
  10. It's called the "Airjitzu Temple". Of course it's going to integrate an Airjitzu capsule.
  11. Too bad. Also, funnily enough, it turn out that my camera case has a clip that looks almost exactly like a mask. The classic Hau, to be precise.
  12. Eeeh, I'm not too fond of translucent blends. And while tr. red would really be the only choice for the MoUP, combined with the black tr. red would just make the whole thing too dark and cause that weird effect where a tr. color seems to be tr. clear, but in low-light conditions. I'd stick to a black/dark red blend.
  13. But it's probably intended to be the miner 49-er.
  14. Personally, I hope it's in the ghost colors. I'd prefer that to yet another "classic" temple. It'd kind of bump the temple down from a must-by to a "if the functions and parts are great" for me if it used the visually relatively boring combination of white, red, brown and black. Dark blue, black and spring green, on the other hand...yum.
  15. I think that spiked ball needs work. Maybe a few plates to raise the floor and some work with studded technic beams to cause a floor to swing away in concert with the appearance of the spiked ball. The technic beam in between the two spiked ball halves is also kinda annoying.
  16. Wow. I initially only saw the WIP of your MoUP, GK733, but the completed version is nice. Too bad it isn't buildable, but this gives me great hopes for the moment when we'll get the official version. I didn't like the MoUP's design all that much at first, but your attempt has changed my opinion.
  17. See, this is exactly what I thought of when I heard the name. I do kind of hope that it doesn't devote so much space to the Airjitzu mechanism that there's no room for a detailed interior. Some traps, on the level of the Scooby Doo Haunted House, would be nice, perhaps even an armory. I do hope that, in regards to dragons, they go for the all-or-nothing route. Either no dragon at all, so the budget can be spent solely on the temple and figs, or a nice medium-sized (like a $30-$40 set) one. Or maybe they could integrate the dragon in the traps and make it a little like the serpent trap in Knight's Kingdom's Citadel of Orlan, although more like the one featured in the comics than the actual set. Or some feature which shoots Skreamers out of the walls could also work. I just hope this won't be another disappointment.
  18. At least the Skrall had a relatively useful weapon part. Tahu was just...ugh.
  19. Nice, but I don't really like the Protector of Valor. The color scheme doesn't work too well. Maybe it would work better without the tr. neon green flame sword, which kind of looks redundant considering that the PoV already has a hammer. On the other hand, both the Protector of Wisdom and the accompanying tablescrap look great, because of their colors. The blue and green work excellently and the combination of equipment makes sense. Plus, the tablescrap made me think of Kongu, which is nice.
  20. They can't be throwbots. They haven't thrown anything.
  21. Personally, I think it could be kind of like the temple from the online game in terms of aesthetics, which would be rather nice if they spiced it up with some spring green. If it's about twice the price of the Fire Temple, I hope they put that money into making it a full temple, not just a facade.
  22. Yeah, I've only ever had mysteriouspi's friction joint problem. Your problem is very weird, and I'd suggest contacting LEGO's customer service helpline.
  23. Wow. You're getting really good at these .
  24. At least the Galidor sets had reasonable aesthetics. Meanwhile, the Stars were just as incompatible with other sets because their parts broke the moment you took them apart.
  25. Onua is probably the best of the winter sets.
