  1. I'm just making a list of random ways to defeat him. I'm not actually suggesting that they do that. Of course they wouldn't do that in a kids' show. Also, generally, people think a lot faster when they feel threatened. More to the point, they had quite a few moments were they could just sit and think.
  2. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened. I'm almost done with the dragon, and I've decided on giving it rotors (made from Jestro's tr. neon orange chariot wheel and a generic black propeller) aided by jets. Considering how large (1200+ parts) it is, the outer edges of the propellers are probably spinning at supersonic speeds . I might make some for the other knights too. I already have some ideas, but I don't think I'll be ordering the parts for those.
  3. Also, adding on to the ever-growing list of easy ways to incapacitate Nadakhan: Wish to have all of Nadakhan's internal organs in your hands yet remain functioning as if they were still inside his body. They still work, so it's not harm. Then take whatever sharp object you have and stab his organs with it until he either bleeds to death or you hit something vital. To avoid someone wishing the organs back inside of his body, try to stab either his inner ear or his brain first. Really, practically any wish can be phrased in such a way that the harm happens after the actual wish. At least the ninja are starting to realize that they shouldn't make abstract wishes. Anyone want to make a separate topic for all the ways Nadakhan could easily be defeated? Considering I spent all of 20 seconds coming up with these wishes, and the ninja had time to plan, it most definitely would be that easy. And a good story doesn't have those scenes. It prevents them from happening. Or, if it does, it acknowledges them and makes the character in question feel guilty for not coming up with an answer when it could have saved [insert victim here].
  4. Depends on whether the Beasts are supposed to combine with Umarak the Destroyer or not. I think Terak + Quake Beast might be the only reasonably color-coordinated combo.
  5. Or killing someone off by removing their personality from a brain, robotic though it may be.
  6. I'd just like to note that they could just wish for A: That any Tiger Widow that ever exists in Ninjago from the moment this wish is made onwards is nice to and likes all sapient species except djinns and B: That Tiger Widows are so common, that flying and swimming variations with the same venom exist and number in the thousands. Five seconds later, you'd have Nadakhan depowered and eaten alive by spiders. Or just wish that Nadakhan loses all of his senses, including vision, hearing, smell, taste, pain and balance. Or even just wish that getting married wouldn't make Nadakhan stronger, but make him completely incapable of granting any wishes, not his own nor those of others.
  7. Anyone thinking of making a launch bay for the hover horses that fits with the Fortrex?
  8. Thanks for the help. Lloyd's dragon looks pretty good and solid, all things considered.
  9. Oh, I've already designed most of the dragon. Since it's supposed to be for Macy, I already gave it mace tail and the design is fairly bulky, and with a sort of trash compactor jaw made from castle turret pieces. I'm trying to hit the balance of playability and aesthetics that the Fortrex has and trying to make it fit into the existing sets. To help support it's bulk, I'm using Mixel joints as claws as a compromise between posability and practicality.
  10. I'm making a dragon for Macy. What sort of wings do you think would be most appropriate? 1: Jet plane wings. 2: Sort of tr. neon hover wings. 3: Mechanized "classic" dragon wings 4: Helicopter-style rotors. Also, do you think VTOL engines would be a nice addition?
  11. One thing I really hope we get in 2017 is larger creatures and vehicles for the evil side. So far, the Knights seem like they could easily overpower Jestro's forces.
  12. Yeah, Terak's more of a mole-dragon than an ape. ... Wait. Mole. Ape. ... Mole men confirmed.
  13. Personally, I would prefer if a professional LDD was a one-time buy, rather than a subscription of sorts. Either way, I'd be willing to pay for a more professional version of LDD, although I can't think of many features something like that would add. Better lighting options, the "parts lock" feature I mentioned earlier and maybe an option to import image files for use as part decorations in extended mode.
  14. Thank you for bringing up the penguin speculation again Dorek. Now I want to design a waddling feature .
  15. Eh, I'm just going to buy it for parts and the King. The small size of the shield bothers me too much for me to keep it the way it is. I might end up making a tower shield (possibly with fake shock absorbers) for it, though.
  16. Yay! So not completely dead. Just mostly.
  17. Yeah, I've noticed that too recently. I think it's just a memory glitch that happens if you save and it stores the brick slightly too far in one direction or another.
  18. While I doubt a petition to have LEGO restart it would be effective, a petition to have it become open source seems like it'd have a chance. If the part dimensions issue is what's preventing this, that's rather strange, since the part documents are easy enough to get to for competitors to be able to get the dimensions without much effort, even if it doesn't become open source. The fact that they integrated into LEGO Worlds despite cancelling it doesn't help my confusion. And it seems very strange for LEGO to start the Worlds project and then just cancel it without even trying to implement key features. And they just updated the Steam page for it thirteen days ago, which is presumably long after the decision had been made. If they are making a new tool, I'm not sure what it could even add, besides the ability to lock the relative position of two or more unconnected parts, which would be useful for stuff like storing ammo for the new 2x2 disc launcher while keeping model posability.
  19. Mostly, I'd just like a villain who isn't just plain converted to the heroes' side or killed off, but who actually has a good reason for being a villain and who the heroes actually concede has a point.
  20. Very nice. Could you show us some closeups?
  21. Looking good. And now I'm going to have to build a lava Roc (another word originally written as Rukh) to counter this . Kind of weird that we don't have any flying lava monsters to act as a counter to Aaron.
  22. We have a tv show discussion topic .
  23. Purple Ninja? Sounds interesting, but strange. I'm going to be really dissapointed if Pythor's character development gets reset.
  24. Not sure how any of you can identify Soto in that blurry mess.
