By slightly separating the minifig torso and waist, you can make a hole that is thin enough for a sword to fit through. However, this does not work with all swords. Brickarms swords seem to be the easiest because of their thin blades.

<Sareshi Huntress impaling a minotaur> The Northern Savadjik Desert is much different than the rest of the land. Unlike the rest of the land, which is primarily desert, the northern region borders the Extraho Sol Empire, making the north more fertile. This region is also home to the Sareshi Warriors, an all female hunting tribe, and several minotaur clans. Very few travel through this land, as it is home to many dark and mysterious creatures. The northern region is also home to the Valley of Bones, which is rumored to contain the souls of countless fallen soldiers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall MOC Pic of Tree From the other side Better view of skull shrine Hope you enjoyed the MOC. (Unfortunately, I forgot to make sure the grills were all aligned correctly so my apologies) This unique machine is privately owned and assembled. As of now, few records point to the original designer. However, we are very aware that these machines guard relics and sacred places of the old eras. They wield a sonic blade that can destroy most heavily armored equipment. According to videos, courtesy of Vektan Intelligence, they are also crafted from a strong material that makes them impervious to most small arms and even some large arms fire. All soldiers are asked to keep clear of these machines. They are not to be trifled with. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I tried my best at making The Guardian movable so here are several different close up pictures and poses. The Everglow is a unique flower found across all lands, with no native home. Among the many plants, the everglow is not eaten by any fauna, but it is gathered by many herbalists. Its unique color is a result of magic, which also adds to a unique property of being able to live even after being removed from the soil. In the hands of a skilled herbalist, it can be used to create curatives of any kind. Many presume this flower once flourished in the Falkrinean Empire prior to the first era. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. The IN43 Imperion Racer is a highly illegal hover-vehicle. It uses a top of the line engine, that has been banned in over 7 different systems. Originally, the Imperion engine was developed for military use, but after a financial collapse, most of the engines were sold to freelancers and gearheads. Now these engines are used primarily for racing or for fast getaways. Anyone with information on these vehicles are to report them to local authorities immediately. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Close up Front end and middle laser cannon Imperion Engine Side View Pilot's View Hope you enjoyed the MOC As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

While Avaria is more recognized for its magical ingenuity, the gardens of Avaria are a testament to how magic has shaped the land. Large, white trees inhabit the majority of the forest. Along the middle of the forest, the Ryl River runs from the mountains down into the capital city. Its distinct purple color is directly related to the effects of arcane magic. Because of the unique surroundings, it is not uncommon to see many elves spending their time in this area. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- View of the Tree Closer view of Ryl Elves along the river Hope you enjoyed the MOC As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

As the capital of Hydronica, Hydronica City is a wealthy city that is a testament to the wealth and ingenuity of the Vektan government. The city was built directly in the water, and runs on powerful hydroelectric generators. Sky bridges and walkways fill the city allowing for easy transport throughout many of the buildings. Several parts of the city extend underwater, allowing for a different kind of living experience. Hydronica City is also home to the Altaren Energy Corporation, which is the chief energy development company. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Different Angles Hydroelectric Generator Another View of the city Hope you enjoyed the MOC. I like the ground work with the leaves. It's pretty cool. The crane is also pretty darn sweet as well. Out of curiosity, is this somewhere close to Nocturnus? I see the weird plant life on the pic above the crane.

Though it is not usually deployed during most sieges, the kingdom of Ankora has developed small boats that are capable of siege warfare. These boats are primarily used when attacking from sea, and sometimes see use when moving along rivers or other smaller bodies of water. This vehicle requires a 4 man team to maneuver and 1 person to man the siege weapon. It is also capable of carrying small supplies in the back as well. Normally, the boat is abandoned once it reaches its destination; the crew joins with the main bulk of the knights once landed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trunk for storage Front Back View Hope you enjoyed the MOC As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

I think this is the place. With any luck, this should be a fast job. Run in, shoot up the agents, and steal the blazer shipment. Sol City: Warrior's Shrine Link: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=84479 -
With the recent move to the east, it's time to truly establish home. Though we are out of the badlands, our presence shall not disappear. At the center of Sol City lies the warrior shrine, as a monument to a fallen hero. In our homeland, many warriors travel here to clear their minds before heading to war. The peaceful surroundings generally make this a key spot for smaller social activities as well. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall MOC That Scorpion design that was stol... err borrowed from Ninjago themes Pictures of the grounds --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With any luck I'll be able to expand on this initial entry and add another landmark to the Kaliphlin map (I highly doubt it), but for now this is all I've gotten accomplished. I'm sorry for my lack of GoH related post. With recent MOC's of mine in development, I've kind of put GoH ideas on the back burner. That and with the recent free-builds being over, I think I should only design things that are actually half-decent. Anyways... Hope you enjoyed the MOC As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

Not certain if this belongs here, but since it touches in three different forums, I figured it would be best to place this here. If it is in the wrong place, please move it! Hey folks! This is a little MOC I made about myself, or to be more exact, my sigfigs. They are from multiple different genres of LEGO, but they all have one common factor; they are constantly fighting something! So here it is... Overall MOC From top to bottom: The War Against Computer Science, The Dread War, and The Dark Matter War With the CMF computer geek, I knew I had to put this one up. As a college student, I'm a CompSci major, so this seemed like a perfect little representation of dealing with pesky assignments. Particularly those in C++ My fantasy sigfig and a representation of his involvement in the Dread War (I really like using that shield technique). Lastly... Orion, my sci-fantasy sigfig, that seems to be fighting someone his entire life. Anyways, that's all for now! Hope you enjoyed the MOC. How exactly do you do the floor design? I've seen it in so many creations; is there a guide I could look at because it just looks awesome!!!
-
So I skipped a few floors but here it is... In the first area, I put up several sword dummies for training, as you can see two guild members in the middle of a training session. Next area, hand to hand training dummies and an aim dummy. The hand to hand dummies are roughly based off of Wing Chun training dummies. The aim dummy is specifically for placing strikes, but it can withstand heavy strikes A small area where water is kept. It's not a well; just a set aside area that is constantly filled each day by the BLG staff. I also added a several other decorations just for the sake of it. Next is the dueling floor. Guild members can duel each other here and see who's the best! Of course, sometimes you may want to just watch and critique the combatants Lastly, an indoor archery station is set up for those who don't like close combat. Unfortunately, firearms must be used outside. That's all for now. Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

Every five years, the Priests of Althgar make a pilgrimage to one of the western kingdoms, bestowing a blessing of peace upon its rulers. Citizens from many kingdoms travel far just to witness such a holy act. This year, the blessing is to be bestowed upon the King and Queen of Hislith. Citizens of Ankora, Hislith, Dakerion, and the Lesser Kingdoms crowd the courtyard to see the priest and the Forester escort make their way to the chapel. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall MOC Peasant/Citizen/Commoner side The Nobility From front to back: Lady Tywind, Father Erwin, Forester Lautrec, Brother Brandon, Forester Lance Hope you enjoyed the MOC. The Northern Deepvale is usually an area of safety for many witches. However, due to the increase of Larensi witch activity, the Ankoran Inquisitors have been sent out to eliminate any dark beings. This includes man, woman, or child. Many would try to flee, but would find that fairly difficult. They'll find you... they always do. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall MOC Ankoran Inquisitor Overhead view Inquisitor View Hope you enjoyed the MOC I tried a couple of different tree designs, but I'm not sure whether I like them or not. I really like the wall design and tan coloring! -
Well it looks as though we're down to the last tip for now. Without further ado... Tip #10 No Stone Unturned - A general rule of thumb for adventures is to explore everywhere! While some places should just be avoided, other places should be explored extensively. You never know when you'll find that hidden sack of gold in a barrel or even find a lost set of armor and weapon from a fallen hero or legend for that matter. Search near every brook, under ever rock, inside every barrel, smash every pot, cut every blade of grass (not really)! You never know what you'll find! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This has been the final tip for How Not to Get Killed: A Guide for New Adventurers Stay tuned for Volume 2, which will hopefully bring more ridiculous tales, and more important information for newbies! Hope you enjoyed this series of MOC's. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

So what's this about freebuilds ending in June? -
This one is fairly important for all adventurers, no matter what you specialize in wielding (or casting for that matter). Tip #9 -Duel and practice frequently! Unlike adversaries you run into the field, dueling with a friend or mentor won't get you killed (usually). They can teach you plenty of skills and allow you to learn new tactics and techniques. If you don't have a mentor, go to a friend. If you don't have either, well I'd recommend seeking one out almost immediately. You never know when that new tactic or skill might just save your life. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overall MOC Stay tuned for HNGK: A Guide for New Adventurers Tip #10 (and probably the last tip for awhile!) Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
