  1. How are you finding these MOCs? Are you just browsing Brickshelf and adding them as you find them?
  2. Is there any organisation to the order of these MOCs? I notice there are 2 parts, however its not explained in the Index thread exactly what that means.
  3. I don't know much about BZP so I'm wondering why would they not allow linking to a blog?
  4. Is this new system working for you Mr Bonaparte?
  5. And my next question after that is: Why are there skulls in the background?
  6. It would be good to get confirmation as to whether the commanding officers are officially part of the forces, or whether they're considered a separate contingent. By confirmation I refer to someone who actually knows the answer, not a personal opinion or assumption.
  7. Thew! Glad I'm not a Classic Space fan otherwise I'd require hospitalisation right now...
  8. Mr Norrington it depends what you mean by "forces". Yes the ranking officers in the British Navy wore uniforms while the average sailor didn't, but the ranking officers were also part of the "forces".
  9. And just to go off topic... Are they real skulls in the background?
  10. Then contact a Brickshelf Administrator and ask for assistance. In the meantime you can still attach an image of your MOC to this thread. But something has to be done because this thread is rather pointless at the moment.
  11. Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn... My first thought is... How'd you think up all those names and back stories? Did you invent this as you were writing the the first post or is this something you've planned for some time?
  12. Actually I think it was a different ship again! The other one I saw was at PirateBricks.com but maybe its the same - I've seen so many ship MOCs in the past couple of years I'm in overload!
  13. You're probably right there Captain Roger, this ship probably defies physics with such a huge stern castle. It would definitely prevent the wind from catching the sails :-D
  14. From the 1990 LEGO Ideas book...
  15. It has been done so now we can move full steam ahead! Although we're not in the Industrial Age so we don't have steam power yet...
  16. And now back to The Arbiter II... Was there any particular reason you gave it oars?
  17. Don't we have a bunch of threads with labeled diagrams of all the components of these old ships? I suppose we should find and move them to the Pirate & Colonial History sub-forum so they're easily accessed. This is where a dedicated Moderator would come in handy...
  18. Would it be easier for those contributing to this thread if it were moved to The Great Library?
  19. Although... I'm almost certain these balcony doorways are a brick too short to be a standard SYSTEM doorway height...
  20. Yellow Submarine? Exactly how did that happen? Its not that yellow is it?
  21. Someone else makes it for you. You just create a thread (as per the instructions at the top of this thread) and then just tell us what you want.
  22. That's interesting Mr Imperial Scouts. Did you have any interest in LEGO prior to Pirates of the Caribbean, or did you have an interest in LEGO and the movie help steer you towards the Pirate theme?
  23. Yes it must have been quite a feat for him since he was leaving and never coming back not so long ago X-D
