Mr Bonaparte is going to turn this Creator set into an old house, he was just showing us what it looked like original and now he's going to begin changing it. WIP stands for Work In Progress, which is a type of thread where a user shows the progress of their MOC as they build it. So in other words you get to see what they start out with and what they end up as.

Is that what this is? I thought the windows were on some kind of angle but the curve just isn't coming across on my monitor - or maybe its my head. Hmmm....

Go to your My Controls, click Edit Signature and then put whatever you like there just as you would a normal post. But don't put too much there because big signatures are NOT best.

Line it with velvet and silk tassels :-D

Moderators can't do it in any forum at Eurobricks... So that means I have to do it. Darn! Although I'm not sure about these poll choices as there is some size variation between the sets and they seem an unbalanced selection? I.e. Sabre Island and Lagoon Lock-Up but there is Imperial Outpost but no Cannon Cove

Mr Tiber has bet me to it! What a dilligent and response Moderator he is! Next thing he might contemplate is whether this is a MOC thread X-D How much would you pay?

Birthday Greetings older chap!
-
Mister Hobbes, you're empire is expanding rapidly! Is there merely coincidental or have you been scheming?

My escort frigate (yes probably not an accurate description)
Mister Phes replied to Admiral_Wig's topic in Pirate MOCs
Yeah, I was fairly pleased with the way my Imperial Sentry box turned out after about half a dozen revisions. Too bad you made the final revision though, bad in the sense that I can't take the credit for it X-D But I get what you're saying. Someone once said "Movies are never completed... They're abandoned..." (And that was George Lucas when he re-released Star Wars in 1997 for anyone who cares). The point is, that statement can apply to anything that invovles creativity, whether it be a movie, a MOC or the skin for Pirate forum - I'm still not happy with it! -
I'll look out for it then since I buy 100's of DVDs from eBay really really cheaply. I still haven't got round to watching the Hornblower DVD I bought months ago. So much to do. So little time. Did you get a refund for them?

Now Mr Bonaparte has pointed out the Batch Image Resize Tutorial you'll never need to feel lazy anymore! X-D What kind of suggestions would you like? Your ship looks fairly complete to me. Do you want to improve on it? -
Are you going to keep the chimney Mr Bonaparte? If this governor is situated in the Caribbean he's not likely to need a fire place for heating, however it may still find use for one in the kitchen. But if you do decide to keep the chimney I', not sure the flume at the top is appropriate for the vintage of this house.

The tower is of a very nice design indeed Mr Ghoulrealms, but I'd have to agree with Mr Norro that it could use some more height. Now I'm wondering how the heros and villains will integrate with this MOC? At the moment they seem rather peripheral by the way you've used text to link to their images.

Excellent! Another town/city fan, Mister Hobbes must be overjoyed with the recent influx!

Greetings Mr Rayden from Belgium!

I was about to point this out too! Admiral Wig's version of Black Seas Barracuda looks very sturdy and its something you'd feel more confident taking into battle - a lot more so than the original version. -
Surely you'll be needing a palm tree in the front yard. What large Pirate creation doesn't have a palm tree? And then there's those flowers... You'll need to dig them up and put more traditional SYSTEM flowers in. And that is my LEGO horticultural tips for today. X-D
-
This does seem quite interesting and it completely removed the Black Seas Barracuda aesthetic. Green and red tend to look quite spicy together, dare I mention that colour scene was used in the Cross Bone Clipper? X-D
-
I was gonna write "There isn't a red striped Pirate amongst them' but it appears Mr Imperial Scouts has bet me to it. Maybe Mr Tully is colour blind. So that means no crows nest for him!

I've never seen or heard of this website before, or the TV or book series for that matter. Here's a picture to get everyone excited:

We have some communication problems here which need to be solved, not being able to understand written English when English is your first lanuage makes it very difficult for yourself and others. Like Bonaparte said you're going to have to take more time writing your posts so you can clearly explain what you mean, otherwise we can't understand what you're writing.
-
Which is your favourite base in the Pirate LEGO theme?
Mister Phes replied to Tully's topic in LEGO Pirates
I can see how a "base debate" could erupt from this. I certainly wouldn't say Armada Sentry was base of any kind. -
I've always contemplated buying one of these creator sets to use the pieces for more Piratical purposes, or more likely to envision my "Settlers" sub-theme. Of course, they always sell very well over eBay so I've never actually bought one. Where did you procure this Creator set from Mr Bonaparte and how much was it?
-
Alas no. But we have a Master Index Builder now who can edit anyone's post. ;-)

The only problem is not everyone keeps a record of how they've been building their MOCs and not everyone has the time to go back and make instructions for them. However... The idea has some merit as there are MOCs with instructions so we might as well collect them together for the benefit of others.
