  2. I have sent you a PM in regards to that Mr Benk. We shall move to the next stage when you respond.
  3. What a terrifying spider! How do those ruins manage to stand with a spider hanging off them?
  4. The HMS Flamberg looks familiar from somewhere... How long ago was it built? Where abouts do we go to see the Windfaller?
  5. Nothing like a delightful dash through the jungle in aid of saving your life X-D Quite a good first attempt! Does this give you any ideas for your jungle, Brickster?
  6. Your dethroning will come very soon! *skull*
  7. And now I shall reveal that I voted for Benk! Although I think I made that obvious in the other thread so it comes as no surprise.
  8. You seem to be right Mr ImperialScouts. This must be an early warning sign that I need a 6 month break from the Pirate Forum.
  9. You can't have read my earlier posts Mr ImperialScouts. If you did then you would be aware I'm not a fan of steam ships X-D We must almost be down to the final 12 hours before voting closes...
  10. Well first of all I'm going to say you are quite an extraordinary talented builder are your techniques for adding detail like straw around the pirate who bursting through the roof is incredible! Aside from that I'm far too tired to think straight so I'll have some sleep and see if I have any suggestions for problems when I return.
  11. What an awesome grumpy Santa Claus face that is! Which theme and sets can that be found in?
  12. That's quite an interesting looking Admiralish dude you've got there Mr Errorist X-D Any chance of a close-up just on him?
  13. I just voted!!! Guess who I didn't vote for!!!
  14. We could add a poll to this thread for a visual representation of opinion
  15. It's great that you new users are revealing yourselves. Look forward to seeing your Harbour MOC BlueBard, create a Work In Progress thread for it if you wish!
  16. Excellent decision Joker2and53 *y* Oooooooo! We're almost at the end and the results are so close! What's going to happen over the next day? Stay tuned folks!
  17. First of all I love what you're using for water! I know I've asked what it is before, but dumbfoundedly I've forgotten, so if you could remind me that would be great! Now all you need is a large painting or something similar to put in the background. Very interesting how you've combined the Adventurers theme with the new Indiana Jones set. I noticed you've opted to use all flesh-tone mini-figures. So is this intended to be an Indiana Jones adventure or do you see it set in a universe of it's own?
  18. I'm not a big fan of the Caribbean Clipper and I have two of those built, sitting on my shelf. I have a Red Beard Runner still in the box so I can't compare them side by side. But if I were to purchase either of them I'd go for the Red Beard Runner... Other factors you might consider are whether the sets are complete and what condition the pieces are in. Also, do you care about whether the box or instructions are included? These can significantly add to final price.
  19. First I'll comment on the review and at a later date I'll comment on the set. You've done a top job Lord of Pies *y* You've captured the set from a variety of angles and posed the mini-figures interestingly.
  20. OK, maybe we just reserve that for the Sails page on Classic-Pirates.com.
  21. Isn't the idea of using these hull plates to create a smaller vessels rather than the ships many MOCers seem to create?
  22. Benk has caught up a lot since I last checked. Bonaparte had a humongous lead and now it's almost neck and neck.
  23. Well you can come and party with me then, SlyOwl can go and start a party Bonaparte. :-P
  24. I don't think very much of Ironclads either! Wooden ships with sails - that's what I like to see. I don't really care for what linked two different ages together. X-D
  25. Ok, I shall rephrase that. It looks like something out of the Industrial Age, not the Age of Sail. I don't like the Industrial Age - you couldn't imagine pirates sailing around the Caribbean in something like that. X-D
