  1. First of all you'll need an account with an image hosting website like Photobucket, FlickR, etc. Personally I'd recommend Brickshelf.com since it's an image hosting website for the specific purpose of hosting images of LEGO. So Step 1 is to register an account with an image hosting website. Once that's done I'll tell you Step 2.
  2. Just be aware that Islanders eat people. See this thread for more information. So don't run out of food otherwise you might end up being their lunch :-D
  3. I shall help you then. First of all, do you have the images uploaded to the Internet?
  4. Exceptional MOCs have been posted there in the past. But only really really really exceptional Pirate MOCs can be posted there so don't disappoint us X-D
  5. At the time of the Pirate Halloween Competition I was the only one updating the Classic-Pirates.com Frontpage News. But now we have a wonderful volunteer taking care of it so I now have the time to frontpage pirate news on the Eurobricks.
  6. Brick Miner is truly a MOCing genius! If The LEGO Group were to launch Western sets, then I'd love them use these Brick Miner MOCs - similiar to what they're doing with Admiral Gidden's Space MOCs.
  7. The advantage of Work In Progress pictures is we can give you feedback and ideas while you build it. You never know, you might have done better than you think...
  8. You got any Work In Progress pictures for Pirate Harbour MOC you're working on?
  9. No, I was just curious. How do you know all this Lord Bonaparte?
  10. How could they not? X-D It's been on the front page of Classic-Pirates.com and send out in a bulletin - surely everyone has read it by now. But lets praise Lord Bonaparte for bringing it to everyone's attention. *y* He's right ya know, these articles are very entertaining and even somewhat education.
  11. By the way... Does anybody know the creator of this vignette?
  12. The moon isn't blue at the moment X-D I thought the fire was very well done, it's what caught my eye when I first looked at the pictures. Also of interesting note is the "bone" in the Islanders hair - they appear to be the arms of those new skeletons.
  13. Bon Apetite I found this vignette created by Zgrredek on Brickshelf: View Brickshelf Gallery
  14. Since we haven't had a poll topic lately I've turned this thread into a poll. So for those who have posted, you can also cast a vote as well!
  15. You could try looking The Great Pirate Torso Library but that mostly deals with MOC torsos. Perhaps someone could be so kind as to create on for you.
  16. It always helps if there's a picture for people to look at. So here we go: I think he makes a quite nice looking pirate myself.
  17. There's no guarantee that their design won't be modified or simplified, if indeed these are the creations that are to be release as sets.
  18. Phred, have you got Islander slaves helping you build the Constitution?
  19. Captain Zuloo, how could the legendary Black Seas Barracuda be improved upon... A lot?
  20. Are you looking for the torso design or the actual physical torso itself it?
  21. This is a very exciting prospect! Do you know where can see pictures of Admiral Giddeon's 3vil faction? I remember seeing them around somewhere, but it escapes me...
  22. It's been so long I've forgot. So lets focus on more relevant threads like SlyOwl's El Bacalao and Bonaparte's French sidewheeler La Gloire.
  23. Mr SlyOwl I love the details you manage to cram into your MOCs - the way you take seemingly simple things and use them to effect is incredible! By this I refer to things like the bucket of hooks or the crates containing parrots and peg legs. The figurehead is brilliant too! Does that hat fit onto the owl's heat or do you need to use something to make it stay there?
  24. I've made it quite obvious I'm not a big fan of steam ships, however this doesn't dissuade me from acknowledging this is a very good MOC. It's nicely structured and as has a consistent aesthetic, so the design is cohesive and appears to be well thought out. The rigging is masterful and I don't think I've seen Technic bricks used like, but they achieve a wonderful effect.
  25. When the this MOC is finished it might be a candidate for the frontpage of Classic-Pirates.com - maybe even Eurobricks too...
