Could someone tell me why it's important to save it as a .PNG file? I have my first decal (Lego store employee) saved as a .JPG, and it'll be easy to change, but I was just wondering why. Thanks!

EDIT: Version 2.0! Front: Back: C&C Welcome and wanted! Hi! I've fooled around with making decals before, but until now I've never finished designing one. That's because I never like the way my decal designs look. But this morning I sat down to create one, and I told myself I WOULD finish designing it. So, here's my very first decal! A Lego store employee. To finish the minifig, just apply the decal to a black torso, use tan legs, and whatever head and hair you like! What do you guys think? As usual, C&C welcome!

Here's part two! Told from the perspective of my sig-fig (with my comments in purple.) "I started the day just going for a walk." "But then the most beautiful, interesting, funny, girl appeared. How could I ignore her?" Yes, perhaps she's based on someone I know IRL. "C'mon, she's gotta love someone who's got lumberjack skills!" "THAT, is NOT, a normal tree!" "A guitar?! That's something I CAN do to impress her!" IRL I'm still in the middle of learning to play guitar, but I'll get good at it someday. For you Beatles fans out there: "I've just seen a face, I can't forget the time or place where we first met" Let the serenade continue: "She's just the girl for me, and I want the whole world to see we've met." And, it worked! Look at the two of them waling off in the distance. Today the pictures were taken with a digital camera. It was a bit harder than last time, because it was windy! Still, I was somewhat successful. Expect to see both the guitar and the girl showing up in a Guilds of Historica MOC soon! (Although she'll be given a medieval makeover.) I would use a EB iOS app, but I don't see a huge need for it. You can browse EB pretty easily on the Safari app that comes installed on Apple devices. I'm on an iPod touch right now, and it's working no problem! So I wouldn't worry too much about making an app.

Maybe some sort of minifig version of an Ent? If they can do it with the Hulk...

I agree with palathadric, but your story is VERY intriguing. If this does get expanded upon, written into a story, or turned into a full-blown novel, I'm going to have to make some MOCs based on it. Can't wait for more!

I WISH it was an additional full box. But no, they did just mean the box that comes with all the bags you'd buy.

I think characters like Flash and Aquaman are fairly likely, because they're some of the main heroes. Though I doubt we'll see those two until quite awhile later, considering Green Lantern hasn't been made yet. Captain Cold would probably please some people, but he won't get made for a long time (if ever) because many kids aren't familiar with him. They'd have to be selling him on almost nothing but his "coolness" (pardon the pun) factor. There's a lot of characters I'm sure that people would love to see, but not all of them will be made. It's a huge undertaking for TLG to do the DC and Marvel licenses, because the storylines and characters are practically endless. We'll just have to wait to see which ones they decide to produce in sets.
