Great MOC! I remember reading the book, and you just brought it back for me. I really like it. BFG doesn't stand for anything on Eurobricks. If you read the first post you'd see it's a book, and it stands for the Big Friendly Giant.

Cool! In that case, I'll be a Ravenclaw, and I'll do the Potions Classroom.

So excited! Making a wild guess and saying the prelude will involve Lord S. being murdered. I hope I'm wrong though! -
@Zach: I'm trying to work on my figure posing to make up for small builds too! Anyway, great scene. You did the landscaping perfectly! Keep up the good Drow hunting!

I'd participate, but I realized I don't have enough pieces for a good Hogwarts 32x32 MOC. Oh well, looking forward to seeing what you guys come up with!

I don't mind WIPs. It's awesome to be blown away by that fully built huge MOC, but I also love seeing it come together piece by piece! It gives me some ideas about the building process. I also really like Brickdoctor's idea of getting private help with a WIP.

That was the only white dress I own, so I did what I could. Thanks! I used to prefer Bionicle to any other theme (now I don't know HOW I liked it) so most of my collection is Bionicle. I'm always trying to find ways to use Bionicle parts in my MOCs.

Well, Guilds of Historica has become my favourite forum on Eurobricks! Such great stories and builds. And THIS, is an awesome build! It's menacing, perfect for Drow. I love all the photos, especially the very first one. Great work. Keep up the good work AAG. You'll wipe out the threat in no time. I'm currently traveling with supplies to aid the Nocturnians and Avalonians who fight the Drow.

Gotta agree with vriverajr3, I'm not usually into micro builds, but these are neat. My favourite is the Tusken camp.

Community Build: SW Episode II - Attack of the Clones

If it weren't for the last minute, I'd never get anything done! So, here's my entry. It's not that good but I did what I could with the little time/pieces I had. Wedding on Naboo -
So, last minute entry. It's really simple. I couldn't decide, half-baked entry or withdraw from the CB? I hate quitting so I went ahead and posted it anyway. I lacked pieces and time to find the pieces (I know, excuses, excuses) so I took a LOT of artistic license. The trees are my favourite part, I'm testing them as I'm planning to use that technique soon in Guilds of Historica. It's not all that accurate but you can tell what it's representing. Enjoy! Here's a few more shots: Hope you liked it, C&C encouraged!

Haha! Lady Gaga with the meat is awesome. But I thought this thread was for photos of CMFs... -

Nice! The boat is really cool. I like it when the cockpit's closed. -

Wow, lots of polybag pics today! I really want multiples of this one, hopefully TLG starts making polybags more widely-spread. -
If I can get these easily (not likely in Canada) then I'll get lots of the Uruk-Hai, they work great in normal Castle MOCs too.

Hmmm...I believe I've seen these in GoH. They're awesome figs, although I'm not familiar with the books, games, or movies. My favourite is the Invisible Stalker. You know you'll never win the war?

Thanks. I'll be continuing the story, hopefully with more detailed MOCs.

Batman Minifig Customisation Contest
purpleparadox replied to LuxorV's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
There's been some pretty good entries so far. They all seem to be purist though? I'll be posting a minifig soon, still working on it though. It's definitely not a purist custom! That's all I'll give away for now. EDIT: Just noticed a mistake in the title. It says minifg contest. -
These are all excellent scenes. I'd like to see them put together in one big park MOC!

Minifigures Series 8 Guessing Game

Dang. When I started to read this post I got my hopes up. As soon as I saw the pic though I knew it wasn't real. I'm sure we'll see pics soon though! -
I don't know what to say that hasn't already been mentioned. It's beautiful! I love it when people make ART with their MOCs. The brick-built Pegasus is just fantastic. So is the stream and everything else. Great job.

Thanks soccerkid6! I'm really trying to improve my building skills, hopefully someday I'll be good. I always look forward to your comments! Yeah, a bit of landscaping can go a long way. It made the scene that much better, I think.

Posted the first chapter of my story, journeying to provide supplies in the war. Beginning the Journey Hope you like it, the next few chapters are going to get interesting! -
Continued from Meet at the cottage. I threw the last of the helmets onto the cart and turned to face Reina. She had crafted and painted it to look like rock, so we'd camouflage with the mountains on the way to Nocturnus. We'd be supplying Avalonians and Noctuurnians fighting the Drow with weapons, armour, and food. She gave me a quick, reassuring smile and I swear my heart skipped a beat. This girl was amazing. "You've been planning this, and working on it, too long and hard," Reina said, "Your face is unshaven, growing a beard!" "Perhaps I'll shave if I make it back." I joked. More seriously, I said, "It's going to be dangerous. These are troubling times." My brother Nathan and I were going to ride to the border of Nocturnus, supply the armies that opposed the Drow, and ride back. We knew we might have to make more than one journey, supplies were always needed. Nathan had already mounted his horse, and donned his black hood to hide his face. "Bring me with you." Reina said. "We're best friends, why can't I accompany you?" "I already told you it's dangerous." I replied. "I couldn't stand it if you were hurt." The horses were getting impatient. I turned to look at them, then back at Reina. She looked about ready to burst into tears. "I don't know how you haven't noticed." I said. "Notice what?" Reina was always curious. "All these years, you were my best friend. But now..." "Now I'm not?" Now tears were flowing down her face. "No! Now, you're more. Now, Reina, I love you." I pulled her close and kissed her, then turned and mounted my steed. I nodded at Nathan, then pulled my hood over my head. We were ready to ride. Still to be continued...the next few chapters will get interesting!
