Epic Dragon Battle looks alright, but I'm still on the fence about it. Tight budget with Monster Fighters coming out! I'll probably be buying Lasha's Bite Cycle, and Jay NRG is a must-have!

We're getting closer... About 750 votes was all that was needed last time I checked! I think TLG will likely produce this project. My personal favourite building is the Saloon. Keep on voting!

Fandom could affect my purchases, but I purposely don't let it. For example, I love SW, HP, LOTR, and Batman, but I've started only occasionally buying licensed sets. My reason for that is because I'd end up needing ALL the sets and characters from each theme, and I'd spend too much money. With non-licenses, the story/characters aren't quite as written in stone (especially City) so I don't feel a need to buy everything.

I'm not sure where in the guidelines it says this, but they've raised the number of posts needed to make a topic in the Buy, Sell, Trade, and Find forum to 100.

That's how I phrased it, but I meant to say, "I won't be purchasing that, all I'll be buying is"

Sorry if you misinterpreted that. What I meant was, another license but still no original content is kinda disappointing. I'm happy for the Zelda, Firefly, and BTTF fans, and I hope new themes bring new parts. Who knows? Maybe I'll grow to like one of them. It'd just be great to see a completely original idea (Western Town, Firefighter Train) reach 10k too.

B-V-19D So, I'm working on a series of simple vignettes showing me going about my everyday life. To kick it off, here's me, building with Lego! I always have trouble building, I can never find the piece I'm looking for. I never know what to build, too. That's why I have a worried face here, because I'm stressed about what to build. This is a great idea. I'm disappointed that licensed ideas like Firefly and Zelda are getting way more votes. I like to spread the word about projects like this, because I'd be thrilled to see a non-licensed, genuinely interesting idea be produced thanks to CUUSOO.

Thanks, I'd never taken a good long look at that building until now. It really is interesting. I'm not sure whether it'll be part of the Monster Hunters line or the modular building line. It looks like a more difficult build than most of the Monster Hunters sets, but it also doesn't fit with the other modulars. Maybe it'll be in the Monster Hunters line as a 14+ (16+?) set.

I'll be buying Mia's music room as a parts pack. The sheet music (brasso removing the pink and teal printing on it), the drum kit design (swapping out the pink parts for black), and the book. Now the question is, what do I do with the minidoll?

Fleshies as elves...that's an interesting idea. Would you mind posting some pics of your elves beside some castle figs for comparison? I'd like to see how well they go together. Also if you have any MOCs incorporating the two races (humans and elves) that'd be great to see.

The rules said you may use custom decals if you design them yourself.

Meh...it looks okay. I'm not familiar with Zelda so I'm not getting too worked up over the idea.The only thing that'd excite me about LEGO Legend of Zelda would be some of the new sword designs and an ocarina.
