  1. Woah. What a ship! It's awesome to see the interior, too. It sure looks like R2's living the life of luxury. Hey, Leia's digging out the ole' costume again! I wonder if Han'll be getting some entertainment.
  2. Aha, I'm no longer the only one! The DJ is my favourite too. He's simple enough to convert flesh. I'm just a little bit put off by the fact that his headphones are attached to his hair, but no matter. It's still great. I'll probably buy at least two; one to convert to flesh, and one simply for the headpiece. I'll paint the hair brown, and then it'll be just like my sigfig's hair with headphones!
  3. Awesome MOC, Praiter Yed! You've got the perfect mix of wildlife and SW technology. The way you presented it is great, too. It reminds me of the layout of the Star Wars Minifig Encyclopedia. Those poor Wookies. I hope they rebel and give Bossk what he deserves!
  4. Mr Man pretty much said exactly what I'm thinking:
  5. Thanks everyone! I know I've got my "Hobbit Hole" door all designed. Now I'm stuck on making small round windows!
  6. Lego's Bane looks great! I think we as a community complain too much...Iron Man gets a new mold, people want a printed head. Bane gets a printed head, people want a new mold! (I like Iron Man's helmet, by the way)
  7. Snap! I should've known that. I own The Padawan Menace on DVD.
  8. Out of curiosity, what's that image from? It's not Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, is it?
  9. That's one kick-megablocks custom! Really reminds me of a lot of stuff from The Old Republic. Nice job painting Plo Koon's head.
  10. Yeah, I did mean the frame. Rats, I was really counting on that being an already existing piece! Now I need some other sort of idea for the window.
  11. I'm working on something in LDD right now and I was being plagued with the problem of building round windows. I had a look at the Bag End set and saw these ones (the small ones on either side of the door): Are they an official piece yet, or are they new and exclusive to Bag End? If they already exist, could someone tell me their part number? If not...any ideas for round windows about that size? Thanks!
  12. Cool idea! It seems accurate, and awesome. Inspiring, too. Now I want to recreate some album covers with Lego!
  13. Awesome Joker! I was hunting for some good TDK Joker decals a couple months ago, but I couldn't find any. Problem=solved. My only criticism is his hair. It seems a little too murky brown/gray. But great work!
  14. I feel that it's my obligation to comment on each and every one of your customs, if you keep making them this well! The decals look fantastic, as always. I think you nailed it with this custom. Looks just like Willy Wonka!
  15. Buh...Buh...But...Canada...just...we...Vancouver...2010...we- we just....just hosted...2010...no minifigs... In all seriousness, it'd be great if Lego released figures for each host country. It's just too bad that they didn't start when Canada hosted the Winter Olympics.
  16. Wow! Impressive. Nice work on the interior too. You've got a knack for Marvel Lego, don't you? Cool to see your customs showing up in yours MOC.
  17. It really depends when you bought each magnet set. I seem to recall my brother buying the magnets on the far right (Boba Fett, Imperial Guard, Slave Leia) and they were not glued. I think it just depends if you bought it before or after TLG started gluing magnets, which was 2011, if I remember correctly.
  18. Isn't there an 18-year-age-minimum for submitting CUUSOO projects?
  19. Ho...ly...Cow! These are the most accurate customs I've seen of these characters! I love the sticker idea for Nick Fury, really creative. Thor's great. His shoulder padding is awesome. Hawkeye, Black Widow, Loki (his face), and Cap are all waaaay more accurate. Bruce Banner looks spot-on. I have no clue why you don't like him! I hope you don't mind if I use your Peter Parker idea? I loved the movie, and seeing it in Lego is fantastic. The S.H.I.E.L.D. soldier is probably the weakest of the bunch, but I'd still give it 8/10. Sorry for rambling on. They're just amazing, and I couldn't help it. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME work! I hope you don't mind if I steal borrow your ideas.
  20. For all of you who're desperate for the Uruk-Hai polybag: here, looks like the Sun polybag promotion's gonna include it! Man, I wish we got that promo here in Canada.
  21. You can. Just press the "Delete My Vote" button, and then vote again for Gordon. By the way, I agree that Commissioner Gordon's better than Aquaman. But TDKR Bane is still my favourite.
  22. Free airfare and hotel, too? Then it's settled. I'm goin' to Bilund!
  23. I don't want to hijack TeardropTrashcan's thread, but thanks for those ideas too! Now you've really got my creative juices flowing! I'm sure TT feels that way as well.
  24. I like the idea of the trees. If there's one thing we don't have too many of, it's trees. Luckily they're easy to brick-build! I also wouldn't mind that new window and shutters concept. Good luck with your projects!
  25. Great entries, everybody! I wish I had more than three votes to give. Himstone- 1 point, for making me laugh out loud at the subject matter Oky- 1 point, for being so accurate to his old avatar, except Friendsified DarthNick- 1 point, for being a bad-megablocks (that's a compliment) minidoll.
