    Thanks for your early review. Great pictures! I also picked this set up earlier this week in our local toy store. To me Emmet's Construct -o- Mech (and Angry Kitty!!!) were a 'must buy' since I first saw it. I'm totally pleased with it and I'm glad to have it. I added a few extra pieces though. To me TLG did a fantastic job for my 48 Euros. With nearly 700 pieces this Mech is very heavy and with his sheer size (35 cm) it surely doesn't need more articulation in his legs. I guess with a much larger Constructo-o-Mech it would become difficult to keep the balance on his tracks. I tried to compare it with pics from the LEGO The Movie game. Couldn't find any differences. In the game the wrecking balls also only rotate a little bit in the air. BTW the two grey 1x2 grilles are not left overs. They're are missing on top of one of Emmet's Construct-o-mech shoulders.

    Not sure if you only want to buy it from a LEGO Store, but I checked Amazon.de yesterday for a release date of Emmet's Constructo-Mech and it said May, 17th. At least for this set (my favorite set from this wave). I was very surprised about the soon release cause we want the Angry Kitty. :-) Probably you check amazon.fr for Benny's Spaceship?

    I like pirate ships, I like steam punk, I like all the movie sets especially Metal Beard and I like to build big sets with piece counts like this one but I'm sorry to say that: This set isn't worth to me 250 Euro.

    Also includes a rat, seagull and 2 clams Sure, found the rat and the two clams....but where is the seagull they're mentioning in the set description? I looked at the pics several times but can't find it. Can anyone help a blind guy to find it ?

    Hi from Germany, I've ordered two hours ago and 'my' 41999 is backordered until Aug, 22. I called Customer Service if there's any chance to get it earlier. They told me next orders will be backordered until Sept. 5th and I can be very happy to get one. This Set will definitely be SOLD OUT today. That's what the Lady told me on the phone.

    Keep in mind they've already raised the Euro Price ten days ago. Twice a mistake in the pricing? Common. Maybe TLG thinks AFOL's put their hat on with a crane? If TLG thinks the raised price is fair, I think it would just be fair to get an official statement from them. They know about the discussion in this forum and some other places. Anyway, I'm still waiting for a (second) final phone call from Lego (about the price) this week. I'm very excited what they will tell.

    Currently only VEDES stores have these promo poly bag ghosts here in Germany (buy Monster Fighters Sets for more than 20 Euro and get one ghost for free). Also, beside S@h and Lego stores, Vedes are the only ones who sell Monster Fighters Sets at the moment. Brandnew 2H Lego catalogue announces Monster Fighters for the mass market for September. I hope I could clear up a few things.

    That's what they also told me on the phone when I called TLG this morning. Sent them an Email upon request from TLG with a link to their Press Release - and the included price. They will call me back as soon as they know more about the price difference. I hope I can report more later today or tomorrow.

    Ridiculous price increase for 10228 on the German s@h page. Announced for 149 EURO here on Eurobricks, it costs there 179 EURO now (release Sept,1st). http://shop.lego.com/de-DE/Geisterhaus-10228 With the same piece amount as the Pet Shop the price sounded fair. Now they ask as much as the Town Hall for it. Ridiculous. For 179 Euro I'm not going to buy it! Definitely NOT! :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

    Would like to see an improved Forklift again. I enjoyed the last Technic Forklift we had a couple years ago. I would really enjoy when the flagships become smaller again.

    I've ordered the Sopwith Camel yesterday and the lady on the phone called back and told me the promo for the Mini Sopwith Camel will start later this month, on June 26th. She will send me one when they come available.

    I'm not sure if it was mentioned already..... I would like to get Tile 1 x 3 in dark blue. Could use it for my UCS R2-D2 arms. I'm not so pleased with the 1 x 1 and 1 x 2 tile solution on both arms. (I've already spent him a round 1 x 1 Tile in red for his "eye". Looks way better now!)

    I have both ships and to me the QAR is definitely more impressive.

    Fantastic MOC - I love it . I was one of the early birds who voted for it. To me it doesn't matter which building comes first as long as we get the complete set at the end. Maybe TLG adds another own creation to the Wild West Town? Congrats once again. You did a fantastic job.

    Finally it's time for a clear glass for the Window 1 x 2 x 2 2/3 with Rounded Top. I think it looks strange when you have built a house and don't have glasses in some window frames. Just look at the Pet Shop.

    Great idea with the dog sled. I believe that's the best thing you really can do with a Series 5 Eskimo. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Traktor, You just have to remove the front wheels and then you can see the red pins. Compare the pics with your Unimog and you'll know what has to be changed. It's really no big deal to change the parts. It's a 5 min. job. Ralph
