OoC: Opps, I missed updating Cronk's inventory after he threw his fire bomb. Fixed now!

Sir Leo tries to make up for that by killing Battle Ant C with a mighty hut (25 damage). But the rest of the party isn't that lucky and Sir Glorfindel misses, Elgar gets hit but the spider (2 damage) and when Tomas tries to kill Battle Ant F, even more ants comes out of the undergrowth. The party now has 11 enemies to take care of. The battle continues. Sir Leo swings his sword against Battle Ant D but it's hard to hit such small target and he misses. Sir Glorfindel has better luck and strikes Battle Ant B for 18 damage, more then enough to kill it. Once again, Elgar's first target is taken out before he gets a chance to hit it, to make up for that he now targets three enemies at once and does 10 damage each to Battle Ant C, Spider A and Spider B. Tomas misses once again. "Oh, more knights? Hello Sir Knight! Tanco? No no, this is just the small village of Jernel. Tanco is further north, the path that starts by farmer Pret's house over there leads there." The chicken farmer points at another path that leads back into the forest. "But beware, it's starting to get dark and during the night there are many beasts that come out of their holes and burrows."

Maurice didn't want to gamble, but he couldn't resist to look while his party companions were playing the game. They were not doing great so far... "Excuse me, Eric. Are you sure you want to do that bet? You can only get back your money as best, not win anything."

The party march onto the path leading away from the beach. The soon find themselves in an old forest, very dense and dark. For some hours the heroes continue to follow the path that winds and turns so much that the party loses all sense of direction. Finally, the forest open up into a clearing where a couple of small houses stand. A man feeding his chickens is the only person to be seen.

From the top of the mast, the cry "Land ahoy!" is heard in the early morning of the fourth day at sea. The Feathered Breeze had made good speed even though it wasn't one of the fastest ships in the Bonaparte navy, and certainly not as fast as The Sunflower. The coast of Moone grows nearer and nearer and finally Captain O'Leon orders the ship to drop its anchor and lower the ship's boat. "Well, that was my part heroes. Now it's up to you to travel the rest of the way to Tanco. There is a path leading from the beach that will take you into the inland of the island. I'm afraid I don't know exactly where it leads, I prefer the open sea to dense forests. Good luck on your quest, and I hope we will meet again." The heroes gets into the boat and gets rowed to the shore by the strong Bonaparte sailors. At the beach there is a small fishing boat tied to a pole and some nets hanging to dry. A small path leads away from the beach. The signpost is very old and worn and the only letter the heroes can make out it a "...n..." in the middle. What will the heroes do next?

"Yes, the pirates have been quite active lately. But the Feathered Breeze have been spared so far thankfully. I say pirates is a threat you have to expect when on the seas, just as robbers and highwaymen when you are travelling on land. They have always been, and will always be there." "First time at the sea? You gotta be kidding me! Well, you land-folks never stops to amaze me! How can you have lived all your life on an island without setting your foot on a boat?" The journey continues and the ship has a good wind which quickly takes the heroes closer and closer to the island of Moone. After a couple of days the ship is almost at its destination.

"No gambling for me, thanks. I prefer to make (and loose) my money in more honourable ways."

Tomas heals himself and gets the Smelling Salts from Cronk. The party then returns to The Feathered Breeze where Cap. O'Leon gives them a warm welcome. "Terrific work, heroes! I saw it all through my spyglass. How is your head feeling, cleric? Don't worry, some sea air will blow away any dizziness. You can keep that axe as a compensation, although I'm afraid you won't be able to wield it yourself any more." The Borrowed Axe is now a: Common Axe WP:5 Suitable for Barbarians. "We set sail at once now that you have proved your worthiness. You can also regard yourself as on good foot with the Bonaparte family, I will report of your good work when we return to Eubric." The Feathered Breeze slowly sails out of the harbour and begins its journey toward the island of Moone. The hereos can relax for a bit and talk to the Captain, the First Ape Mate or any of the Sailors who are off duty at the moment.
