  1. What function could this set have? 2 motors for drive, one for turntable, one for raising boom, one for folding boom and one for cable control...or there will be gearbox with 2 groups of 3 functions: - one group driving, steering and turntable function - second group for boom raising, folding and cable (This is kind of repost of my post in Technic 2022 topic)

  3. Well, that is why I was hoping for 68 and 94mm tractor tires since it looks like this set would be with wheels (based on history @tomfow posted)...
  4. If I see correctly, you are using narrow tires.
  5. Covid was issue (Denmark was in lockdown until today, so TLC was relaying on government decision to be responsible for their employees in this situation). It seems that in this forum whatever LEGO makes is not good enough whether sets or decisions to attend or not some fair...it seems that old wisdom you can not please everyone is more obvious in every area of mankind.
  6. I was referring to this https://www.brickfanatics.com/the-lego-group-wont-be-at-london-toy-fair/ ... in combination with this https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/ Probably LEGO company made decision few days ago despite few hours old news https://www.mypanhandle.com/health/denmark-lifts-covid-restrictions-opens-many-public-venues/
  7. Yes, but we have to change our expectations because things will not be as they used to be; you're Down Under and you have even Covid-19 camps to prevent spreading of disease so let's understand LEGO's decision in current situation.
  8. IMHO there should be homage to technic inspector; I'm still missing out pets that passed out... Truck looks nice
  9. Well pandemic authors wanted bug reset, so we have to be ready for everything dealing with this "new normality". No worries we will found out soon enough, despite Chiron was presented with steering wheel and wheels in spring 2018. Just enjoy your free time
  10. I was referring on physical model; on backhoe
  11. IMHO you should present this model, despite od missing shareable program.
  12. Nice Volvo (in Mack scale)
  13. You know, you're making really cool Zetros alternatives
  14. I hate when you read my mind...and even more when you're right. Who knows perhaps this would be a year without new Lego sets for me...
  15. No problem at all; I was hoping you know something new
  16. Please enlighten me wise ones, but I don't understand why this hovering pallet is important with upcoming set? Is new vehicle hovering?
  17. That is why I posted if licensed. Non licensed would be few percentage cheaper. About abbreviation TBD you are right. Look at real models more as inspiration than as suggestion for Lego set
  18. Well I hope that if this year @jrx will be at toy fairs, he will remember to take photos of new sets to support his description
  19. No you are right, TBD is abbreviation for To Be Determined; this set is most likely something airborne.
  20. Yes, that is a deal in planing or journalist speculation... Audi engines for formula 1 McLaren and on other side VAG will take over McLaren road car (or should I say hypercar) production...and at the same time there is a plan that Porsche supply engines to Williams...old ties by Capito (at Williams F1 team) and Siedl (at McLaren F1 team)...
  21. If licensed it could be Liebherr; example they developed Scorpion with CLAAS, but also a range as @mpj posted
  22. @Appie what you made is beautiful li'l loader indeed
  23. IMHO second one is better; somehow I don't like stairs like shape between black and white beams...
  24. After testing solution posted above is clicking when driving forwards, so I had to make stiffer solution and only possibility was to use new differential from 42109 set in the middle with reduction 12 : 28. Only problem is that I'm missing one (at least) such differential for rear axle. To have 18 studs chassis width (to make proper width for 1:18 scale; real tractor has 2550 mm wide chassis), I'll use plates at the side of XL motors...
