  1. You have another member in your club. Thank you. I was hoping that I've missed something during my dark ages
  2. It looks very nice and operations are smooth. Excellent work
  3. It is nice and simple as set / MOC for technic introduction should be. Even some of us who like building tractors must make some compromised solution because we can not copy real thing and get enough stiffness; typical problem with suspension...and all modern tractors have suspension.
  4. This is the way of thinking and communication
  5. I have just one question for I'm afraid answer is negative; does exist something like that only one stud shorter? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=15459&idColor=86#T=C&C=86 Thanks
  6. Little update; rear axle is mostly done (need just to implement 3 point hitch) and overall width over rear tires is 18 studs; real machine has overall width from 2550 (with rear 710/70R38 tires) to 2850mm (rear tires 710/60R42 to 900/50R42) for 1:18 scale.
  7. That is how Lego mini Xerion set should look like There is also this connector in white (for roof) https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=22961&idColor=1#T=C&C=1
  8. Ok, I have this one, but didn't noticed so much details except green 5 x 7 frame acting as roof...but at the first sight didn't noticed more interesting parts... Thanks for clearing it up
  9. Probably you're right, but I know that I saw it on YouTube first...since I'm building 1:18 Fastrac in (very) slow speed, I was surfing to find some idea for bonnet, since bonnets are my weakest point in tractor building...
  10. I have noticed it some week or so ago and wondered why there is to topic here (and there was video on YouTube)
  11. If your main target is based on 62.4 tires... then yes
  12. So all your trucks fit together the same scale as Liebherr. Even Cat 11D in background looks similar scale.
  13. I forgot to ask; but what scale is Liebherr?
  14. @Ngoc Nguyen you made extraordinary MOC, small and beautiful. You have a right to use every part, notification whatever you want - it us called optimization.
  15. That is something that I was waiting for for years and indeed I can optimize lots of my builds and make more compart builds in future. Now it 7 studs long beam would be made upcoming year then I'll change my mind and save some amount for them, although I didn't plan to buy Lego next year for varies reasons and space / place is one of them...
  16. Grain bunker doors idea is genius simple (like old Bosch slogan). I really like your project, so one day (in 5 years I'll continue my Jaguar Terratrac project; until then Lego would / could introduce read Technic wheel racing small 43.2 x 26). Very nice Jeroen
  17. Since I can't plan my free time I didn't plan to enter the contest and didn't bother to read criteria for contest...if only one motor is allowed, then you'll need indeed clever linkage system to install features that you planned...
  18. We'll see, last 3 UCS cars were out of my financial reach, so only cars I have are 8860, 8880 and 8448 (first and second are without box an instructions since those disappeared mysteriously)
  19. Well 10 speed transmission has one known car (it was featured in 42126 set) https://www.phillongdenver.com/new-ford-raptor.htm I don't know which hypercar has 10 speed transmission. They should go back to 4 or 5 speed fully manual (even not synchromesh)...this car now only brake down and even ordinary service is highly expensive (they need almost as much lubrication as fuel)
  20. You made what you can and limited resources always bring creativity to higher level.
  21. I know the feeling; today realized that on my project I need 9 studs liftarms to connect steering hubs and there is no such liftarms with perpendicular holes so back to the drawing board...at least I've gave up with gearbox and fake engines...
  22. Somehow it looked (to me) better without front stickers, but it is just my own opinion...
