  1. I wonder why didn't you get Wrangler; it's not expensive, has 5 wheels lots of parts even in yellow...
  2. Indeed black wheels would look better. Somehow I saw better (ore more smooth) bed solutions from you in the past...
  3. Here is how it looks now (it is in the box since I have 4 planetary reduction hubs and managed to use 2 XL motors and currently I'm redesigning my Fastrac; planetary reduction hubs allow bigger turning radius so I have to make more narrow chassis...)
  4. I always welcome new tatras because one MOC that I work on for some ¾ of years have tatra axles (it is 4 x 4 x 4), but has to be approximately 21 studs wide together with tires (I have chosen Unimog tires). It is very interesting design of axles but unfortunately I have only 4 reduction hubs and they are already in my Fastrac.
  5. IMHO (as Unimog fan) Unimog looks much more realistic than Corvette.
  6. Johannes I suggest to change in Johannes, the organic plastic surgeon Your small liebherr like dozer is very nice
  7. @tonychreally cute lil' helicopter. Reminds me a bit on MD 500 https://hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD_Helicopters_MD_500
  8. I see, I admit functionality is impressive, but making B model of a set that has rotor blades is IMHO unusual indeed
  9. Aside from poetic description I must admit that this time I totally agree with this Beside it is great to see blue MOC
  10. @artemisovsky that is why (except frames) I try to use conventional liftarms in my builds...
  11. I have painted wheels futuristic 28 x 70... https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=32077#T=S&C=67&O={"color":67,"iconly":0} They came as flat silver or metallic silver, but that was actually paint on them. Now I'll repaint them (since I have metallic silver everyday car), or as to chrome them someday...
  12. It looks much better IRL (this is just my opinion). Somehow I would like to see it yellow because I favorize yellow machinery.
  13. I can advice not to paint it; years ago I have painted two wheels futuristic in yellow and after few weeks color oxidated and turned matt and more like ochre than yellow...after asking friend of mine who is car paint (and ather chemicals and painting equipment and tool) distributer what to make to clean yellow paint and he gave a try with the less aggressive abrasive stuff he had. The next we found out that even that wheel was actually old light gray painted in flat silver... I don't know where you live, but I often hear that in Australia and New Zealand parts and sets are much much more expensive than in Europe or United States... Kind regards
  14. IMHO very unusual to make helicopter without proper rotor blades from set that has rotor blades. (Even if that means to make smaller helicopter)
  15. I remember when I saw it (set 8865) in catalog, I was blown away; ridiculously rear lines looked to me like dome skeleton for Countach bodywork. Hm, perhaps it is time for studless version? You know best (what you are doing)
  16. Could happen, no worries, we all made some mistakes. Enjoy your new tow truck.
  17. And to expensive. Great idea Jorge ( @jorgeopesi ). Looking forward to see your version for this content.
  18. That is why I don't use them with axles...and no worries about that
  19. I was in the same situation like you until (approximately) last year's December when I bought 4 of them because I (still) want to make one specific JCB telehandler. I agree they are expensive so I understand your decision. If I may add one more sentence / thought - if you don't want to buy something doesn't mean that you are poor, but it means that you are reasonable and know when to draw a line.
  20. I'm not a fan of Virtual things...
  21. From design point of view you made great work, but I would still add 4 cylinders it is as if you replicate legendary Bugattis (like type 57 or type 101) with 3 or 4 cylinders inline engine...
  22. Yellow and blue; familiar flag colors...
